Went in there and sit down. Look at the menu and decide what we wanted ordered. It got my drink, my tea and they brought it to us and they're very good. I kinda like that place very much. I'm pulling back in eat again in there. The real nice courteous, waitress. She was very nice, so no problem. Anybody wants to eat there? It's a good place to eat.

Great atmosphere. Good Music. Our server John was very attentive and friendly. Food was awesome. Pecan and blue cheese salad was a a delightful starter. Steak was cooked perfectly. Bread was delicious. Cheesecake with raspberry to go. Definitely would return when visiting Visalia had such a great dinner.

I was greeted immediately upon entering, with a smile, and was seated. Our server, Summer, was very attentive and kind and the food came out super fast. It was fresh and good! 10/10

A great start for date night. The staff are friendly and courteous. The chicken wings are tasty and the bartenders are amazing (all of them) This particular restaurant ensures you’re 100% satisfied. If your steak isn’t cooked to perfection, they’ll take it back and cook another. The service is as good as it comes. Plus there are 3 big screens by the bar if you wanted to glance over and check a score.

Kate our server was amazing. Very quick with everything. She was very friendly, always checked on us making sure we were good, very attentive. The manager, Richard, was also very good made sure we had our food made the right away and if it wasn’t he said it was not a problem to fix it. Appreciate the service they gave us, highly recommend Outback for your dinner dates or any occasions. They’re always so friendly and give the best service.

Surprised at how good everything was. We had a business lunch with a really good group of people. Host was very accommodating and service was solid. Apps were really good, execution was good enough to make take home boxes for the mains a must. My Aussie Cobb was iceberg forward, so a miss, but other folks enjoyed their meals. Not a fan of chains, never been to Outback before, but I would go again and be satisfied.

First time dining at Outback Steakhouse in Packwood Creek Shopping Center, and it was fantastic! Our party of 18 was seated quickly, and the waiter was attentive. The manager also checked in to ensure we were well taken care of. Great service and a memorable experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Update: Unfortunately, my initial impression has changed. Despite the promising start, we never received an order and struggled to get the waiter’s attention throughout the meal. She only returned to drop off the check, which made it seem like she was more interested in securing a tip from our large party. I usually like Outback, but this visit was a letdown. I ordered a steak and it came out completely burnt—charred all over and way overcooked. It shouldn’t have even made it out of the kitchen like that. They did replace it, which I appreciated, but by the time the new one came out, everyone at my table had already finished eating. I ended up having to take it home and eat alone. Not exactly the dinner I was hoping for.
