If you are missing your Sunday Roast whilst in Torrelamata, then you won’t get better than the Sunday Roast at The New Ship Hispaniola! Had the lamb, perfectly cooked, good size (Don't quite know how I got through it!),plenty of roast potatoes / veggies + Yorkshire, the complementary veggie dish is a very nice touch (In our case cauliflower cheese). Came out nice and hot! Having the gravy in a separate jug is perfect. Thoroughly enjoyed it! For dessert We were lucky enough to try their world-renowned Baileys Cheesecake. All washed down with I think the cold beers I have ever had. Well done to the team, great service, lovely friendly atmosphere. Will most definitely be back. It was the one thing I really missed whilst away. You won’t be disappointed! 11 out of 10!

Great night at The New Ship, a lot has changed since our last visit and it shows the hard work they've put in! We visited on a very busy Wednesday for the quiz and bingo and it was super fun. Can't wait for our next visit

I had the absolute pleasure of visiting The Ship Hispaniola bar recently, and it's truly a hidden gem! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, largely thanks to the two fantastic owners, Gary and Steve & Staff. They've created a bar that feels like a home away from home – warm and friendly. Gary and Steve are genuinely lovely blokes, always up for a chat and making sure everyone feels looked after. Their passion for the place really shines through in every detail. And let's talk about the cheesecake – oh my goodness! It's not an exaggeration to say it's outstanding. Seriously, if you're a cheesecake fan, you have to try it. It's perfectly creamy, wonderfully flavourful, and easily one of the best I've ever tasted. It's the kind of dessert you dream about long after you've finished it. Whether you're looking for a relaxed drink, excellent food with good value for your money, a friendly chat, or a slice of the most incredible cheesecake, The Ship Hispaniola is the place to go.
