Absolutely fantastic! I ordered at 2:30 am, and despite the rather long delivery time, the wait was well worth it because everything was delicious: the potatoes, the chicken tasty, the garlic and mozzarella rolls, and finally, the chocolate breadsticks—they were divine! Everything was piping hot despite the hour-long wait due to the delivery driver! Thank you again for your professionalism.

4 stars, I've always been satisfied, however, let me share my frustration from yesterday. My friend and I usually order the giant cookie that I love (see: 1st photo). Yesterday when we opened the box, we were very surprised by the cookie (see: 2nd photo), which, in my opinion, is not at all the same size as usual (you can see that it doesn't even fill the diameter of the cardboard it's placed on). Perhaps they changed the recipe (the taste of the chocolate chips was different - we actually ordered this cookie more than once), we don't really know. Having adopted this little ritual of eating their giant cookie with their Ben & Jerry's vanilla pecan ice cream (+ a little infusion), you can imagine that yesterday's culinary experience was very unpleasant 😔 Nevertheless, I repeat: apart from this little incident, we have always been satisfied!!

Pizza Hut at the Barrière de Paris is satisfactory. The welcome is warm, the restaurant is clean, and the cashiers are smiling despite the apparent stress. I ordered a honey goat cheese pancake twice, then a kasbah cheesy one, and was completely satisfied. A 15-minute wait time that passes by a long time, but the pizzas are worth the wait. I recommend it.

I went to eat at Pizza Hut, I was a little disappointed. The room is very small and has no atmosphere. There's nowhere to wash your hands; instead, they only give you lemon wipes. 🍋‍🟩 The pizzas are pretty good. I had a vegetarian pizza. It wasn't bad. That's the minimum for a pizza over €10. Personally, I don't think I'll come back here. Too expensive and not worthy of a pizzeria. In Toulouse, you can find cheaper pizzerias with better products.

Les délais de livraison ne sont jamais tenus (plus d’une heure et demi d’attente). J’ai appelé à plusieurs reprises pour voir où ça en est. On m’annonce que le livreur part dans 1 min à chaque fois.. Au vu des fous rires que l’employée au téléphone se tape avec ses collègues en pleine conversation téléphonique avec le client, je déduis qu’être réactif ne fait pas parti de leur priorité. Et pour finir erreur sur la commande une fois que la pizza est livrée.. Étonnant!

Bonsoir je commande des pizzas pour 19h00-19h15 vers 17h30. Vers 19h30 on appelle pour savoir comment je vais régler, alors que je l’avais indiqué sur le site. Livraison toujours pas arrivé à 20h03 soit entre 45´ et 1h de retard alors qu’ils sont à 400m.Pour finir les pizza livrées sont tièdes.. bref au top. Pas besoin de votre message d’excuses copier coller svp. Adieu on part à la concurrence….

Comme beaucoup l’ont déjà vécu avec ce restaurant, j’ai eu un problème de retard, qui ne semble pas les soucier. J’appelle 10 min après la fin de la tranche horaire de livraison et là on me dit que c’est normal le livreur va venir prendre la commande et me la livrer. Quand je demande quand, on m’explique pas avant 15 min car le livreur gère les 2 restaurants et que là il est en route… Comble du tout, il fait les livraison de tout Toulouse à vélo. Commandez 1h à l’avance sinon vous aurez faim.

1 star because zero doesn't exist. As customers for years, we had a problem with a Deliveroo delivery. The problem was a missing product, a restaurant error. This can happen. But the delivery person told me to check with Pizza Hut and Pizza Hut with Deliveroo. No customer service, no empathy, no apologies when I called the restaurant. Two ice creams ordered at 8 p.m., we live at the end of the street from Pizza Hut, we were told a delivery would be 30 minutes later, we called them back 1 hour later someone told us that the order had been sent. 2 hours later we called back, we had one of his colleagues tell us that the order had not been sent after all. He made the delivery man leave, who arrived 5 minutes later, without any commercial gesture. Knowing that this is not the first time and that there have been several errors in our previous orders (forgetting, wrong product, etc.) without ever any gesture, we will not order from them again.

It's a shame that 0 stars aren't available for some locations... A team leader who made a mistake sending the delivery and, after realizing the error, offered no apologies! Implied that I was trying to steal a pizza (when the mistake absolutely wasn't ours). If you're looking for a good pizza at an affordable price, there are others closer and, above all, much more professional! Fortunately, the delivery drivers are QUALITY and do their jobs well! I ordered three dishes. The first was a Mediterranean salad with cold, dried mushrooms (they call them fresh...), four salad leaves for 8 euros, of course. The second was a spicy version of the wings: the chicken isn't seasoned or spicy. The last one was mozzarella breadsticks, which, on the other hand, were very good.

Terrible welcome, lack of respect for customers and staff, the staff has a poor understanding of the menu, we wanted to order a ham and cheese pizza displayed at 7€, the employee replied unkindly "I don't know, maybe it's an old menu" (knowing that the same menu and the same pizza exist online). He directs us to the terminals to encourage us to take a personalized pizza for €11.50 even though it didn't correspond to what we wanted. Asking him for more help he blows and says "well that's how it is, I can't do anything to you" and encourages us to leave. Add to that the fact that he speaks badly to his colleagues. I have never seen such poor customer service and such an unpleasant atmosphere. TO RUN AWAY!

Disappointed... it had been a long time since I had eaten at a Pizza Hut. Well, the experience was atrocious, not knowing the area, I found the address on the web and what was my surprise when I arrived there... no restaurant, just a 10 m2 room with 4 poor metal garden tables, crumbling walls, no toilet. No cutlery or carafe of water even though we eat at the table! In short, we eat straight from the cardboard box between the draft and the yelling couriers. The pizza is okay but nothing special. It is light years away from the Pizza Hut atmosphere. A place just to eat on the go and not expect to have a good time with friends or family

HORRIBLE! If I could give zero stars, I would. Every order has an interminable wait! An average of over 2 hours each time, and deliveries are often incorrect! So much time to not even receive the right order. When you call them, it's never their fault, but there's no solution! Avoid them at all costs! Correction: After almost 3 hours of waiting (a call after 2 hours of waiting only to be told there was a problem and it wasn't their fault), the restaurant closed and didn't even deliver. No call or anything to let us know. How can they get away with this?!

Extremely long delivery time. A 2-hour wait for a simple pizza at lunchtime. When we called the store after an hour's wait, we were told it would arrive in 5 minutes and that the delivery person was on their way, but the pizza didn't actually arrive for over an hour. Unacceptable, and this isn't the first time. A word of advice: avoid ordering during the day; they only have one delivery person!!!
