Very nice and polite service, I want to add that the waiter, seeing that I was not doing well, opened all the windows and remained polite until the end. The food is very tasty, but since I was sick I could not fully enjoy it. My husband ordered pork ribs, delicious but the sauce is a little sweet.

Great food and wide selections of dishes, from Tegamino Pizza to amazing Tomahawk steaks. Also the environment is funny and ecletic, you can either have a relaxing dinner at the restaurant or having fun at the pub with beer and huge choices of gin. They also have many televisions to watch any kind of sport events

Good pizza (Napoli) and service. Do NOT take the Montepulciano!! Worse wine ever (quality, not a matter of taste); so much I didn't drink it! Taste like vinegar, and even not a good one.

Waiters are great, pizza's suprisingly non-pizza (it's a pie, really) and mediocre at best. So don't go here for pizza's. Unless you're tired of traditional pizza and want to try some new shhhhhhhh. Ans the wait is long. :( No idea why it's 4.6 at the moment.

Avoid this place. The worst experience ever! Check all their answers to the customer's reviews. The guy who answers is so rude and argues with customers, that you feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. According to his answers, it seems like they don't like tourists, so please do not make them angry, just don't go there. This restaurant services so small portions that's ridiculous. You get some dishes on your plate. The restaurant management should be ashamed. They should respect their guests more. The portions should be bigger, so guests are full and satisfied. People, avoid this place, you'll stay hungry. We felt deceived. The staff should be kind to all guests and not only to the locals. Even though they hired all the locals the same evening to write positive reviews for this restaurant, they couldn't convince us to edit our reviews or change our opinions. The way this guy responds to reviews shows who he is and how much he cares about customers. He yelled at customers, pay attention to all those exclamation marks. But okay, that is how it is everyone does what they think is best. He is very young, he'll learn. We all hope.

At first glance, this place seemed appealing. The ambiance was inviting, and the band really knew how to entertain. We were eager to grab drinks and dinner. However, ordering via QR code was a hassle, not user-friendly for everyone, especially those without smartphones, like some old-fashioned folks. The beer was okay, cold, and refreshing, fine for a five euros. But the pizza – a living horror. It tasted like those mini frozen dough balls quickly tossed in an oven. I thought I'd break a tooth. Hard, thick, very bad pizza base, on which it would not be a sin to put ketchup to give it a little taste. Definitely the worst pizza I've ever had in Italy... But what's even worse is the manager's reaction when a guest from one of the tables left a negative review. He yelled at the staff and guests, explaining how he's not obligated to translate from Italian 'side dish' for foreigners on the menu, hence the miniature portions. Shocking customer service. Atrociously, the manager's behavior escalated to outright rudeness, waving his hands and yelling, showing no respect even to a lady standing in front of him. His outburst was not only unprofessional but also deeply unsettling. It's appalling to witness such disregard for basic courtesy towards customers, especially in a supposedly reputable establishment. It's clear that the management here prioritizes their ego over customer satisfaction, making for a truly uncomfortable dining experience. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs. To add insult to injury, the manager had the audacity to suggest that customers should have researched the meaning of 'small portion' in Italian before ordering or should simply return to their own countries. His condescending remarks, including 'shame on you,' were not only disrespectful but also deeply offensive. It's utterly disgraceful that a manager would resort to such hostility towards paying customers who simply expected a decent meal. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any establishment, let alone one that claims to value its patrons. Save yourself the humiliation and steer clear of this place.
