Let me tell you why I gave this place such a high review. It's hot and very cruise and very humid. We went underneath a day that was completely packed at the aquarium. When you're walking around and you're hot and exhausted You just don't want to have to eat in a large hot food court.Thank God This place was there. It is amazingly clean and cool from the air conditioning and just a comfortable oasis. It was an expensive meal and relation to the other restaurants in the building but I given the atmosphere and that it was actually a pretty good experience, it was worth it. It wasn't packed so they allowed us to choose where we wanted to eat. The tables were comfortable and large enough to eat on. It was cool and comfortable. Our waitress was patient and although we didn't speak the same language she really looked out for us. Not all of the food came out at the same time during our Neil that it wasn't something that really made a difference at that time. The tacos a word good and they were rolled and fried. Avocado guacamole was good. Hunty of chips and bread. The meals were large. One of us got the chicken marinades Hawaiian style and it was pretty good. Drinks were served with glasses of ice. Everything is done perfectly. We weren't rushed. We were able to relax and get a really good meal and cool down. I think this was perfect to give us a break and refresh us in order to continue our day. I don't think we would have made it if it wasn't for VIPs.

One of the few restaurants in the area with air conditioning. It wasn't cold but it made the dining room comfortable enough to enjoy a meal. There was live entertainment (I assume, father/son flute players, which was lovely. The server was friendly and helpful and the food was good.

An amazing place, clean and comfy environment, tasty food, and attentive service. We were enjoying eating there during our vacations, and once we are back in Veracruz, for sure will revisit them. We hoped for the same in Oaxaca de Juarez but no, no comparison.

Great. The parking is a little dark and hot but its fine. The Vip's restaurant and service was fabulous . It was our first time and we were pleasantly surprised.

This branch is very big and having very good variety of food items are served here, I loved the fish I ordered, it was not very busy on Friday 16th September while I visited although it was Mexican Independence day, I liked the food overall very good experience, very helpful and friendly staff.

It was ok. The chilaquiles with manchego cheese 😏 Should be queso fresco Frijoles fritos from the can. They don't do them fresh. Good coffe. First time i was able to pay with Google pay (smartphone) in Veracruz. For Mexican breakfast I would recommend some local, house made food
