Kudos to this team! Tawny, Corry and Rachel were a joy and was spot on with their service tonight considering it’s the holidays and lots of folks are out! The attentiveness was what stood out the most!! Most often than not, customers just want to be noticed and acknowledged even if it’s busy and that’s exactly what Corry did! Tawny made sure as she sat us to let us know our server would be with us soon and thanked us for our patients. Sure enough, Corry did just that! I could feel the team vibing with one another and that’s how great service happens!! This just shows what an awesome leader Rachel is!! The kitchen did a fabulous job with the food, it came out sooner than I expected and it was prepared very well and presented even better! Of course it was fresh and delicious! Way to go to each and everyone that was on staff tonight! It’s so nice to go out and have such a wonderful experience, it makes you feel great and happy to spend your hard earned money!! I ordered 2 of the Thanksgiving catering side deals this year. I normally order from another chain with initials CB, but the last couple years it has gone down hill, so I thought I would try something different. I'm so glad I did. The food was so good. If I had walked into someone's house and they were serving that food, I would have thought it was all homemade. I will definitely order here again and recommend to everyone I know for the holidays. It was so worth every penny.

We are always greeted with a warm Hello and a Smile every time we walk through the door. All of the Servers are hospitable, very friendly and engaging. The food and service a customer receives is consistently phenomenal every single time…Today, Marci served us and she was awesome. We met the manager today, Laura sets a good example for her team. She’s very friendly, and welcoming to all the customers. Their menu is very reasonably priced with a different Special every day of the week. Try them for a healthy, delicious meal. You will not be disappointed.

We had dinner there and both os us ordered the meatloaf dinner. The food and service were excellent. No doubt we will be back again.

Smaller portions than most offerings in Tyler but quality food. We'll often visit to take advantage of their weekly specials although I haven't really found that one thing I have to go back for again and again. This is one of the few places you can get meatloaf. The free rolls are to die for when they are fresh out of the oven. Service is always solid which points to good management. And the restaurant is always clean. They do a good job here and the food/service is consistent.

We ordered our Thanksgiving meal from CP. I ordered the 12 person meal plus an additional large side. The ham was supposed to come with a glaze, but it was not included. The macaroni and cheese was amazing! The garlic mashed potatoes were also yummy…be certain to add 1/4 milk to them! The green bean casserole wasn’t bad, but I wouldn’t order it again. The rolls were fresh. I would not recommend the peach cobbler. The SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE! That is a solid NO! Something is definitely wrong with this side. I’m planning to call CP tomorrow. It tasted “twangy” and the few who ate it are sick tonight. I did taste it and there is absolutely something wrong.

What a disappointing experience. After being seated, we requested the complimentary rolls, which did not arrive until roughly 30 minutes later and only after asking multiple times. The chicken sandwich arrived undercooked—cold and gummy on the inside—and was clearly raw. After sending it back, the replacement took so long that my meal had already gone cold, resulting in soggy fries and an inedible burger. In total, the chicken sandwich took nearly 45 minutes to be served. Throughout the meal, our drinks sat empty for most of the time and were never refilled, nor was there any offer to do so. When we finally asked for the check, it required manager involvement and added yet another delay. The waitress did something odd with our ticket where items were added and removed, making it impossible to interpret exactly what we were r en paying for. Ultimately, we were only able to eat part of the burger and a few fries; the remainder went uneaten. Overall, the experience was marked by excessive wait times, poor food quality, and a lack of basic service attentiveness.
