El sabor de la pizza muy buen, la pedí fina de masa, me la dieron espectacular, solo que también con poco relleno, sin embargo de buen sabor y textura..Servicio agradable y muy rápido tuve que esperar menos de 15 min para recoger mi pedido .. el ambiente es muy movido fui un día sábado habían muchos adolescentes ruidosos allí entrando y saliendo

Las pizzas son de buena calidad y el precio está muy bien.

We ordered the 3-for-1 delivery deal and were very happy. In our case, the pizzas arrived perfectly, at the right temperature and presented beautifully, and they even cut them for us as we requested 🍕 Domino's prices without any promotions are excessively high, but with deals like the 3-for-1 or everything 50% off, it's a great option 😉 Also, they were punctual with the delivery 🕧 We'll be back!

Pizzas insípidas de sabor, solo note la barbacoa un poco y el peperoni. El menú de come y bebe es un poco engañoso eso de 7€… al final si quieres comer pizzas de todo tienes que pagar 12€… un dominos más.

This is a place to go with a friend, as the "eat and drink" option isn't available on your own. With company, you pay less, eat more, and the pizza tastes better. If you're alone, it's not worth going. The service was quick and friendly, but a little dusting and cleaning of the dining room floor wouldn't have hurt.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Experiencia muy decepcionante en Domino’s Pizza Torrelavega (Av. de España) Hoy, 7 de noviembre de 2025, acudimos cuatro personas al local y pedimos tres menús “Come y Bebe” y un combo de alitas. A pesar de ser clientes que habíamos consumido productos del establecimiento, uno de los empleados trató de manera muy grosera y poco profesional a la persona que pidió el combo, diciéndole que no podía sentarse y que lo echarían si no se marchaba. La forma en que se comunicó fue totalmente innecesaria y desagradable, creando una situación incómoda delante de los demás clientes. No se trató de un simple malentendido, sino de una falta de empatía y respeto por parte del personal, algo que deja una muy mala imagen de la marca Domino’s Pizza. Además, observamos que la atención en general no es amable ni atenta; da la impresión de que los empleados no están bien formados para tratar con el público. Sería importante que la empresa revisara cómo se está gestionando este local, porque la calidad del servicio y la actitud del personal influyen directamente en la experiencia del cliente. Espero sinceramente que tomen en cuenta esta opinión para mejorar la atención y el trato humano hacia quienes eligen Domino’s para compartir un momento agradable en familia o con amigos.

Mal servicio, 1 h esperando para pedir, pedimos 3 del come y bebe, nos traen las pizzas, y luego intentamos volver a pedir la segunda y nada, otra hora esperando, el local medio vacío, no había gente casi para tardar tanto y no atendernos, han atendido primero a gente que ha venido mas tarde...

Así entregan la comida una vergüenza y encima ni dan soluciones te quieren pasar por tonto cuando reclamas, muchas gracias excelente comida (ya notáis mi ironía)

La dependiente no nos deja pagar por separado porque tiene pinta de haber empezado a trabajar hace poco y nos dice que nunca se hace eso, parece que nos esta vacilando.👎👎👎

Fuimos a comer hoy, día 8/3, y la atención no pudo ser peor por parte de una chica llamada Karol. Después de pedir la comida, fuimos a pedir las bebidas. En ese momento nos tiró la carta de forma poco amable. Le explicamos que la comida ya estaba pedida y que solo nos faltaba pedir la bebida, a lo que respondió que no nos entendía y se fue. Después de insistir varias veces, finalmente nos trajeron las bebidas. Cuando fui a pagar, me devolvió el cambio de manera muy despreciable y se marchó sin decir nada. Esperé para preguntarle su nombre, pero como no la veía, se lo pregunté a un compañero suyo. En ese momento ella salió y dijo: “La próxima vez que quieras saber mi nombre, me lo preguntas a mí”. En mi opinión, esa no es la manera de tratar a un cliente, especialmente cuando considero que en ningún momento fuimos maleducados. Espero que se tomen medidas y que algo así no vuelva a ocurrir.

After paying for three premium meal deals, they told us they were missing half the ingredients. We ordered fries with bacon and cheddar, and they brought us regular fries, saying they were out of the toppings. The drink machine was out of order. Between pizzas, it took an hour to get served. To top it all off, I asked for a box to take our leftovers (since we weren't hungry after an hour), and a waitress rudely and aggressively told us we couldn't take the food. She snatched the box from my hands, telling me I wasn't going to steal the food. I replied that I wasn't stealing anything since I had already paid for it. I immediately filed a complaint because what happened today at this establishment was completely unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend it at all. The staff were terrible, and the food was incredibly slow.

I just left there without being able to finish my meal. I arrived with my two children, we ordered three "come and drink" pizzas, and after finishing the first one, my older son and I ordered another. After waiting an hour, and after my younger son had already left, I went to ask the girl at the counter because it seemed impossible that with only one other table occupied in the place, it was taking so long. They were just laughing and our pizzas were still waiting, but that's not the worst part. I told her not to make them anymore, that it was very late and I didn't want them, but nothing. Not even an apology, a "sorry," or even a "goodbye." Terrible, appalling. I won't be going back even if you tie me to it.

I arrived at the restaurant early and it was empty, the employees standing around (while the tables were dirty). I sat at a table as usual and waited for them to come. They came and asked if we wanted to order (then left). Another 5 minutes passed and I had to wait in line for another 20 minutes because they had put the new employee at the register without help, while the supposed manager and two other people were making one pizza between the three of them. I don't know who runs the business, but they should be much more careful about how they organize the employees because with the restaurant empty, it's not normal to wait 45 minutes just to ORDER at a fast-food restaurant. Furthermore, I watched as 3-4 employees wandered around taking pizzas to the wrong tables...

The tablet they use to take orders is incredibly slow. I hope they fix it because it's getting worse all the time. It takes a long time to take our order, and if you have other tables in front of you, the wait feels like forever.

We arrived at the restaurant at 9:00 p.m. We ordered two pizzas, which arrived around 10:00 p.m. They were wrong, and they told us they would change them. We continued waiting, and they brought us two more pizzas, and it turned out they got mixed up again. They told us they were from another table and took them away from us again. A little while later, they brought us two more, one correct and the other incorrect. After waiting, we asked for the missing one so we could take the padlocks from waiting, and they said it was prohibited. It's unfortunate, I'm sure I won't be back.

On Saturday we were at the place with some friends who had never been there before and they couldn't have had a worse impression. We were treated degradingly throughout dinner by two of their employees (a brunette with long hair and a blonde), and when we asked for the manager to come out, he refused and we saw from our table how he made fun of us. The lack of respect was surreal and in the end we left without finishing our dinner because they didn't serve us and we saw how the rest of the restaurant was. They should review the cameras and observe the treatment their employees give, the only good thing was a guy who also served us who was super nice. Despite being regular customers, we won't be back.
