Fui con mi pareja a cenar a las 22 teníamos la reserva , estaba buenísimo todo. Estaba muy lleno el sitio y nos dieron los entrantes mucho tiempo antes que el sushi. El sushi nos lo trajeron a las 23:30 demasiado tiempo después. Volveremos cuando haya menos gente por que vale la pena los camareros en especial una joven muy simpática nos recomendó Volver otro día puesto que fuimos fin de semana.

Mis amigos llevaban meses hablando de este sitio y el sábado entendí por qué. Es un bufet con mucha variedad en cuanto a entrantes/arroz/fideos…y sobre todo con un buen sushi (raro en este tipo de restaurantes donde puedes comer mucho por muy poco). Sin duda alguna, nuestro japo de confianza en Torrevieja 🍱🍣 En caso de grupo numerosos, recomiendo reservar. El precio es ideal teniendo en cuenta todo lo que puedes comer. Salimos a unos 23€ pp con la bebida incluida (agua y refrescos).

Vinimos mi pareja y yo hace unos días recomendados por un amigo y nos fuimos un poco decepcionados. Si es verdad que el sushi muy rico, probamos el uramaki de foie y los nigiris de trufa, entre otros, pero el arroz ni fu ni fa. En cuanto al servicio fue muy lento, si es verdad que el local estaba lleno pero llegamos pronto cuando todavía no habia mucha gente y de la primera comanda faltaron dos platos y luego pedimos una segunda comanda de 4 platos que tardaron casi 30 minutos y uno de ellos ni llegó. Seguramente le daremos otra oportunidad para ver si mejora el servicio y la tardanza entre platos.

Buffet bastante bueno de calidad precio. La única pega que como en todo buffet de mesa si hay muchas mesas pues influye en el tiempo. Pero está muy bueno , además los platos asiáticos son pequeños y puedes así probar de todo

A digital system could really help them and bring transparency to the guests. All-in-all, one of the better restaurants we visited! :)

I tasted their buffet and It’s actually good! My brother is a regular client and took me for the all you can eat buffet one night. I am not a fan of all you can eat buffets, but I have to admit that the quality of the product they serve is actually good. Nothing amazing (just the tuna tartar and the guiozas were amazing). But overall a good sushi and everything we taste was on spot. We paid 18,90€ per person for the buffed + drinks (the wine prices are very reasonable).

Recently restarted, this restaurant offers a range of Chinese and Japanese food on an all-you-can-eat basis. Really good selection of food and not buffet style. You order what you want, eat them order again. Novel robot delivers food to your table too all for less than €18.00 a visit. Well worth a visit, You will not be disappointed.

Good place to eat, staff could be nicer but overall had a good time. They also have a very adorable cat robot which serves food. Can be entertaining for families with children to come and see. I recommend getting the more expensive menu as it is only 4 euros more but with a bigger variety of options. They also do take some time to put out the dishes, even on not so busy days but it is worth the wait.

Can not fault the food but service is very poor! Wrong food delivered , food took ages to be brought to table ….had to go up to staff to reorder more drinks as the two young girls were busy chatter…

Hemos estado comiendo 5 personas hoy al mediodía y al pedir la cuenta nos han cobrado el importe del menú noche que son 5€ más por persona. Al reclamarlo nos han dicho que la carta que nos han dado es de la noche, pero no nos han avisado con anterioridad, por ello hemos reclamado y nos han devuelto la diferencia siendo el correcto los 16€ que son de lunes a viernes. Ahora ya me hace dudar que las veces que hemos ido anteriormente también hayan intentado engañarnos. También sería bueno que las cartas las limpiaran de vez en cuando, se pegan las páginas.

Normalmente comemos estupendamente, pero hoy hemos ido un grupo de 12 personas y nos han dado un trato repugnante, y a parte hemos pedido sushi rebozado y lo han traido como si me hubieran puesto una docena de porras de la churreria mas grasienta de mi pueblo. PENOSO!!! Por lo demas bien, los nigiris de salmon flambeado estan muy buenos, pero les cuesta soltarlos.

Tienen lo importante un menú espectacular pero ahora necesitan trabajar en el servicio. Vamos por partes, gran variedad en el menú, la norma de cobrarte 2,5€ por racion sin comer me parece correcta para evitar desperdicios. El menú estaba pegajoso, te costaba hasta pasar las páginas, el baño sucio y el suelo empapado que hasta resbalabas. El servicio depende, varios no hablan ni inglés ni español, los que si lo hacen muy muy agradables y atentos, pero bastante lento, mucha espera entre platos, mucha espera por bebidas. Cosas que mejorar pero la comida no es una de ellas 😉

Staff is lovely, a little confused, but they put in the effort and smiles. The cat robot is also very fun to look at. The most important thing I'd like to point out about the sushi is that the rice is very bland. Looks and sounds very promising, but once you put the bite into your mouth, you constantly feel like something is missing in the rice mixture. The presentation could also be better, as we can see with the avocado slices on the california rolls. Other thing is the overabundance of sauce on the tartar. The saltiness was overwhelming, I'm sure a small drizzle of it would've been more than enough. A great thing is the offer of japanese desserts and dishes that are rare to find in any other restaurant (Takoyaki, Taiyaki, ...). The dishes other than the sushi are rather yummy. Overall, I would rather recommend going to other asian buffets available in the city if you're looking for good quality sushi. The price in here is the highest out of all the buffets in Torrevieja, which honestly does not really equal to the food quality.

La comida estaba muy buena, pero los "peros" son muy grandes, el servicio es lentísimo, nos trajeron la mitad de los platos, luego estuvimos casi 40 minutos sin nada, nos dijeron que no faltaba todo lo que nosotros decíamos, cosa que era mentira, ya que mi mujer lo llevaba super controlado, los camareros no hablaban español, solamente uno, muy amable el chico, despues de la casi una hora que estuvimos esperando los demás platos, nos trajeron cosas que no habiamos pedido, todas las raciones llevaban gamba o langostinos, cuando yo no puedo comerlo, por lo tanto, es imposible que lo pidiéramos, cuando todavía estábamos cenando, el que parecía el dueño del restaurante empezó a limpiar las mesas de al lado nuestro, con productos de limpieza en spray, no es lo más agradable del mundo estar comiendo mientras respiras productos de limpieza, la verdad que el servicio deja muchísimo que desear, solo matizar que no creo que sea problema de los camareros, ya que iban todo el rato corriendo de un lado a otro, volveremos otro día, para ver si solo ha sido un día puntual o se repite.

the food was great, and that’s, basically, the only thing why this place is famous. it feels like the waiters don't give a damn about the customers (basically we called some waiters, and they turned their back to us). some plates were missing, and we were waiting for a long time. later, the waitress said that one of the plates that we were waiting is not on the menu. about the ambience: at first it was great, but as the time passes my eyes (and i saw people with the same problem, the waiters included) start to itch and tears coming out, as if there was smoke in the air. finally, i heard about that place and read the reviews, and i thought that its just people that are just offended, and the place is great, but i was wrong. i don’t recommend this place. only if you have patience and you don’t have to hurry.

Te ponen esta ración de la sepia, que da hasta vergüenza que traigan ese plato así, cantidad mínima para 6 personas. De ternera en la foto parece más pero no. Es muy poco también. Servicio 0, no recogían los platos, las botellas, teníamos que pedirlo. Postre deshecho, cucharas sucias. Fatal, no volveríamos.

El parking esta cerca siendo una zona de playa. La calidad de la comida es buena. Pero todo lo bueno acaba cuando te sientas a comer o cenar ( ya que da igual cuando vengas siempre pasa lo mismo). Más de 1 hora, si una hora para poder empezar a cenar... Hicimos reserva para cuatro a las 21.30 de la tarde. Nos toman comanda a las 21.48. Y a las 22.30 , nos traen los primeros platos... digo primeros , por que faltan la mitad de la comanda. Te acercas , lo explicas y te dicen 🤷 . Lo miramos. Esperamos 20 minutos mas, siendo ya las 22.30. Nos avisan que van a cerrar la cocina ,a las 23.00 con lo cual volvemos a pedir lo que nos faltaba de la primera .. siendo ya las 22.58 de la noche avisamos que nos faltan platos por venir.. a lo que la respuesta sigue siendo la misma .. - Lo miramos... en fin. En resumidas cuentas , hay lugares donde cenas mejor , a mejor precio y con un mejor trato. No lo recomiendo.

La peor experiencia para celebrar un cumpleaños. Reservamos para 5 personas pidiendo una mesa específica, pero se negaron a dárnosla aunque estaba libre. Hacía un calor insoportable y se negaron a poner el aire acondicionado. Lo más indignante fue el trato a los niños. Pedimos patatas fritas para el niño nada más llegar, un plato que tarda 3 minutos, ¡y las trajeron de las últimas! El niño estuvo pasando hambre mientras servían platos complejos a los adultos. Además, el robot-gato nunca llegó a nuestra mesa porque según ellos "solo va en línea recta". Mi hijo estuvo esperando toda la noche y terminó llorando. Recordamos varias veces que era un cumpleaños, pero nos ignoraron por completo mientras que a otras mesas les daban tarta y felicitaciones. El servicio es lentísimo, las raciones minúsculas y el personal te atiende con irritación. Nos fuimos sin recibir toda la comida. Un desastre total, no volveremos nunca

Comida bastante bien pero el servio deja mucho que desear siendo un bufet las comidas deberían ser más fluidas entre muchas cosas. Entre la tardanza entra comanda y comanda 35/40min de espera y cuando llegan falta plato o te ponen platos que no has pedido... Creo q hay mejor opciones solo pero el servios tan nefasto en el contexto de q es un bufet.

Worst all you can eat experience of my life. Nice interior, but everything else is a disaster. The all you can eat option is around 20 € per person, drinks are mandatory for at least two people, while desserts are extra. The food is heavily oversalted, which makes it very obvious that guests are pushed to order drinks. The sushi has absolutely nothing to do with the pictures shown online. Not even remotely. Huge amounts of rice, very little fish, poor presentation and low quality overall. Fried items had extremely thick batter, the steak was served so raw it couldn’t be cut, and the dumplings were frozen inside. The service is unacceptable. Staff are untrained, rude, and act like they are doing the guest a favor. Orders arrive incomplete, plates are only cleared if you manage to beg for attention, and sometimes they simply look at you and walk away. Honestly, the service staff should not be working in a restaurant. Not recommended.

We had a reservation for 14:30 and didn’t get our first bit of food until 15:40, until we asked the numerous times where our food was. The service was terrible, very very slow and not helpful at all. It is not normal to order twice and not even get your food until 4 o’clock when the reservation was at 14:30. It’s a shame because the food is quite nice but we will not be back as we don’t want to wait 3 hours to have some lunch

Not to be recommended! Extremely unprofessional staff with a poor attitude — they clearly shouldn't be working in the service industry. Several items from our order were missed, and it took nearly an hour just to receive the first part of the order. The staff did not even pay attention when we wanted to pay. The restrooms were in unacceptable condition — dirty, with paper scattered across the floor and crates of soda placed right outside (very unhygienic). The noise level in the restaurant was also incredibly loud. Not a pleasant environment if you're looking to enjoy your meal and have a nice time with company. Be aware if you go there with kids. If you have a tall kid (>135 cm) under 12 years old you have to pay adult price.

Unfortunately, I have to give this restaurant a poor review. The food was decent, nothing more, but the service was among the worst I’ve ever experienced. Our first order arrived after nearly an hour. When we asked about it, we received no clear response, and when the food finally arrived, more than half of it was missing — and I truly mean more than half. Even after two hours, parts of our order were still missing, with no real apology or effort to make things right.

Disappointed with HANAKI – Never Coming Back! My husband and I visited this restaurant for the second time. The first time, we were invited to a birthday celebration. After this visit, we have decided never to return. We ordered four portions because the first time, the portions were extremely small – just two pieces of asparagus and two shrimp per plate. We thought logically: if the portions are that tiny, it makes sense to order four portions at once to ensure we had enough food. Apparently, the staff got irritated by this and brought us much more than four portions, including sushi that we never ordered. My husband, frustrated with this situation, threw the sushi in the trash, as we had never requested it. After that, the waitress came to our table five times, complaining that we had thrown away their sushi and insisting that we pay for it. In the end, we were forced to pay €60, even though we never ordered the sushi. Then, what appeared to be the chef came over, but he didn’t introduce himself and deliberately refused to speak English with us. Instead, he was upset that the sushi had been thrown into the trash. When a waiter approached, we pointed out the burnt octopus and fish, to which he acted surprised and asked, “What’s the problem?” He saw absolutely nothing wrong with serving completely burnt food. This restaurant and its staff act as if they are in charge and customers are fools who must accept their rules without question. Looking for good service and understanding? Then this is definitely NOT the place for you!
