Being that I ordered close to the time of the restaurant closing. I would typically expect a lousy job from an employee because I myself work in the food industry and late night orders can be bothersome. Nevertheless I was impressed by the quality of the pizza, visually and taste wise, very good.

This location is on point. Except during lunch buffet, you have to ask for meat in your pasta. It's worth the wait though. Every delivery ever has been fresh and very punctuate. Way to go delivery. The cooks vary of course. There's definitely a structure of continuity among them all though. You know what you're getting. Between the other establishments, locally, I prefer this location to deliver fresh.

I ordered online and had an issue with the page freezing at checkout. When I called the store the nicest man ever answered and helped me through the rest of the process over the phone. I was told to expect delivery in 25 minutes, but got it in 15. The delivery driver was super sweet. She was all smiles even with my giant dogs trying to get outside.

I am a long-time fan for Pizza Hut. I went to Pizza Hut and they had a good deals on the pizzas they have. They are more generous with the number of toppings that they offer to put on a pizza. Pizza Hut is most generous with the topping then Domino's Pizza. It was my first time in over 10 years cuz I have Pizza Hut and they have maintained the Great Taste when it comes to cooking their food. Eating Pizza Hut back a lot of good memories I don't know about you who like Pizza Hut. I recommend Pizza Hut. The Press is good and the deals you get on the pizza is fair. 🙌 !

Andrew is amazing! I’m visiting my parents from out of town, but I’ve been to this Pizza Hut many times before and its subpar. I was desperate for pizza and wanted to give it another try. I ordered inside and Andrew greeted me and even gave me some pizza ideas. It took about 15 min, I was sitting in the booth he came and brought it to me, addressed me by name and opened the box to show me it was correctly made. All with a smile on his face! He made my day honestly and I can see in the other reviews, he’s made other people smile as well. Thanks Andrew! Love from San Francisco

We just went in tonight and ordered 3 pizzas. The service was great and we waited about 15 minutes for our food. We drove to the Pat Booker location from Cibolo since the Pizza Hut on 3009 has such horrible service and poor reviews. Some businesses just don't understand what it takes to be sucessful. Tonight, this location did.

First, Iris was amazing! I called because I had a question about my order and she was very helpful. When I picked up my order, she was friendly and efficient, and made me feel valued as a customer. Second, the pizzas were amazing; perfectly prepared and baked. This team obviously takes pride in their work. Thank you very much!! We appreciate the hard work!

I ordered my 12 pizzas, 32 wings and 4 cookies through the Pizza Hut App. Stopped by on my way to work to make they got my order since I ordered it 5 hours in advance. The employee at the counter told they received the order and assured me everything would be ready. 5 hours later when I showed to pick up everything, I was greeted by my first name with friendliness and courtesy and everything was perfect! Awesome job by the 3 employees who helped me! 👍🏼!!!

I've ordered from this location multiple times in the last few months and every time it's been great! I've ordered through the app for delivery and pick up. Pizza is always perfect, wings are great and the brownies are delicious 😋 Highly recommend

This place has the best naked wings, and honestly make a great pizza as well. Lots of choices out there these days, but these guys consistently deliver a great product hot and fresh. Very popular, be prepared to wait a little longer then the others. Need more desert options to fill a complete dinner.

I ordered four pizzas for pickup the other day and they were made fast and tasted great. They were made well and not skimpy on the toppings. The people at the counter were very nice. I liked that it had the look of an older classic Pizza Hut while also being clean and well maintained. Great experience overall.

Got a call from the Pat Booker location about my order I placed for delivery. The person that called said he did not like how my pizza came out. That it did not have enough pepperoni and mushrooms on it. He let me know that they where remaking it and the delivery would be delayed. He let us know they where sending both pizzas. Both where amazing. What amazing customer service. I love this pizza hut and will always recommend them

The young lady at the Counter was amazing, very welcoming, had a big smile on her face, and even though they were extremely busy, she was still smiling. Great service, and still got my order quickly. That's definitely the kind of customer service I love.

The staff was extremely pleasant. I enjoyed the lunch buffet and the pizzas were well stocked, however the slices were very thin and small. The pizzas looked rather pitiful but considering it cost less than $7 with military discount you can't ask for too much. I would go again, just not on a regular basis

The Kitty Hawk Rd location is always busy, and my pizzas are usually delivered in a timely manner as well as delicious. In person, however, the restaurant looks shabby and is chronically understaffed for a dining-in experience. I wish Pizza Hut Corp would just eliminate the dining-in option altogether.

Disappointing what historical effects of COVID-19 have had on the service industry. No more salads, and no fountain drinks. It's basically now a take out place with seating, just in case you didn't want to leave. That being said, everyone was very pleasant to work with in ordering and service to the table. It just didn't give much of a feeling of warmth reminiscent of going to Pizza Hut with family and friends in times past.

We had a build your own large pizza. It had very little flavor/taste. Average tasting and I have had frozen out of the dairy case that was just as good. Pre-ordered approx 4 hours ahead and still had to wait 15 minuets for it to get done.

I haven't been to Pizza Hut in years so things have changed a lot. We ordered and payed at the front counter. The employee taking our order was friendly and patient with us. After the transaction we took a seat in the almost empty dining room. Our supreme pizza didn't take long to come out but it sure was tasty. The crust was good and all the toppings were perfect.

The food usually arrives as ordered. Rarely has it ever been burnt. We did have issues with the thin crusts arriving inconsistently crispy and not crispy around the edges of the pizzas, and have since opted for hand-tossed. Always ensure you get a full serving of fries before you leave. I was disappointed one day when I arrived home to find my fries half filled. We only ate inside one time, so I can't rate the atmosphere of the place just yet.

Friendly service, only reason I stop here really. Parking is easy enough since it's never busy, tables have a sticky coating on the outside probably from the old varnish aging away, just need to be sanded and re finished. Good is your average pizza hut pizza, nothing special about it.

About as baseline as any Pizza Hut is. Not bad not great. Although this one is pretty consistent about not quite getting my order right (I always ask for extra sauce and light cheese on my pizza and it's either the opposite or not acknowledged at all).

The only issue with my interaction was the little old lady delivery driver, who drives the green subaru outbreak is rude and reckless. She cut me off while running a red light, and alomst hit a pedestrian walking, just to get back to the restaurant, not even bothered that I have twin 3 month old in my vehicle. Then once she me in the restaurant she didn't even bother to apologize as if she didn't just put multiple people in harms way. Having a blatant disregard for others especially kids and babies helps nobody get anywhere. Just please get her to not drive like a freaking maniac, some of us drive with our families in the car.

Pizza came quickly and was hot, however there was a line of uncooked dough in both pizzas we ordered. It was pretty gross to try to eat. Manager was helpful and applied a credit to my account. Hopefully next time is better

Got a pick up order last night. The food was great but the cashier looked and acted like he hated his job. The guy barely acknowledged my son or myself. He never said hi, thank you, welcome to pizza hut or anything. He just placed my food down and walked away. Sadly this is not the first time I've had an interaction with this same individual and each time it's been the same.

Wat too expensive for pizza. Two pizzas were $48. I picked up our order and the cashier gave me an attitude because I refuse to tip them. Tips are for services not cooks. Pizza Hut needs to pay you more. If I was eating in and they served our food I would tip. The cashiers attitude was very inappropriate.

The only reason this location gets 3 stars is because the food is great. Unfortunately, the service is very disappointing. I’ve ordered delivery several times, and items are often missing from my order. Orders should be checked and completed before being sent out to customers.

I order large pan pizza takeout about once or twice a month - 1/2 ground beef, onion, extra cheese and 1/2 pepperoni lovers. The price is usually around $23. Today the cashier was about to charge me $33! I questioned her and pointed out that she could look at my order history and see that it had never cost that much. Also I asked about the amount of pepperoni on the pepperoni lovers because it seems to vary. She said it's the way it's sliced because the pepperoni gets mashed down into the pan crust so it's hard to tell how much pepperoni there is. ( I guess I looked pretty gullible.) And $33 would always be the price, but maybe there was a coupon that "cycled through". I again insisted that I had never been charged $33 and she began punching all over her cashier screen and then said " okay, I've got it down to $17.43." How did that happen? I question the whole process. To go from $33 to $17? Anyway, I got my pizza, but it's a shame that you have to go through that - can't just trust anything these days.

I ordered extra Pepperoni. There wasn't enough pepperoni to even call it a single amount. Extra pepperoni should have the same amount as a "Pepperoni Lovers". This only had about 2 slices of pepperoni per each slice of pizza. The rest of the toppings were as expected. The pizza was nearly cold by the time we got it (we live about 7 blocks from this Pizza Hut).

Let me start off with the bad, employees seemed sloppy. Everyone dressed differently so apparently there is no dress code. They need to be aware of scratching their faces and handling customer cups and food. Place looked dirty, bathroom was dirty and out of paper towels. Restuarant was poorly lit and seemed to be in disrepair. Customer service was slow, and it wasnt to busy for dine in. Ok, with that said pizza was hot, and I'm a pizza lover, so fresh pizza is a good thing. The servers were nice! They need leadership!!!

The store didn't habe stuff crust that I ordered online. I went inside and paid for it. and waited in the lobby for the remainder of the time. After 20mins I went up and ask for the order. they then told me we are out of stuff crust and if I wanted hand toss or pan. I said Iv been sitting here for 20 and your bealry telling me. I did curbside out of my area to get a more satisfying pizza experience. I placed my order and my pizzas were very cold and dry. The stuffed crust pizza was hard and the bread stick were tough and cold as well. This order was to celebrate my birthday with my family but we did not enjoy the food very much at all. (the curbside service was fast and courteous)

I ordered 2 pizza and cinnabon. Got there to pick up order and this old man was snacking off the buffet. While he was still eating he hands my order to the cashier (Cindy). I told her that's disgusting and he didn't even wash his hands, she said nothing and handed me my order like it was nothing. By the time we got home one pizza was over cooked. I had to trash it and go to a different store and bought the same order. Thank goodness I don't live close to this store. Food safety should be reported to the store.

The food was good and fresh out of the oven but the service was unacceptable. We asked to dine in and they brought the food to the table, we didn't receive plates or forks for our pasta, wings or pizza. I'm glad we asked for cups for our drinks because I'm afraid we may have to have used our hands for that. The attendants may have not paid attention but I feel if they work on that this would be a perfect dine in spot.

The last two times we’ve ordered pizza we have ordered the supreme and a pepperoni lovers. Both times the supreme has been awesome my wife said but the pepperoni lovers was just a regular pepperoni pizza. Again tonight the same thing happened the supreme pizza was fine and I ordered a pepperoni lovers And got just a pepperoni pizza with the regular amount of pepperoni. I’ve posted a picture you can see for yourself it’s a regular pepperoni pizza. So I guess my wife is going to eat there again but I will not be. They’re only a minute down the road so I took the pizza back they did give me a refund.

False information posted!! Sign stated the dinning room was open. Parked, found a table, sat waiting 15 minutes, not one of the 4 employees ever said or asked us about placing an order. After questioning them, they stated the dining room was not open! I responded WHY DO YALL HAVE A SIGN ON YOUR DOOR SAYING THE DINNING ROOM IS OPEN?!! Their response was it is open to eat at, but no service available !😔 We left and went elsewhere!!

On 9/18, called about an issue ordering online. A male "child" that worked that day around noon picked up the phone and was particularly rude. Was not helpful whatsoever and kept cutting me off mid-question/sentence. Didn't even bother listening to address the issue or concern. Ended up going to another location where they were more mature and helpful. Save yourself the headache and don't waste your time here. *Don't bother with this location.*

i spent $54 on 3 PIZZAS, AND 5 BRISK TEAS which is completely ridiculous. ON TOP OF THAT our pizzas were HORRIBLE, i worked at pizza hut before, so i know old dough was used and it was completely full of grease it was soggy. im not the type to complain which is why i didnt call the store for a refund which i should have. NEVER COMING BACK TO PIZZA HUT AGAIN WASTE OF 54 DOLLARS

Just ordered pizza or should I say cardboard from this location. I have never had pizza this bad. Even my children complained about how bad it was. I ordered regular amount of sauce. There was the tiniest amount on the pizza. I ordered hand tossed crust and there is no way that is what I received. They didn't have drinks I ordered. They did call for that and ask if something else would work. Fine, but they are always out of something. I will add pictures of the pizza. So disappointed. How hard is it to make a decent tasting pizza?

I ordered over $60 in pizza to be delivered. 2 hours later, still no pizza. And when I call the store? Rings, and rings, and rings. It took me calling 6 times and letting it ring before they answered. Then, they put the delivery driver on the phone who promptly tells me I delivered it to your house. With the 2 lifted trucks. And the lady that didn't speak English I don't have 1, let alone 2, lifted trucks. I speak English very well in my opinion, and noone in my home is bilingual. So no, you didn't deliver to me.they finally agreed to make fresh pizza didn't offer anything in the way of my inconvenience and didn't even say SORRY

Took an hour to get my pizza, that's understandable seeing as it was a Saturday night. When the order got here it was cold, one pizza was completely wrong, ordered a cheese and got something covered in meat. I paid for 8 wings only got 7, and my large was under cooked with barely any crust at all. (I did not order a thin crust) I called and they gave me a 10$ credit (for a 35$ order) I probably won't use it.

The waitress, Tonya, at this location created a terrible atmosphere for both myself and the rest of my party. We came in at 9:55PM and she immediately starts saying, "you have to hurry up and order, we close in an hour." We we're already looking at the menu and about 2-3 minutes later, she returns and said, "you guys have to hurry, we're closing soon" absolutely terrible. Never, in my wildest dreams, would I go up to customers at my job and say, "hello sir, can you please hurry up and get what you need? We're closing soon" completely unprofessional and shows their work ethic at its finest. We went to complain and she steps in and interrupts us to plead her case by saying, "I'm the best!" Seriously? Learn some professionalism and work on your attitude. You have a lot to learn and that's saying a lot coming from a 23 year old man such as myself. Would not recommend this business to anyone. At least not this location.

This particular hut ain't right... Pay extra for deep dish, it's soggy and gross. Pay the equivalent of a full bag of cheese, they'll give you a small pinch. Order a drink with that food? They'll grab it from the non-refrigerated stockpile in the back. You spent $8 on an order of cheese bread? Here's 4 sticks. You want it delivered? $5 delivery fee, and that's not a tip! This economy is bad, and it stings more when you know you're severely overpaying and splurge anyway just to get a mediocre experience. Nothing but regret. Wish I could get my money back.

Ordered a BBQ Chicken Pizza. We picked it up, got it home, and found that there was no BBQ sauce on the majority of the pizza, and the sparse places that had BBQ sauce barely had any. I’m not exaggerating when I say the cheese was directly on the pizza crust on about 80% of the pizza. I’d hate to see what “light on the sauce” would give you since I had ordered it with the “regular” amount. It was very disappointing to have to grab our own BBQ sauce out of the fridge to drizzle on the top. Might as well have made our own pizza.

We have ordered multiple times from this location and I always ask multiple times over and over bring cheese and pepper with our order and they never do. I mad sure to tell them on the phone and have them repeat it back to me and still they show up without it. I even offered to pay for it but still nothing. Then upon calling back they get an attitude. And to top it off it was cold upon arrival and seemed like it was sitting out for a while and the box was soaked with greese.

Horrible service. Sat here for 20 minutes before getting our order taken. Then after getting the pizza out to us, it too another 30 minutes before we saw any of the employees again. Definitely would not recommend to anybody not wanting to be disappointed.

They quoted me 20 minutes and here I am an hour later. Slow service. Pizza is hit and miss. We always ask for extra cheese on our cheese sticks and they never get it right. I'm looking right at their table advertising with a picture of the cheese sticks advertised with more cheese than what we get when we ask and pay for more. Every now and then the garlic butter dipping sauce tastes off, like a plastic and chemical taste.

This place has went downhill. It is to be great when I moved here 4 years ago. Now the workers and management are just lazy and have no customer service skills. I will not be back. You just lost a frequent customer who orders at least 3 times a month. Everyone knows that you don't cut your ovens off until close. It's that simple. My advice is for management and he fresh staff.

Horrible service, mediocre pizza ( if you get it) apparently phone orders are now outsourced to India. Ordered pizza, sticks, pasta, etc. Over an hour later we get 1/2 of what we paid for and calling store would only help if someone would actually answer the phone. My advice would be GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

I wish I could rate a 0. I ordered my Big Dinner Box an hour before closing and spoke with a lady over the phone who took my order she never mentioned they were out of Breadsticks, Cheesesticks, Cinnamon Sticks, and Pasta. When I went to pick up my order the lady told me the listed items were not available. She never offered any empathy, substitutions or discounts and simply told me I can cancel my order after driving to pick up my food. Please don’t waste your time ordering from this location close to closing they will scam you to most likely take the food you ordered for themselves.

I have been a regular customer at Pizza Hut for quite some time now and I have to say that my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing. Despite numerous attempts to get my orders right, they consistently get it wrong. Whether it's missing toppings or incorrect sizes, I always seem to end up with the wrong order. This has become a pattern that I can no longer tolerate. The lack of attention to detail and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. I would not recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere that takes their job seriously.

My pizza was as thin as a dollar bill, cheese was just thrown on with missing areas showing bare bread. Good luck trying to actually call the store and complain, kept getting call centers and disconnected after "transfering to store manager". Never getting pizza from here again.

Ordered pizza from the pat booker location about a month ago and the delivery driver so rude and I mean rude. Our pizzas were made wrong so I contacted the manager and after talking with him he put a $20 credit on my account. So I decided to order today and was told we don't do credits so I must be lying. What horrible customer service. I canceled the order. I do not recommend

For years this was the best run Pizza Hut I'd ever encountered. I was always impressed with the staff and the consistency with which they made the Pizza's. They always opened the box to show you your pizza with a smile and you could tell this was a very well managed store. Sadly, that has all changed. There is new management and now I never know what I'm going to get. My family eats pizza at least once a month and Pizza Hut is our favorite, but I've had it with this location. 1 of 4 pizza's we've eaten in the last 6 months has been what I would consider a good Pizza. If you call in for pick-up, the person on the phone is in to big of a hurry to be professional. Delivery is much worse, even not delivering a pizza at all one time, and having no record of my order when I called them. The toppings are always put on unevenly, Pizza is almost always over cooked, sometimes burnt. Even the pizza cutter cares little about doing a halfway decent job. I've had enough. The last pizza I ordered had so much cheese and toppings on one side that it wasn't cooked all the way, and the other half, with no toppings, was overcooked....my kids barely ate any of it. I'm tired of giving my money to people who obviously don't care about making top quality Pizza. Hope the next closest Pizza hut is better; don't see how it could be any worse.

I ordered a pizzas to be delivered to my job in a big hospital at 1117. An hour goes by and I got the text that said it’s on its way. These folks have called me every time when it gets to the lobby. I called this place at 1230 to see if it had been delivered and they couldn’t find the order. I told the manager that the money was taken out of my account AND I got the email confirmation. He said nope we don’t have that order. So, I ordered it again, another 34.43 gets taken out of my account and again I get an email and it says it was on its way. I went downstairs and both pizzas were in the Er.I had to drive to the restaurant and show proof of both orders to get reimbursed for one of the pizzas. This all could have been avoided with a simple text or phone call saying the pizza was delivered.

Definitely needs new management because clearly the current one does not know how to run an effective business. I called to place an order and the phone rang 27 times. I finally hung up. I came to the location and waited at the counter while no one turned around or even acknowledged that I was there. They are highly understaffed and the staff they do have is not friendly and has no sense of urgency. It is an absolute disappointment that anyone can run a business like this and still have a job. Love the food, but the whole place needs an overhaul.

My family is visiting from out of town for the passing of a family member. I ordered 7 pizzas 3- supreme 2 pepperoni, 1 chicken with garlic sauce, 1 medium cheese. This was for delivery to the hotel my family is staying at. The order was wrong. No supreme and the chicken did not have the garlic sauce. I called to inform them our order was wrong. I was told I needed to bring the pizza back for an exchange. Why, Should I bring the pizza back as this was not my error. I was hung up on 3 times. I was told, I needed to understand they were busy. What? They finally stated they would bring the 3 supremes. I need to wait another 30 to 45 minutes. Is this the customer service??? Terrible. I believe this will be an issue the owner and or corporate will here about.

Really bad service if you can't say if they did any service at all had a party of 8 and workers never came to take our order after 20 mins we decided to leave after leave the place I told the young lady thank you and she just laughed so people don't go Really bad service

I came to order pizza in person. Pointed to the pizza sign on window that showed 13.99 for the pizza. I also ordered another pizza and paid. It came out to $51.81 for 2 pizzas and 2 small sodas. I asked for a receipt and was told it would come with the pizza. So I asked her how it could be so much when I only ordered 2. Not until then did she say that it was only $13.99 if you order it online. No where on the poster did it say that and neither did she say that when I pointed at it. I told her to go ahead and take that pizza off and she rudely said that I couldn't remove it since I had already paid. I told her, fine then cancel my order since I just paid and they had not even started making it yet. She said they could not refund my order either! I have NEVER heard of any company that won't let you cancel your order when you just placed it! No wonder Pizza Hut is going down hill. I asked for management and was told the manager Bill would not be back till the weekend, this is Wednesday! I left with NO pizza and they kept my money! I have been trying for hours to get ahold of someone in corporate but no use. They better refund me my money or I will sue for this. Horrible, cheating service and you keep my money!

My favorite pizza has always been the Stuffed Crust Pizza from PH but on 06/18/25 I ordered the Stuffed Crust and wings at this location and it was the worst Stuffed Crust I've ever had. It was so thin and dry. The wings were good.

I will NEVER return as a customer again, I ordered curbside pickup, I wad made to get out of my car in the rain ! Wait in line for 46 minutes to be given a disgusting rubbery over cooked pizzas and cheese sticks ! Then I was being asked to pay for them again ! I want a full refund immediately!

This resteraunt is more trouble and sad then anyone could imagine. I read an online post where the Owner stated Pizza hut Universal city had dedicated drivers to ensure the hottest best fast food delivery. Well we ordered a couple of pizzas and after waiting for over 30 minutes We called the resteraunt and through it's automated system we selected to speak to a person, and no one answers. So we try that several times to no success. We have already paid for our food so we decided to get dressed and drive to the Pizza Hut in Universal city from Live Oak. When we walk out our front door, our pizzas are sitting on the ground with dirt and ants. Come to find out they used Door Dash who didn't even ring the Bell when they delivered. Also the manager was not even in, we talked to a very young lady who was "Acting Manager" who could not give us food or our money back!!! When we went in, the "eat in" resteraunt it was empty, the tables were cluttered with wall pictures and boxes of junk. We have gotten take out from here before, and it's usually pretty good. I guess I can say it paid off to drive all the way there, because it looks like maybe there is a new owner and well I guess from the service and the scene at the resteraunt. THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING! Sad thing because Pizza Hut is good pizza. I can't rate the food because we never got any food.

So, apparently they don’t do “dine in”?! I then asked “so we cannot eat in here?” I received the reply “oh you can, we just don’t serve you.” Ok… the guy’s attitude on 2/24/2025 at approx 6:25pm was trash. Almost everything I wanted he said they didn’t do, instead of trying to work with me. He acted like he knew what I was going to say before I finished speaking. Interrupted. Pizza Hut used to be fun as a kid. I miss the old table game and the salad bars. This place could use a little joy, common courtesy, and less depression.

So, today of all days Friday 13th, i head to to Pizza Hut for the usual family dinner. I spend 50 to 70 bucks per visit, which is often. 1st off, I'm disabled and have no voice at all. I use one of those voice boxes called electrolarynx, since i dont have one. The 1st person that waits on me is going over the order and i asked about the pasta bowls, and she said there was none on it. So I move to the side and text the family member who ordered it and she sent me back a receipt. I go back to the counter and wait again. She doesn't come to the counter but the Manager William did, at least he said he was the manager. I tried explaining to him but he couldn't understand me, so i moved a little closer standing by the register, not behind it or anything so he could understand me better. He promptly YELLED for me to get back on the other side. I didn't notice a sign warning me that was about to happen, but then again i figured it was pretty apparent what i was attempting to do since he was the one looking at me puzzled by expression and saying what. Very unprofessional. So i tried explaining to him and he said well they're on there. I tried just to let him know the only reason i was trying to confirm was because of what the other lady had said. He seemed totally bothered by it all and specifically told me I needed to go somewhere else. I paid anyway. Went out to my car and wrote a note so he could understand what i was attemped to confirm. He looked at it briefly and said so what do you want me to do. I said its not about that, it's about you yelling at me and telling me to go somewhere else. He couldn't have cared less. We exchanged a few choice words which he understood that real good and didnt mind yelling it right back in front of other customers. Well owner, he gets what he asked for. I'll spend my money elsewhere. You might want to invest in some customer service techniques to your employees. You wonder why your rating is so low for pizza? I don't. I won't be back.

Today I placed a small order for our office and since the General manager Bill,Kelly did not like me asking questions about my order he cancelled it simply because he can. Is it right no, but he simply stated I can take my business else where! which he's correct I can but it was very rude and I'm in disbelief because I've never had an issue with my food. Which he lied and said he had a random number which again not true because I've ordered at the location before with no issues. If this is truly a manager he needs to be fired which probably wont happen because pizza hut always short staff .

Came to visit this city on a business related trip. My family and I just walked into this place 10 minutes ago. Parking lot was empty except for employees parked. Restaurant inside was EMPTY yet my family, a party of 3 sat ourselves and waited to have our order taken. We were noticed by several employees yet NO one had the courtesy of acknowledging us nor take our order. Instead the lady in the reception walked to the back and ignored us on more than one occasion. Waited patiently for an about 15 minutes.After realizing I would not be serviced even when there was absolutely no one dining in the restaurant we proceeded to walk out of there immediately.

This is absolutely the worst Pizza Hut!! The last time we dined in, placed order at counter for several things including thin and crispy supreme pizza--she even repeated order back to me and said thin and crispy. Of course you have to pay at counter and include tip at that time if using card. Order took forever. Imagine our surprise when we got a pan supreme pizza. When mentioned to server (same one who took order) she looked at order slip and said it says pan. SHE TYPED IT WRONG!! Didn't have time for them to remake as thin. Today 4/27, placed online order at 12:45 for personal pan given pickup time of 1pm. Get there, they have sign on door "no staff--lobby and dine in closed--only curbside". Called and was told pizza still in oven, should be out shortly. 1:10, still no pizza. Called again, told pizza still in oven and they'll bring out--couldn't tell me how much longer. Again, tip was included when order placed online. Order brought out 1:13. Moral of the story, don't tip in advance and certainly go to a different location.

My order was the worst! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. My daughter wanted pizza hut for her birthday, the pepperoni pizza was uneven and looked like someone had bitten small bites around the pizza where it was hand tossed and stretched wrong. The toppings were all in the middle, there was barely any cheese and the crust was hard and burnt. The other pizza had barely any toppings. The pineapple was on one side of the pizza, cheese was in the middle and barely any on the pizza and the toppings were all burnt. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN. I wish I could add photos.

I had a terrible experience and the GM Lucy gave me a credit for a future redo well no one at the store EVER answers the phone so when you try to call you only get a CALL CENTER and they can't process the credit only the store can. This has been the worst experience ever. At this point I just want my money back.

Order over the phone and they said delivery was 50 mins. Ok fine but after two hours I called back and apparently when you call it goes to a call center not the store and they couldn’t tell me anything just transferred me to the store location and they didn’t answer either. The quality of the food was also terrible, rushed. Some of the pizza had no sauce and cheese bread was not cut it was just one whole slab.

Repeatedly get my order canceled because I choose to pay cash and they dont have drivers before 6pm. Im.so sick of this. I'm disabled, can't drive, and dont have the $ on a card right now but I DO have the cash. Why can't this snotty manager deliver it herself?

Ordered a personal pan pizza from this store via Uber, which I have done without issue for the past two years. However, this time, I was forced to order a personal pan pizza box with a side. When it arrived, the pan pizza was soggy, cold and doughy, and had to be pried out of the tin pan it came in. I took it to the store and spoke with the manager, who did not seem to care, and offered no apology. He said their personal pan pizza supplier ran out of their usual supplies, so they stuffed some pieces of a large into a tin pan and tried to sell it. I left the pizza there, uneaten, and advised the manager that, due to the poor quality of this product, I would not be returning with my business. He shrugged his shoulders, and said said something noncommittal, and I left. Poor customer service, declining food quality, I do not recommend this store.

We ordered delivery from this Pizza Hut. The food was never delivered. Apparently Pizza Hut has an agreement with Door Dash for delivery, so the Pizza Hut manager said I can only deal with Door Dash. Even though I did not place the order with Door Dash! The Pizza Hut manager refused to do anything about the missing delivery. I did not get a refund or replacement order. Be warned that if you order delivery from Pizza Hut, they will not stand behind their delivery!

My food was wrong last night and my icing came looking like butter. Tried to call no answer. Called today to be transferred to the store phone over 6 times to get no answer. Ended up going to the location and was talking to a women who was pretty polite and nice. I was telling what was wrong and we were talking it out at first. This man (guessing the manager) came up and asked what was going on and she filled him in on how far we got into our conversation. He was very dismissive and came off a bit rude honestly. He said the icing is supposed to look like that. They refunded me 1 icing.

Just a heads up I would not recommend eating at any Pizza Hut in San Antonio(any of them). Here is a sample of how they take care of their equipment, ice machine, but just be aware that the way they take care of this one machine is how they take care of all of their buildings and their equipment which is what is used to make all of the food. On top of that this is also how they treat the employees with no regard other than making money and meeting their bottom line. They have outsourced pretty much everything in the company including the call-center as well as the drivers . Most of the Pizza Hut in San Antonio 100% utilize DoorDash and the ones that don’t are heading that way . I understand that this is the way the world is going right now but I also know that there are companies out there that still care about their customers and their safety as well as their employees. This establishment as well as all of them across the San Antonio area which …..are all owned by the same company emerge do the exact same thing. There is literally one maintenance person for I think about 20+ restaurants and he only comes out if there is an absolute disaster. A complete sellout of a company, do yourself a favor and stay far far away from anything that has the Pizza Hut logo on it.

Worst experience ever! I literally wait for someone for 6 minutes to come up to the register. I was YELLING "HELLO" multiple times but no response at all. I then walked over closer to the ovens and tried waving and yelling out but NO Response was made. It took me having to walk to the back where I know I'm not allowed, just to have a rude employee approach me. She has absolutely no good customer service or comman scene.
