The waitress Ariana has had an excellent treatment, without a doubt a spectacular breakfast.
This is not the first Vips I've visited in the local area . Reason of visit was for breakfast. Price- very cheap Quantity- big daddy Quantity meaning lots of food for a low price. Vips offer you plenty of deals i.e meal plus drinks for one .. Staff- friendly try there best to adapt to customer needs.. Food : American and fulll English great to cure a hangover or empty stomach . I usually order the yoghurt with fresh fruits as well ...filling bowl with a variety of types of the Berry family .... Great presentation of the food Location: next to Trampoline Park in shopping centre of tres cantos perfect for families mum goes shopping , dad looks after kids then meet for brunch after for example
The veggie burger is the best I have had anywhere and anytime I'm in town I have to go eat one because OH MY GOD.

Food food
I went there today and the service was terrible. It took more than 20 minutes to make our order despite asking 3 different waiters to take it. One waiter just looked at me when I asked if we could order, walked away and never returned. Really poor service in this particular branch.
We were super excited to try burgers here. But the excitement didn't last long unfortunately. The waiting time was approximately 25minutes. When the food arrived it was cold. Both sweet potato fries and the burger. If it would be the only thing, it would be ok. But, my burger was medium rare. I ordered well-done. (I usually order medium, but was feeling for well-done today. Don't judge). So, we send it back. Wait for another 10 minutes. It comes back, still medium some places and medium rare another. Nobody came to check in if the burger was alright. But I was hungry and didn't want to wait for another 10 minutes for them to fix the burger situation. Anyway, two stars because the taste was good, the staff was friendly, but everything else nah.
Decent food but the service was AWFUL. It took ages to get served and wait for anything. The staff were rude and ignored us most of the time. We didn’t even get a dessert that was promised to us. I got like 5 fries with my burger so wasn’t happy .
Very slowly staff
Never got to eat in here after three attempts. Dead slow to pick up the command. Will not try again this vips.
