Heard that if you want Japanese food while in Tracy this is the place to go…is this the only place to go? Anyway, it is above average Japanese food especially when in Tracy. I opted for the Saba bento with tuna sashimi sides of inari sushi seaweed salad with octopus. The salmon was okay, seemed to broiled then covered with teriyaki sauce. I got the same message regarding the teriyaki meat. I’d give the food above average and service exceptional. I would definitely recommend this place. Extremely busy on weekends especially for dinner.

Pretty good wait time, as far as the selection it was pretty standard. Quite a lot of deep fried food which I'm not a fan of. The sashimi was good quality, although there was no explanation of which fish was which. Actually the waitress kept walking off before we could finish our sentences... And I work in the restaurant industry I know I wasn't going on needlessly. I'd ask her for napkins and in the same breath before I could ask about extra wasabi she would be gone. Also $6.50 for a pint of cheap asian beer is excessive and I would have liked to see a cocktails or wine list. I was having so much trouble asking for what I needed I decided not to ask for that as well.

I got Soft Shelled Crab delivered to go along with other food I got from doordash. The batter on the soft shell crab wasn't very good, it was the cheap puffy batter instead of the good and crispy kind I was hoping it would be, as I've had this dish before from other restaurants. Other food here might be good, but I've only had the crab and it wasn't that great.

Good food quality, nothing really stood out though. All the sushi rolls were hot/warm, had to put them in the fridge when I got home. Salt & Pepper Calamari was good, grilled squid was okay but definitely preferred fried calamari as an appetizer. After cooling, we ate the sushi rolls and flavor did improve but nothing really stood out as I mentioned before. Decided to try it out as the typical sushi joint I go to started closing on Mondays and Tuesdays, needless to say, I will wait till Wednesday next time. Friendly staff though.

Only been here once and the sushi is actually nasty. I don’t know what they are putting in there but it’s not a good combination. I recommend Kimono sushi instead .

WARNING!! WARNING!! Rude asian male waiter with glasses, I asked him a question and he told me to look at the menu and made me feel dumb. Food was disgusting and oily. The only nice person was the girl waiter. Smh old and rude. FIRE HIM IMMEDIATELY. I went out with friends and they were not pleased. Never again. You lost very valuable customers. Oh my! This place has gone way downhill since we first started eating here. We won't be back. The tempura my husband had was cooked days before and reheated, a soggy sad, disappointing mess. The short ribs on special were all fat, improperly cooked and served cold. My sushi roll? I'll eat just about any sushi but heck no to this. It was straight up disrespectful to a long time customer 😒

The food is good. The only thing I don’t like is when you’re eating, the waiters won’t let you finish and they take out the plates. They’re very annoying and won’t let you eat in peace. And the other thing is, you haven’t even finished your food yet and they bring you the bill. I hate that.

I just ate there and threw up. I went today for my birthday with my daughters and we all left our food. We were charged the whole amount when it was evident we hated all the food. I will never return. Horrible birthday dinner.

Literally the worst sushi I ever had! Horrible presentation and tastes disgusting too. Not worth $80! They filled up my sushi with cabbage and onions and cilantro?? What? I'll probably get food poisoning
