Our meals were phenomenal and the two bar waitresses were not just doing bar, they were doing EVERYTHING and ROCKING IT! I had a strawberry daiquiri, the lobster and filet mignon as did my hubby. My dad had prime rib. Every bit of it was AMAZE BALLS! And we would know! We've spent the last two years at the best restaurants in the West including AZ and Nevada and Idaho! No complaints at all!!!!! Thank you Outback Steakhouse! You've made my birthday perfect!!! You really have!!! UPDATE: WE CAME BACK ON MARCH 24,2022 And just like on my birthday, we were loved on, given amazing service, the food was AGAIN PHENOMENAL and I just can't say enough great things about this place! This was my first time at Outback and it did not disappoint. Our server was super kind, always offering refills and asking if we needed anything else. The food came out in good time, and while we waited we got to enjoy their bread (which was sooo yummy). The drinks were also really good and paired perfectly with everything!

Love Outback, we always get a blooming onion, bread is always good. First time we had an undercooked onion but they fixed it so we are happy. Rainy day so they could have it a lot warmer in here, everyone is still wearing their jackets.

Visalia’s wonderful Outback Steakhouse. My family enjoyed dinner while staying in the town Visalia is 1hour away from the Sequoia National Park. Highly recommended the town to stay and grab dinner before the Sequoia National Park. Especially dinner in the Outback.

Third time in an Outback and third time very happy with the food and service. This Outback wasn't crowdy. There wasn't to much noise. We had a table right away. The waitress was very kind and nice. We were never without drinks. The soup was great. The meat, salad and fries were perfectly fine. I would recommend thus place without any doubt.

The first time bringing my momma in and she absolutely loved everything. I have eaten here with my family and love it every time ❤️ relaxing and delicious experience every time. Our waitress destiny was wonderful

Second time I've been here and it is soooo delicious. My husband took me out for a Mother's day dinner and it was so good. The only thing we weren't crazy about was our service. The guy took forever to bring us utensils and napkins as well as condiments. I was serviced a salad before my meal and it literally took him 10 minutes after we asked for utensils. My husband had to get up and go ask for a fork so we could eat our salads. I get it was busy two days after as it was Mother's day for latina moms but not everyone there was celebrating and he was cleaning tables instead of being attentive. He received "NO TIP!!"

The atmosphere was very calm and relaxing. The staff were warm and welcoming especially Destanie. She was very attentive, helpful, friendly and all around gave a positive vibe. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. I definitely will be back again I thoroughly enjoyed the food and the experience.

Our party of five had mixed reviews. My ribeye was over seasoned and the others were too. The baked potatoes were dry and the toppings were a little meager. I had a sweet potato that was very good. The salad were fine, but the blooming onion was almost burnt (or very crisp). Service was truly excellent.

We gathered here for an early Father's Day from different towns and cities, I hadn't been to an Outback in a very long time. We had a large group so usually there are mishaps, which of course occurred, however the Manager was more than gracious to make it up to us and this is very much appreciated and respected. I would definitely visit again when in town. Good food and staff just some timing tweaks need to be addressed. Thank you!

I've gotten steak & prime rib dips here multiple times, it's always amazing. The prime rib dip always tastes different, but always delicious. We always get the bloomin onion, it's the best. Last time I got the baked potato that was great, loved the sea salt all over the skin. Had a nice blended strawberry margarita one time. Last time I had the aussie palmer drink which I would get again. Only complaint was this last time we ordered a to go dessert & they forgot the butter cake I was looking forward to. I got a free dessert for my birthday though so that was a nice surprise, the brownie was amazing. The staff are friendly :)

We went for the Aussie Jawssie drink and the bartender kept putting the grenadine inside the drink instead of inside the shark which is the reason everyone’s ordering it. The food was alright. Can’t expect much from Outback Steakhouse but at least we didn’t have to wait 2+ hours like Texas Roadhouse. The manager also gave out free desserts if you gave a 5 star review on google.

I got invited to Outback for dinner, and overall the experience was alright. Nothing terrible, but nothing fire either. The pasta and steak were okay — decent flavor but nothing special. Honestly, the bread was probably the best part of the meal, warm and soft with good flavor. The wings were actually better than the dinner, crispy and seasoned well, definitely the highlight of the night. One thing that threw me off was the Coke — it didn’t taste like regular Coke at all. It had some kind of cherry flavor or something mixed in, definitely not the original taste. Service was cool, food was fine, but overall just a good, not great experience.

Had never been to Outback, and was told it was like Denny’s with steaks. That’s an insult to Denny’s. Some of our food was cold, medium rare steak was raw, and generally the food was lackluster…

Waited 16 mins until a server came to offer my boyfriend and me some water. We got our appetizers but with no utensil. We stared at our food for 5 minutes 😑. Coconut fried shrimps were great but highly over price (13.99) for 8 pieces. Ribeyes and ribs were perfect. Sirloin was dry, maybe because I got it medium. The bread was amazing though. I probably won't came back again.

Honestly could have been better. The service was awesome & our server, forgot his name, was on top of everything. Atmosphere was great especially since I enjoy the outside dining & the big speaker they had playing music was cool. The macaroni & cheese is to die for, absolutely terrific. My only complaint is the steak was more like very rare rather than the medium I requested & no flavor to it. My daughter got the same thing & hers was flavorless as well. Add some flavor to the meat & I'd give 5 stars. I would still recommend this place as long as you've got plenty of money burning a hole in your pocket, it is not cheap.

First time here. The atmosphere is lame for my taste. The food was alright. Ordered pork chops and they were juicy. The potatoes were very delicious. What I really liked was the bread and butter they serve you while you wait for your drinks. I was expecting a lot more from he bloomin onion. It was rather over greasy and salty. Didn't care too much for it.

3.5 stars. Our main entrees were good, appetizers not so much. Service was good in the beginning. I think their food is overpriced though. Price was not worth the experience in my opinion.

My server, who was the bartender, was really good. Very on top of service. Brought drinks quickly and allowed time to peruse the menu and make a decision. Took the order precisely and the plate came out with all components. Sadly, the kitchen did not do as good of a job. I ordered one of the featured menu items, which was to have a hot honey fried chicken breast, a sirloin steak medium rare, and upgraded sides to mac and cheese and onion petals. The onion petals were good. The macaroni and cheese had so much black pepper in it that you could taste not much else and was unpleasant. Additionally, the pasta had not been cooked in salted water. The fried chicken had a delicious breading crust, but I couldn't find the hot honey, and no additional was put on the plate as described on the menu and shown on the photo. The steak was over cooked to more of an almost medium well. It also had been cooked so hard on one side that it was almost black. I never remembered Outback cooking like this. In fact, they used to cook it somewhat under what other places used as standard temperatures. There was a lot of disappointment as this was my first visit to an Outback in many years. I'd certainly not order these particular items again.

My husband’s steak and ribs were good / baked potato good they just forgot his side of broccoli we had to ask for it. My Salmon and shrimp were delicious, blooming onion was great but she didn’t bring small plates to serve our appetizer or extra napkins Our drinks didn’t have alcohol it taste as straight orange juice and when he asked her to add alcohol she just added another $6 for another drink to our tab , good thing I didn’t bother asking her for more alcohol on my drink!! We definitely won’t be buying any alcoholic drinks if we ever go back . We were there yesterday July 29th for dinner.

Went in for lunch with my daughter and niece. Didn’t wait long because it was very empty. Inside looked nice and clean, very spacious. The food was good but not reflective of the price. If they’re charging you an arm and a leg, at least let the meal show it. I ordered my steak medium, and I got dried well-done and it was cold, like it was sitting around a while. The wings came out nice and hot but our main course was cold and dry. Very disappointing. The staff… the hostess who sat us, greeted us nicely and got us to a table quickly. However, our server was horrible. He attended to a table that had seated after us, we were seated for almost 20 minutes when he finally acknowledged us and asked about drinks. He didn’t even offer us any bread until we asked. Took forever for our drinks to come to us, my daughter received her drink AFTER our meal had come out. We had to remind him that she had ordered a drink. Our meals came out cold. After eating our lunch, he didn’t even come out to check on us. I had to ask another server for our check. If we had another server, I think it would’ve been a better experience. I hope he got better at his job. If I do chose to return, I’ll update if there has been an improvement or not.

Our server Kate was nice but I wasn’t a fan of the food. The Kingsland pasta wasn’t good at all. I ordered the steak medium and it came out rubbery and dry. The shrimp tasted burnt. Presentation of the meal was okay.

On March 9th my friend & I wanted to try Outback for the first time. After receiving my meal & seeing the portion size of my Lobster I dont feel it was worth $33 for this meal. I can go to the coast order the same thing & receive a much BIGGER Lobster & Steak for the same price or a lil less. That was the only thing I was unsatisfied about. The meal had great flavor & was delish. After we finished our meal I was waiting for our ticket & didn't realize it was done on the monitor on our table. I had to call the waitress over after waiting a bit & her not paying attention that we were done & waiting. When I called her over for the ticket that's when she told us about the monitor & checked us out. So yes it was delicious food & glad we can finally say we tried it, but wont be returning again to spend that kind of money for that portion size of a meal.

I made reservations for my mom’s birthday. A party of 10. We were seated and waited over half an hour just to order our food. We waited another hour and started wondering what happened to our food. Our waitress did check on us, asking if we needed anything (our food…) but never mentioned what was going on. She brought refills and never took our old cups. The other tables who arrived after us had already eaten. The waitress finally said our food was on its way, but the ribeye my dad ordered had ran out. It was infuriating to wait an hour after ordering to finally be told they didn’t have his order. My husband asked why everyone had eaten around us. Our waitress claimed that all of HER orders got pushed back. (I am thinking maybe she had forgotten to put our order in?) she also said “We’re going to buy” your ribeye. Everyone who brought our food never took our old salad or bread plates and just kept pushing the old plates. When our check came, we received 5-$20 dollar gift cards from the manager which expire next month and they would not let us use them on this visit. So, we really were not even compensated for such a poor experience, but encouraged to return, which we had no plans to do. I really would have appreciated if our waitress had just been honest and apologetic, which she never was. If the food is running late, at least say sorry. If you made a mistake, own it and apologize. Don’t just say nothing or lie that your orders alone were pushed back when all your other tables had eaten. My husband complained to the manager who said he wasn’t even aware that we were told they’d pay for my dad’s meal. Food sucked too. By the way, I would expect a little birthday treat for my mom, but nothing.

Horrible service and every time we tried to get someone attention we were ignored. No drinks and they never brought my steak sauce. Never coming to this Outback again

Highly recommend go to McDonald's instead of come here. They have better steaks in the cheese burger. and much faster than 40 minutes waiting on ur food!!!

The first experience we had eating here was terrible, so we decided to give it a second shot ..... Well that was a mistake, cause it was worse , our server was amazing, the food was terrible and overpriced .....TBH we probably would have had a better meal eating out of a dumpster 🤣 !!! Horrible service we got seated and waited 40min and we still didn’t get helped not one person even asked us for what drinks we wanted since that’s the first thing they usually do. There employees seen us seated waiting with no drinks and not one cared to ask or get someone to help us. We decided to just leave and the same girl that seated us still had the audacity to say you guys have a goodnight even though she seen we had just got there.

Been here only twice and both times have been miserable. The first time was sometime last year. I had ordered the chicken and shrimp Alfredo. The shrimp and chicken were seasoned extremely heavy to the point it was salty and spicy. But I thought maybe it was a bad day so I let it go. But tonight was no different. I got the salmon and shrimp with rice and a salad. The salad was literally the highlight of the dish. Shrimp and salmon were again heavily seasoned. Aside from that, it doesn’t look like it’s too busy at the moment (probably 5 other tables aside from ours) and our server has taken close to half an hour to even take our payment. I hope things here change but we won’t be coming back.

Showed up around 830 was sat immediately, there were 3 staff standing talking which i presume were servers. There were another 3 people bussing tables and maybe 10 customers at max. I looked over the menu and waited more than 5 minutes and no one came over to get my drink order or anything so I left and went to Chili's and it is completely packed with customers out the door. I was seated and checked on by the server within 2 minutes. Don't waste your money at establishments that don't care for customer service.

I usually like Outback, but this visit was a letdown. I ordered a steak and it came out completely burnt—charred all over and way overcooked. It shouldn’t have even made it out of the kitchen like that. They did replace it, which I appreciated, but by the time the new one came out, everyone at my table had already finished eating. I ended up having to take it home and eat alone. Not exactly the dinner I was hoping for.
