Great Piedmontese cuisine with a great atmosphere. Family run restaurant for multiple generations. We have frequented it since at least the early 90s!

A delicious dinner. Courteous service, the waitress was very kind, as was the manager. Dined à la carte with the addition of an off-menu dish, exceptional fried porcini mushrooms. Authentic flavors, portions just right, everything tasty. The desserts were also good, excellent value. Recommended. Congratulations to everyone.

I'd call this place "on the road," figuratively speaking. The access to the outdoor area is directly connected to the road. Given the business, it would be nice if there were speed bumps near the entrance gate on the public road for passing vehicles. Just to make exiting the place safer. I've only tried the outdoor café. The staff is very friendly and professional. The cappuccino is excellent. If you're visiting during the Christmas or Easter holidays, I recommend the fantastic homemade panettone or colomba. Production of the 2023 panettone has begun. Beautiful to look at and delicious to eat. Parking is easy to find in the nearby square.

Excellent experience, short menu, good food, welcoming atmosphere, and well-served, friendly and prompt service. Everything we ordered, from appetizers to dessert, was tasty and well-prepared. Reasonable price. We returned the next evening to try other dishes on the menu, same experience, and I still give it a favorable review.

Typical Piedmontese cuisine, in a beautiful location, Castellar, municipality of Boves (gold medal for military and civil valor). All dominated by the recognizable shape of the Bisalta. From appetizers to desserts, it is a crescendo of unique flavors, since everything is produced on site. Try the Dun Dunet with Gorgonzola and the lamb, accompanied by a good red wine. The owners are also very kind.

Dinner "al fresco." Given the scorching weather, we decided to come for dinner here, a place we'd spotted while hiking in Bisalta. Everything was delicious and authentic. I also discovered dundaret, which I hadn't heard of... we'll be back.

Well, it's located on the hill, cool, with lots of dishes to choose from, excellent service, welcoming and helpful staff. The prices are just a little high considering the "homey" feel of this restaurant. I recommend it, though! The food is excellent! Keep it up, but if you can and want to, increase the portion sizes.

First of all, I have to thank the girl who served us. She was truly helpful, kind, and always smiling. The appetizers were delicious, especially the veal tonneau! The tajarin with roast gravy were well-cooked, but the sauce was watery. The next dish, with its meat, had just the right consistency. The dessert was superb, a sort of deconstructed tiramisu without mascarpone, truly delicious and lighter than the original. A truly pleasant experience.

I like to go back every now and then... the food is good, very homey, but good. Try the homemade first courses like these ravioli or the dundunet, which I don't know how to spell 😅 but are excellent. The herb-filled trout is delicious, as is the lamb!!! A must try!!

The staff were very friendly, but the food was a complete disappointment. (The tagliatelle with ragù was awful.) Too expensive for what you get. I won't be back, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

So expensive!! A sandwich from Autogrill would have been better! Both in terms of price and quality! The roast gravy isn't homemade, it's industrially prepared! 🤮 I don't understand how it gets such poetic and positive reviews...with a cuisine like this!
