La calidad y el prestigio de la marca y sus motos no es equiparable al servicio de preventa... Deja que desear, casi me tuve que robar una moto para que me pusieran atención.

I bought a motorcycle today in cash for 33,000 pesos. I mentioned 2 to 3 times that I didn't have the minimum amount of gasoline to get to a gas station or to my house, but just as I mentioned, they ignored me when their technicians were supposed to take the motorcycle to the back to "verify its operation." I left the place confidently until within 3 blocks the motorcycle turned off and did not respond in the middle of traffic, I risked being hit or run over accompanied by curses while I tried to get out of the traffic, I had to take the motorcycle by force to my house all due to not having good customer service and taking their judgment into account, the only solution I got from the collaborator was a simple "you should have sent me a message", a message when? In the middle of the street in full traffic? What a horrible experience when it is supposed to be a situation of happiness
Terrible service and attention in general from all the staff. I took my motorcycle to be serviced and they didn't put in the parts I paid for. The service guys steal them (spark plugs, oil filter, screws). I won't go to this branch again. 😡
