Es un pequeño restaurante del centro de Valencia. Acogedor, íntimo, con una terraza en el exterior por donde siempre pasa gente y músicos callejeros amenizan la cena. La comida simplemente genial, muy buena. Probamos el.tartar de salmón, los calamares y las bravas con una jarra de agua de valencia y quedamos más que satisfechos. Todo buenísimo. El servicio muy amable y agradables. Muy recomendable!

Local tradicional y con muy buen producto! Destacamos su producto por encima de todo, la terraza está en un sitio privilegiado de Valencia. La atención muy buena, te hacen recomendaciones y si ven que has pedido demasiado te lo dicen! Recomendable: el Humus, los calamares y la tarta de queso de postre! Volveremos por que nos encanta!

Clientes habituales porque nos tratan como de la familia (pero una familia de las que se llevan bien). Mención especial para Elisa, toda amabilidad. Por supuesto, platos y raciones excelentes y a un precio magnífico para estar en pleno centro de Valencia. Nuestro segundo hogar.

Atención amable y eficiente de los camareros. Cenamos una ensalada de tomate, queso, truchita marinada y olivas y alcaparras que estaba deliciosa. ¡Muy recomendable! Las croquetas de jamón, bien. Y la sepia, blandita y rica de sabor. 2 tintos de verano y 1 cerveza, todo por 46,70. La terraza se llena rápido, así que es recomendable no demorarse mucho si no quieres esperar cola.

Situado en pleno corazón del casco antiguo de Valencia, junto a la emblemática Lonja de la Seda, Escalones de la Lonja es un local de tapas con mucho encanto y sabor tradicional. El ambiente es acogedor, ideal tanto para visitar tras un paseo por el centro histórico como para disfrutar de una cena relajada con amigos o familia.

Hemos parado a hacer un pica pica rápido por comer algo, y muy bien. (No tienen Voll Damm pero tienen Alambra 1925 y Roja), el trato de la camarera excelentisimo, una amor de chica super simpática. Gracias

Muy buen sitio para probar unas tapas típicas en pleno centro de Valencia. A destacar las patatas bravas, que son bravas de verdad con una salsa picante (a parte) muy rica y original. Además, la camarera que nos atendió muy amable. En cuanto al precio… algo elevado pero es lo que tiene estar en el centro.

Awesome dinner on our first night in Valencia. Fantastic food, was a totally different taste experience. I recommend the tuna with guacamole, the taste profile is just very different. Service was great, I have a feel that it’s a family run business. Expect good honest food. Highly recommended.

We came here for a lunch and it was amazing. The coffee was great too. We had the olives, mushroom croquettes and the octopus with potatoes. Everything was absolutely delicious. Definitely coming back again. Really friendly staff too.

Very nice Spanish Tapas restaurant. The potatoes bravas with the garlic sauce and hot chilli was excellent. All of the dishes were flavoursome. Only downside was it's located on a narrow street so there's little sun for those sitting outside, can get chilly even if the sun is beaming elsewhere. Definitely worth a visit for proper tapas.

We spent a week here in Valencia the summer of 2023 and ate here twice after being recommended by locals. We came back Spring 2024 and stopped here for dinner right after we landed in Valencia. Missed this place so much and the warm service and smiles we received (more than usual) made us fall in love with this restaurant even more. We will be back again before our week concludes in Valencia. It’s a staple. We had: Grilled vegetables Homemade Anchovies Galician style octopus with potatoes Entrecôte aged steak with peppers and potatoes The food came fast and hot and love the ambience inside or out, where lots of singers and musicians often play to get some small tips from the patrons.

The best tapas in town - during one week of stay, we visited this restaurant for four times. Comparing to others, this one has the best taste - all tapas are super delicious, especially the Pimientos de Padrón and the pork - must try them!!

We stayed in Valencia for 3 nights and we ate here...3 times. One lunch, two dinners. Why? Because it was really, really good. Each time we ordered something new, each time it was absolutely fantastic. The menu is fairly small (which I like), about 20-25 dishes I suppose -- but they have perfected each one that we tried. The general vibe of the place was wonderful too. Very relaxed, very friendly. Mainly locals, which is a good sign. We sat outside to soak up the atmosphere -- and the beer. It does get busy though, so I'd recommend getting there for about 7PM for dinner. If you enjoy a steak, I'd highly recommend what they have to offer. It was perfectly cooked. Very tender and soft and I loved that it was covered in salt flakes. It was accompanied with fried potatoes and vegetables. Highly recommended! Visited: November 2023.

Lot to love about this place! Excellent food and staff 😊 We ordered peppers, potatoes, squid and olives with two drinks that cost us 38 euros - coming from London it almost felt guilty paying so little for such a quality meal. Generous portion sizes and we were going to order a salad as well but was advised that it may be too much for two people - they were right! how kind.

The food was absolutely delicious! We loved everything we ordered! All the veggies were fresh and nicely aromatized with spices. The flavors were quite subtle but really emphasizing the taste of the vegetables. We also received everything quite fast once we ordered, although it took some time to get our order taken. The staff was nice and they also could speak good English which was good for the rest of our group when addressing questions. Truly a gem of a place, although the interior design is not that appealing and inside the tables are small and very close to each other. Luckily the terrace was also an option.

Great little tapas restaurant next to the Silk Exchange with good food and atmosphere. Try the padron peppers and the steak. So good!

Entramos sin reserva después de una vuelta por el barrio de El Carmen. Tapas muy ricas tanto para locales como para turistas que son bien acogidos. Probamos las bravas con su salsa especial picante de melocotón, pimientos de padrón, secreto...todo muy bueno. Volveremos a probar otras tapas. Me encantó el mural que tienen dentro y la buena atención.

Fui porque me lo recomendaron y también siempre que pasaba estaba lleno. La única mesa que conseguí fue una alta pero lo malo era que llovía agua de un aire acondicionado, pedí moverla un poco y la mesera no me habló muy bien, tuve que esperar antes para que alguien venga a ubicarme, luego mucho más para que me tomen el pedido, la onda de las meseras no era muy buenas, supongo que el stress de tanta gente. While the location of this restaurant was fantastic, I have to admit that the food didn't quite meet my expectations for Spanish cuisine. While the dishes were decent, I couldn't help but feel that they lacked the depth of flavor and authenticity that I've come to expect from other restaurants in the center of Valencia. That being said, I still enjoyed my dining experience here thanks to the lovely atmosphere and great service. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the location was simply stunning. I just wish that the taste of the food could have matched the beauty of the surroundings.
