The food was delicious and fresh and Kate's excellent service made everything better. 5/5 stars I highly recommend you ask for Kate the great to be your waitress.

Pretty darn good, the price is reasonable for a steakhouse. The flavors were all very good including the drinks. 25 minute wait on a Friday night, but there was a table open at the bar. Attentive servers as well as the host. She would go around and clean up and help out which is nice to see everyone doing their part to make it a good experience.

The food and was as good as any other Outback there is around here. I ordered the 9 oz. Filet with the Bloomin’ Onion Petals and potato soup and Mac and Cheese Bites for an appetizer, all of which tasted great. The service was impeccable and the manager Devon super nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this place to eat at with its nice, retro decor, great service, and great food!

We had the filet mignon and grilled lobster,6 ounce and 9 ounce steaks, the baked potato and fries and the house salad and potato soup. Everything was delicious. The lobster was small but everything else was great. Customer service was excellent. The interior is really nice with plenty of room to sit down in booths or tables or at the bar.I ordered a Stella and a shot of patron which I wished would have been served ice cold. my girl had a strawberry lemonade. I’ve been too many outbacks, but this is the first time I visited this establishment in Upland. My girl been here several times to order the steak and lobster. She’s never been disappointed.

Outback - you are on thin ice. It is pretty expensive for what you get. If prices go up by even a cent, you will lose regular customers. We go here pretty often for semi-special occasions and most of the time get great food and service. One time a waitress forgot a side ordered and kept coming over to ask how things were and not bringing us the side! Another time my drink was brought to me with a bug in it, and they brought me a new one but didn't comp the drink. Most of the time though.. everything is fine.

I give it a 4 1/2 only because the restrooms needs some needed love, the stalls are small. Eden was great , very attentive and the rest of her little crew was good. The food was great !! My prime rib was rare the way I like it 👌

I've come to this location many times and my husband and I find that they do it the BEST. Anytime we eat dinner here, I always order the same thing and it's always cooked to perfection. The steak is so juicy and the soup is so yummy! I always have great experiences with the staff as well. We were served by Taylor this past time we visited and she was awesome! 😌 We are more than satisfied and look forward to continuing our patronage.

Ate here since we had a gift card. Got the 3 coarse meal. It was actually just right we had the coconut shrimp and the burger. Hana our server was really nice.

I did a to-go order. It said it would be ready at 5:31 so I got there 5 minutes early. After waiting 15 minutes and no food so I called and the lady said its ready and she will send someone out. Waited another 10 minutes then physically went inside and asked the 1st person I see. She goes in the back and some guy that works there is walking behind talking badly saying he was the only one doing to-go orders and I need to wait. Seriously? Now my food is cold! Will never go here again. And that white guy needs to be fired! Update: They forgot all my sides! No potatoes or sweet potato! And the food was ice cold! Unbelievable! Manager was very kind and refunded my order and I appreciate that! So changing to 3 stars but this was so upsetting. I would suggest not doing take out during busy times. I learned my lesson. Thank you again to the very kind and sweet manager Maddie. She was very helpful & de-escalated the whole situation. She needs a raise having to deal with employees like that!

This is our second visit within 2 months, and the past 2 visits have not been very good. Both waiter and waitress have apologized, so we've decided we will no longer visit. We ordered the Bloomin Onion last time. It was so small and did not taste fresh this time around. It looked like a normal onion, but it was undercooked. The onions were kind of raw, and the batter was definitely not cooked long enough-not good. The waitress said they were short staffed they only had one cook. I would like to note that I saw a manager sitting down in the front from the moment we got there.Who didn't even help her. So I kind of felt bad for her. It was lunchtime, so it was fairly busy. I asked for my salad first before I got my soup and baked potato. But it all came together, of course, and when I got my baked potato. As you can see in the photo, it was flooded in butter. I did ask for a replacement, and she was kind enough to bring me one, which I took home. I would rate this place a C+. Oh almost forgot, during our last visit, I ordered the prime rib with bone in it and they brought me one without and they were going to replace it, but I would have had to wait a while, and my friend was already eating. And the rest of my food would have gotten cold. For compensation, they ended up bringing us a scoop of ice cream. Hmmm. I also had to remind him to adjust the bill as the piece of meat. They brought me was much cheaper then the one I ordered.

We went last night on new years eve...there were 7 of us. I wish I can choose zero stars...we ordered the blooming onion and it was so undercooked and it still had the powder of the batter on it, nasty!!!! It took forever to get our order, it was not busy at the time. My steak on my pasta was cold on some areas, my husband's steak was way over cooked, he ordered it medium rare and it was not pink at all...he also asked for sautéed mushrooms and it wasn't on the steak. Our waiter couldn't even set the plates on the table himself, he handed them to us so we can put them down. The only reason we wanted to try this place is because I had a gift card. First andast time that we eat at outback. Very disappointing!!!!

Having visited for the first time, we were placed in a secluded corner, far from other patrons. As a bi-racial couple, we unfortunately did not feel particularly welcome. Our initial waitress, who had red hair, served us and, after we placed our order, mentioned she was ending her shift, yet she remained and continued to serve other tables. The quality of the food was disappointing; the steak, ordered well-done, arrived quite bloody. After waiting over ten minutes for the new waitress to check on us, she took the plate, and upon her return, it was the same plate with the meat we had already cut. The meat was tough, and the potatoes were watery, making the meal unenjoyable. Upon departing, we noticed that the other patrons were not of our race. The only positive aspects were the cocktail and the bread. The dinner was quite disappointing, unfortunately.
