We had lunch here on a Saturday on our way to Aosta. The three of us had the tasting menu that featured all mushroom dishes in season. We were the only non-Italians in the restaurant and everyone was so kind to us. Gorgeous food and wine that was incredibly affordable. It’s a narrow, winding road up to Traversella but worth the trip.

Very nice restaurant with excellent view in the valley. The service is very good, friendly and fast. Only one guy, but he has everything under control. The food is magnificent. Even as the place has a quiet atmosphere, it was absolutely ok with kids. Ask for kids menu (they do not have one but as this is a real restaurant with a real kitchen team, they just prepare something).

Everybody like this restaurant around here for special dinner! You can eat porcini, trout, many things from around this mountain. They also have courses. Stuff is very friendly and nice. We are sure comming back next special dinner too!

At hotel-restaurant Minière for lunch as well as for dinner one may expect surprisingly original dishes, prepared with an eye for detail and that may be one of the best meals one has ever had in their life. The service is outstanding, very professional and super friendly. A highly recommendable place to treat yourself at very reasonable prices
