Juice It Up!

I’ve gone to this juice it up a couple of times and every time I go the service is very good. The girl that makes my drink always makes it perfect and asks me about my day which makes me happy. I think she mentioned her name was Natalie.

Great spot to get smoothies, juices, and snacks (they have pretzels and pizza bites on the menu!). I had the Zone protein shake with peanut butter and whey protein. It was just what I needed to cool off on a warm day while adding more substance to the diet. Service was excellent, and I wouldn't hesitate to come back when I'm in the area.

This juice it up always makes my razzle dazzle perfectly even when it’s not on the menu and the people in there are always nice. This one girl in particular always seems like she cares about me. I believe her name is Natalie.

They give you what you ask for! The staff excellent and hard working. Little hard to hear with the blenders going so speak up when ordering. Check the menu a lot of options.My favorites are the acai protein bowl, raw juices and smoothies. The

I went with a few friends spontaneously and had a great experience here. The staff were nice, did their job. Our drinks were fantastic and satisfied our cravings! The shop is small and short staffed but does what it needs to. I don't recall them getting too busy so I don't see it being a big deal. It's a cool place for a quick stop.

I absolutely love this place! I know a lot of people complain about service being slow, but you have to know it's probably not their fault they're short on staff...you never know the circumstances. Also, some small franchises will close a tad early if there's no one to serve. People have lives! 5 mins won't hurt. Juice It Up makes good quality drinks that are made with fresh fruit and veggies, and they taste great. It's 5 stars from me! :)

Peanut butter, mocha, and protein!! Wasn’t expecting them to have this on the menu! Delicious! My wife got the greens. It was A bit too sweet for her. It was a total of about $18 because the drinks we got were the premium ones.

We've been many many times the service is excellent we usually go to the one in Chino hills. Here you can sit down plenty of tables outside by the fountain. The strawberry and mango smoothies our favorites.

I've been here a few times. Staff isn't very friendly and the place is clearly understaffed. It's unreasonable to think 1 person can take orders and make drinks in a timely fashion. It would be nice to be greeted when you walk in.

The wheatgrass on the counter is yellow, and the girls working there have zero customer service. And refused to do the right thing. The lack of education when it comes to wheatgrass is very incompetent. One of them walked out with a fresh tray and refused to sell it, and immediately completed the order with the yellow, less vibrant wheatgrass that looks like it was run over by a truck.

This is not for the service. It’s for the quality of the açaí. My bowl was the worst I’ve ever had, it was as loose as diarrhea. And the moment I walked out, it started liquify. I think it’s mostly ice mixed with some açaí pure. 🤦‍♀️

They had dying yellow wheatgrass on the counter, when i asked if they had a fresh batch in the back, they said no, that's all we have. So this location only has half a tray of yellow bad grass? That's not good for business. Horrible service

The two different smoothies I tried were disappointing. The Zone” peanut butter banana protein shake was watery and bland. Menu was missing some basic flavors such as vanilla or Peach. Mighty C Immunity drink the ginger overpowered all the other flavors and ice was added without request.

This place is literally called Juice It Up, they don't have fresh squeezed juice. This is the third time at two different locations Juice It Up has told me they can't make fresh squeeze orange juice.

Rude cashiers like zero effort in customer service. Also Opens at 10 and its past that and still not opened even though they see multiple customers outside waiting. Find new management asap smoothies are really good prefer it over jamba juice but business not as legit.

I ordered a large zone online arrived at the location for pick up with no one else inside the location. She continues doing what she is doing versus providing customer service. While standing there, she walks to the back, then comes back out to the front. During that time, another young lady walked in. She addresses the other young lady and get her order out of the refrigerator at the same time I am standing there and never addressed me at all! That is absolute horrible customer service and we wonder why these types of jobs are going away or being replaced by AI! If the owner sees this message, I would appreciate it if you would address this matterand even review the cameras
