Not 100% the same as US dominos but very similar. Price was good, an so were the pizza and wings.

If a small place these those chairs and tables where people can sit and then I was there it was always full, so they’re doing something right. The girls were very patient with me trying to bumble my Spanish. I think the only downside I’m finding is that it is very difficult to download apps in another country when your phone is registered in your home. Because they had some great specials, but only on the app. Only after a lot of playing around and changing my phone over to Mexico and I got the special and the girls were super courteous and supportive. The pizza itself was like any other Domino’s, and again the only complaint which is nothing major was been using the app you could not ask for extra sauce, which is something I usually like on my pizza. And in typical Mexican fashion, they serve you both hot sauce and ketchup to put on the pizza . Definitely worth going to again when they are open. Everything in Mexico seems to shut down around 10 o’clock so there’s no late night pizza runs. So those are my biggest complaints and they are nothing, it’s definitely worth going to if you are in Tulum, you’ll have to wait in line as always align and drivers on their bikes will bring you over a few standing their way, lol.
I was teasing my wife that I wanted to try dominos while in tulum. A few days later, we fell asleep at 5pm and woke up at 930pm! Dominos was one of the only places open. I ordered a grande pizza pineapple + ham & salami + pepperoni (half and half), mango habanero chicken wings and their potato wedges (had certain spices and condiments). The pizza reminded me of the pizzas I had back home although the domino's in the US is very different.
What's going on with the delivery? I've been waiting 3 hours for a pizza that takes 10 minutes to make. P.S. The manager Guillermo resolved the issue with the order. He's a nice guy.
The reviews of recent are unfair. I have experienced many deliveries over the course of this past year. Have mistakes been made, yes. However the food quality and professionalism of their staff cannot be questioned. They have been happy to ensure any mistake was corrected, with the only mistake in my experience being sauces not accompanying the pizza delivery. Far from a disaster! They have been quick to deliver the sauce with my next deliver, and without me bringing the mistake to their attention. Remember, Spanish is their first language and when visiting beyond an all-inclusive, you're going to find a need to speak the language. Be courteous and they shall return the respect you show.
The pizza is not good and don't even think about using Uber eats.. terrible here
The owner needs to train these workers. They’re playing around, eating while making pizzas, and take twice as long as they say it will to make the pizzas.
Terrible service. They got our order wrong twice and then forced us to pay extra for the replacement pizza. Unbelievable
Never received the order I paid for. Restaurant saying they can’t see the order but the money was charged.
Never received my order. After one hour of no delivery I go to the branch and it sitting on the shelf with the rude manager
order online at 30 minutes b4 closing time and we never did receive our pizza.
Do not use Rappi to order from here. After 1.5 hours and several calls all in Spanish (in which the girl answering the phone called my girlfriend Diabla” ) our order was never delivered. Either use the app or walk in maybe it’s better but she and the driver via what’s app were so rude and it was all a waste of time.
The customer service is pathetic. Manager has no control over anything. I asked for Diet Pepsi. They gave me sugar one. I understand there is language barrier but I used google translate to explain the lady at the counter to change to the Diet Pepsi. She said she can’t change the order and I need to buy another one. Don’t visit. Service was slow. Food was not good as well.
Came witz the family😩 They didn't give us the ticket. Charge us too much for 2 pizzas, we ask 3 times a ticket and they finally wrote by hand. Didn't want to show us the price on the monitor cashier
We ordered online, received confirmation of our order, watched the domino’s online tracker go through all the steps and say our order was delivered. It was not….I called the store and they said that ordering online for delivery is not working because it was raining. It would be great if they would let customers know that they will not get their order instead of waiting around only to find out it will never come. Good thing I opted for the pay on delivery option.
Ordered online and when the notification stated it was ready I went to the counter to be told 20minutes. I went up again a few minutes later as I thought there may have been confusion but was told to wait. After waiting 20 mins I went up again to see my order being given to someone else so I asked about this. My order was then given to me, the food was mostly cold so I stated this but the manager pretended to not understand me even though he was able to speak to me earlier. I used Google translate and he stated he couldn't do anything about the food being cold. On the receipt I got it stated the time the food was ready and it was ready when I first approached the counter but for some reason was not given to me. Bad customer service
TERRIBLE SERVICE, IF YOU CAN ORDER ELSEWHERE, DO IT! I made an order for a medium pizza which a driver was going to help me pick up but it was difficult for him to be able to go so I called immediately to cancel my order to what they told me that was already ready (not even 2 minutes had passed ) and the person who answered, after asking for his name because of the bad treatment he gave me was "José Cervantes" (I don't know if he invented the name) I asked him if they didn't have delivery service because I had no way to go get the pizza (I'm a foreigner) to which he replied that they don't have delivery service for a medium pizza that I had to order at least 2 large pizzas, after explaining that I had no way to go for the pizza, he THREATENED me telling me that if they canceled my order I was going to be blocked from ordering a pizza at any Dominos in the Republic and that even with another name or phone number would I ever be able to order again. Terrible service from the people serving customers, it is a shame that they answer like this.
Don't order delivery from here. Again, don't order delivery from here. Not once but twice they kept us waiting almost two hours when they told us it would take around 45 mins. Then when we called after 1.5 hours, they told us it would arrive in 20 mins. Then we called after 2 hours and they simply put us hold and kept us waiting. Our pizza never arrived. No phone calls. Nothing. Truly sad this location is tarnishing the brand so terribly.
Slowest pizza place ever. 20 minutes and there are no people no orders nothing. Cachier was too busy to take our order, busy texting his lover probably. ẞ at all
