The worst KFC experience I ever had. Today I bought a KFC chicken bucket menu with KFC chicken popcorn and 2 burgers. The 2 burgers were extremely small than how it’s shown in the menu, both of the burgers had a spoiled meat odor and chicken in the bucket are very poorly served as shown in the images

We were in a hurry for our bus so we took the food to go. We ordered payed and waited. When he called out my order I gave him my paper and he checked and gave me my food. We didnt have time to check if everything was there because we needed to hurry for our bus. When we got in and prepared to eat half of the order wasn't there. Were not satisfied.

for 16 Euros Chicken parts you get 6 fried bones, small as the old hot wings, dry like you are eating a tissue and voll of frying oil! KFC is now really disgusting! I'm sure they ll get bankrott very soon!

I found a hair inside the ice cream i got, and also the chicken sauce was dripping out of the box and it got in everything, bad packaging

Bad taste chicken and bad quality. Salad is also smelling. One of worse burger and wrap ever. This should be closed for hygiene and quality.

Shockingly bad tasting food, fairly shocking service, poor atmosphere with pigeons sitting on the tables preventing you from sitting outside. Overall, the worst experience I’ve had in either a KFC or any takeaway, ever.

The worst KFC in the city. Not a fast food. You have to wait for your order for 20 minutes. Sometimes the ticket service doesn’t function and you have to go to the cashier to pay and wait in a big line, because there is only 1 cashier working. Also, not enough space inside the restaurant. Outside a lot of pigeons flying on your food and head.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. My family and I, five ladies, visited for a meal, but from the moment we arrived, it felt unwelcoming. The staff was stationed outside seemed disinterested in anyone getting close to the restaurant, and it made us uncomfortable. Throughout our visit, we felt frightened by the staff's demeanor, which affected our ability to enjoy the food. I hope the restaurant takes these concerns seriously and improves their customer service to ensure everyone feels safe and welcome.

I ordered an ice cream whilst sitting in the restaurant, to be delivered later. When I went to get it they had closed, at 10:30, when the closing time is meant to be at 11:30, as per the sign on the door. We stood outside trying to talk to the staff to clarify our situation and showing our receipt, but they refused to talk despite seeing the receipt that clearly showed I had paid for the ice cream. The staff were incredibly rude and their behavior was utterly disgusting, and honestly they deserve to receive a drastic punishment. This instance occurred on Saturday 15 July. I advise all customers to stay away from this location.
