Everything is still Super clean and super nice unfortunately it won't stay that way for very long, luckily Starbucks does a nice job usually of upkeep and what not hopefully the trend continues at this location. The nicest thing for me in the entire store is the Dyson airplanes in the restrooms! LOL! If I were to complain about anything it would be the fact that there are not enough outlets in the entire store and none outside! You'd think by 2017 & the fact that there's basically one on every corner they would have Learned to put an outlet at each table and at a minimum a couple outside(like the solar ones @ 😱coffee bean😬) especially being across the street from the college! They are going to be filled with students and everyone else needing to plug in their devices and are going to be nicely surprised to find they don't have anywhere near enough outlets. I almost forgot to mention the drive-thru! Everyone is going to be most excited about the drive-thru FINALLY, I can die happy!! Lol

We love this Starbucks so much. The general manager is so sweet. The whole staff is nice and works so hard. We wouldn't have gotten thru these 5 months without all of you. Ryan always has the best sense of humor. Rocky is so genuine. And Priscilla and Jacky have turned into such good friends of ours. Jose has always made us feel so welcomed. We are so grateful for all of you. The general manager should know your staff both morning and night are one of a kind. They bust their butt's and definitely deserve raises. We love you guys and miss you.

Quick, friendly service. Food and beverages were piping hot! We were offered napkins and forks which is often missed and always appreciated. Drive thru team member was on the ball with excellent customer service!

Probably the nicest staff ever!! My mom and I would stop by here during Covid as our “fun little outing” and now I’m in college and coming here brings me joy and comfort even now! They make every drink correct and delicious.

This is a good location, but the drive thru line can get really long (20 minutes sometimes). If it's bad, I park and run in and get my mobile order. The staff have always been friendly, and like most Starbucks, are very well trained.

This is a great Starbucks! The staff is super friendly. The drinks are made perfect. The drive thru is "interesting" in that it is cavernous. I can't say I have ever been in a similar drive thru ever. The interior has pleasant decorations. They are open late. I always stop by before my weekend treks back to Canyon Country.

Very nice people but just wanted to warn them that writing on the cup with the green marker isn’t good for the customer. The green got on me everywhere

Just stopped in today to get some gift cards. I come by here because it’s the closest one to me with a drivethru. Staff seems chill and nice. Place is pretty clean inside and outside. Drivethru can go very slow depending when you come through. Standard Starbucks experience when coming here, decent drinks and service. Long lines only one cashier, I waited on line for 25 minutes before I was help couple of people the were waiting behind me left because of the same reason.. there was like 5 barristas and they all seem kind of lost.. the cashier didn't seem to know what was going on.. once I was help it took another 15 minutes for my latte to be made, the barrista didn't bother calling out names once the drinks were done.. she would just put then on the pick up counter, manager was walking clueless as to what anyone was doing.. not going back ever again.. bad service literally.. and by time I got my drinks they were almost cold.. was safraid to say something and wait another hour. Oh and the place look so unorganized aswell not clean at all, outside or inside.. i was amazed been to other Starbucks with more people and less barristas and the place was way cleanr and organized..

Placed a mobile order for pick up which had the estimated time for 12:29 waited until 12:36 to ask for my drink to which they then started to make only because I asked. Very very disappointed at this location. They’re only focused on drive thru. People who ordered in person after me got their drinks before me.

I ordered a white chocolate mocha and a ham and Swiss on a croissant. Instead I was given a hot chocolate and an extremely burnt croissant. The girl at the register was just ok bye extremely rude.

I ordered a venti iced coffee and asked for light ice. Well I got a cup full of ice and got smaller than a tall size cup of coffee. I also asked for my danish to be warmed up and it was cold. I don’t like leaving bad reviews I’m not like that but this was mind blowing to think I paid for a venti and all I got was that.

I waited in line & was denied refill because cup wasn’t perfectly clean. So I cleaned my mug, waited in line again to have my mug 1/2 filled. I asked to refill my mug which is Trenta. I would have gladly paid xtra, but wasn’t offered & was actually met with rudeness “we don’t do Trenta in hot coffee”, when asked to fill my mug, really??? I have been filling the same exact mug daily in many other coffee shops, no problem for 2 years. Many times Starbucks, 5x/ week. Starbucks has lost my loyalty. I’ll be getting my coffee at Pete’s Coffee or anywhere else where they are nice, polite & actually offer to rinse my mug if needed, fill my mug up, not give me attitude. Not to mention they have better coffee.

I waited in line & was denied refill because cup wasn’t perfectly clean. So I cleaned my mug, waited in line again to have my mug 1/2 filled. I asked to refill my mug which is Trenta.
