Ambiente accogliente ed ottimo cibo.I piatti rispecchiano la tradizione culinaria valdostana .Ottimo il rapporto costo/qualità. Soddisfacente anche il vino e le grappe. Personale cortese e disponibile .

Locale tipico di Cervinia con pochi coperti (il consiglio è di prenotare) dove il cibo e il servizio sono ottimi. La fonduta con i crostini di pane è molto buona; come antipasto consiglio anche il tagliere valdostano ma a mio avviso per 2 è anche troppo. La polenta con il tris ( funghi, capriolo e salsiccia) è spaziale. Menzione speciale anche per i dolci ( cheesecake ai frutti di bosco). In ultimo, le porzioni sono abbondanti.

La Maison de Saussure è un ristorante eccezionale: atmosfera elegante, servizio attento e piatti curati nei minimi dettagli. Ingredienti di altissima qualità e sapori raffinati rendono ogni portata speciale. Un’esperienza gastronomica di grande livello, assolutamente consigliata! Il titolare Luca e tutti i suoi dipendenti fanno si che l'esperienza sia ancora più accogliente!

Io e la mia ragazza Siamo stati a mangiare in questo ristorante un giovedì a pranzo di fine novembre. Sia il proprietario che il cameriere sono stati, per tutto il pasto, super cordiali e sempre attenti e disponibili ad ogni nostra esigenza e richiesta. Abbiamo diviso un primo piatto (scrigno cacio e pepe con crema di noci e speck), a seguire abbiamo preso un secondo a testa (tris di polenta con salsiccia,cinghiale e funghi - bistecca alla valdostana). Tutte le portate sono state di nostro gradimento in particolar modo il primo piatto. Abbiamo fatto loro i complimenti. Ai piatti sopra elencati abbiamo aggiunto una bottiglia di acqua da 65cl, due birre da 0.4l e due caffè e abbiamo speso 95 euro. Ecco se dovessimo muovere una critica il conto è stato leggermente oltre alle aspettative, ma spesi volentieri considerato la qualità del cibo e del servizio.

This was our favorite place in Cervinia. The best food and service. The portions are also big enough to feel full after a dish (other restaurants give you very small portions). The owners seems very nice too, a very cosy place for a delicious dinner. I can recommend it to visit.

Getting a reservation at this restaurant wasn’t easy! We tried walking in two days in advance but couldn’t secure a table at our preferred time. A friend later gave it another shot, and after a long conversation with the owner, we finally got in. The food was undeniably good—well-prepared, flavorful—but something felt slightly off, though I can’t quite put my finger on it. The pappardelle, for example, lacked that perfect al dente bite. My favorite dish was the ravioli with cheese and walnuts—rich and delicious, though quite heavy. The standout? The board of local cheeses and meats—absolutely scrumptious and a must-order for a larger group. And the desserts? Simply outstanding! The apple tart and crème brûlée were the perfect sweet ending to the meal.

It was too late to take pictures, because we couldn’t stop eating. Wow, incredibly delicious and well prepared. Tagliatelle al Ragu is just so incredibly good, I want to drive to Cervinia just to eat that dish. Service was also wonderful, staff are polite and caring. Atmosphere is very cozy, perfect for a break after a day of skiing. Highly recommended!

We loved our dinner of pasta (and the definition of freshly made) & trout, the restaurant vibe was awesome. Service was great despite it being busy. Couldn’t get a subsequent dinner booking so came back the next day for lunch instead.

This restaurant was our favourite food experience in Cervinia. It was so good we went back twice. Highly recommend the beef tongue, venison ragu and chocolate bomb but everything we ordered was amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant gives a nice cosy feel. Ristorante molto carino, con un’atmosfera calda e accogliente: tutto in legno, soffitti bassi, ambiente tipicamente di montagna e piacevole. Ho assaggiato lo stinco, davvero molto buono e ben fatto, mentre le tagliatelle al tartufo non mi hanno entusiasmata quanto mi aspettavo. Nel complesso però la cucina è valida. Il servizio è cordiale e abbastanza informale, in linea con il contesto. Prezzi non particolarmente economici, ma nella media per Cervinia. Nel complesso una buona esperienza.

Provato perché alla ricerca di cucina locale. In due abbiamo ordinato una polenta valdostana, una porzione di funghi, una di verdure al forno, una bottiglia d’acqua e due calici di vino. Il servizio è stato ottimo, il personale attento e gentile. Personalmente ho trovato le verdure estremamente condite e quindi pesanti. I prezzi sono nella media. Al momento del conto il titolare ci ha offerto il digestivo, molto apprezzato. Nel complesso lo consiglio!

Il locale è molto carino e anche il servizio è buono. Il cibo abbastanza buono ma il menù in generale mi è sembrato un po’ troppo turistico soprattutto come prezzi, però nel complesso penso che per la località sia uno dei migliori compromessi.

Lovely cozy and comfortable location in the center of town just moments from shopping. The team appeared to work closely and we never felt unattended. It feels like you are in the home of close friends. The food was freshly prepared with the Parmesan pasta prepared in the dining room. Drinks were lovely and Jose wine was perfect for our dinner. Esperienza al ristorante dai due volti. Si parte alla grande con le tagliatelle al grana e tartufo, un primo davvero top, profumato e ben equilibrato, capace di conquistare fin dal primo assaggio. Purtroppo il secondo piatto non è stato all’altezza delle aspettative: la bistecca valdostana ha un po’ toppato, non era fritta come ci si aspetterebbe e nel complesso è risultata piuttosto anonima, niente di davvero memorabile. A salvare l’esperienza ci hanno pensato i camerieri, super accoglienti e simpatici, sempre sorridenti e attenti, capaci di mettere subito a proprio agio e rendere la serata comunque piacevole.

The waiters/servers were very nice and friendly. Perhaps we got unlucky, the staff admitted they didn’t cook the pasta correctly, and replaced the pasta but it was still reminiscent of a microwave meal; more akin to a beef stew than a correctly prepared Ragu. I didn’t finish the food, at which point an angry little man appeared from the kitchen to confront me at the table. It’s a small venue so this made my partner and I uncomfortable so we paid a left. The restaurant, to their credit, removed the cost of that dish from the bill. What a strange and unpleasant experience.

Proprietario scortese che dopo averci chiesto se fosse andato tutto bene, alla nostra osservazione sulle porzioni piuttosto scarse (nonostante il prezzo alto) ci ha risposto male con una battuta fuori luogo che poteva essere evitata. Il cibo è buono, ma l’esperienza complessiva ne risente. L’ambiente è carino, tuttavia il clima generale e l’atteggiamento trasmettono una sensazione di freddezza e snobismo che può non piacere a tutti.

Il cibo è davvero buonissimo, su questo nulla da dire. Tuttavia i prezzi sono molto alti rispetto alle porzioni servite. Nel mio caso mi sono stati portati 6 ravioli di numero, cosa che ho fatto presente al titolare. La risposta è stata piuttosto scortese, con una battuta fuori luogo: “prima erano 7, siamo andati al risparmio”, che si poteva tranquillamente evitare. Purtroppo l’atteggiamento verso il cliente finisce per sovrastare la qualità del cibo, ed è un peccato. Nel complesso lo considero un luogo più adatto a una merenda o a uno spuntino, non a chi desidera pranzare o cenare senza dover ordinare molti piatti per riuscire a saziarsi.
