Love mcdonald's. The ace is great the service is pretty fast, staff is friendly. Just always check your order before you leave and make sure you have everything because I've gone home only to find out that I didn't receive all of my order

Took a ride over with our 8 year old to grab a snack and a happy meal, we attempted to use the kiosk, although it was giving us a few issues, the staff IMMEDIATELY was helpful and got us through it with a wholesome smile and a great helpful friendly demeanor! I never leave reviews or surveys but the way me and the cutest 8 year old with me were treated deserved at least a write up and hopefully the boss/supervisor will see this and the employee whose name we asked just for this was "Haddie", got the order perfectly, went out out her way to help up pick happy meal toy, purchase an additional one, and even fill my large iced sports bottle I carry with water safely and with a fresh cup NOT touching the bottle and filling it indirectly. Above and beyond courteous, friendly and head and shoulders above what I've come to expect nowadays, especially after hours fast food while being inundated with a series of questions and requests! Thank you, whoever is reading this, Route 9 Wappingers NY location, Jan 26 approx 8pm "Haddie" deserves praise raise and that's what we says!!! Thanks again!!! -Matt & Sariana

To anyone who is making a complaint on here about this or any McDonald's call the restaurant directly if you have an issue. Always ask to speak directly with the General Manager . Please do not yell and scream about your issue. Be respectful. I guarantee that your complaint will be resolved. This goes for any restaurant. They want to give you good service and great food. They want to be responsive to legitimate complaints.

This Micky D's has pleasant service, clean inside & out... even before the Pandemic. I stop here on occasion for a Fish Combo and/or to get my husband a cold Pepsi. It's always worth the stop.

I love this McDonald's. It is never too busy and it is just around the corner from me. I have never had any major complaints about anything here. If you want a quieter area and faster drive through, this is the McDonald's for you.

McDonald's has changed so much since they first opened. They sell breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert. They still sell Kids Meals. It helps to find coupons for savings and McDonald's specials. Unfortunately, their food prices have gone up like most other fast and non-fast food restaurants.That's why saving money is important especially for families with children. If you go online and use their app, you can get some better bargains or something free like a small beverage or fries. The reason I gave them a 4 star rating is because everyone knows that fast food isn't healthy and is loaded with fat, calories, additives, etc.. However, once in a while it's tempting to grab a quick, drive-thru meal to avoid cooking, clean-up and a need to eat immediately while on the go.

Always my McDonald's of choice! Even though after the renovations things have been flawless and the staff is friendly I had to leave off a star due to all the times they have gotten my order wrong. Still a great place though and I love the new kiosks inside.

Ordered via drive thru, they got the order correct & in a timely manner. Better then last week, they forgot to give us straws for all the drinks & it was too late when we discovered it. Don't realize how challenging it is too drink a soda in a moving car. 😀

So it’s 11 o’clock at night, my lady and I decide to hit McDonalds and man, probably my best experience in terms of the food in my 15+ years of eating McDonald’s. Let’s start with the burger. I open the box there’s juice from the meat sitting in the corner of the box and flakes of black pepper seasoning. I couldn’t believe it. A juicy burger from McDonald’s with visible seasoning!? I bite into the burger it’s seasoned to perfection with a hint of pink! Being that I’m a medium rare kinda guy, I was over the moon about this. The fries. Everyone knows you have 30 seconds to get to those fries before they’re ice cold. Granted we live less than 5 minutes away, we hadn’t dug into the bag once for the golden salty treat. We laid it all out on the dining table and i had been a few bites into my burger and nuggets before snagging what I expected to be a cold fry. I was wrong. It still carried a great amount of heat and I was thrilled. Lastly the nuggs. Nothing too remarkable here, but I didn’t expect anything considering… they’re chicken nuggets. Overall I loved my experience tonight and although I know they will be far and few in between, I hope to experience the same level of quality i did tonight again soon.

There was a bit of a wait for decaf coffee. I had to request another ice tea. It was watery and had more ice than I requested. The associate Savannah was very helpful and pleasant. She brought me out another drink just as I requested. Thanks Savannah! 😊

I very much enjoyed the service provided at the location. It was quick and efficient and I can appreciate such things. The food was better quality than most other McDonalds locations and had very affordable prices. Overall, I would recommend it to anyone who hasn't already been here, and I live over 100 miles away!

Great food, only problem is burgers have a very salty taste to them. Probably how they keep them from going bad when they are sitting in the freezer. It's kind of unappetizing, because sometimes it is very strong. Otherwise it is usually delicious

It's McDonald's, nothing really bad to say. It's pretty good comfort fast food. This one in particular always has we "don't have that" issues ordered a Mcflurry they didn't have any reg size only snack size. Time before that a Frappe, that machine wasn't working. Stuff like that not uncommon at this McDonald's.

This McDonald's is a standard McDonald's. Pretty much you get what you expect to get. Service was fast and clean. There's two windows for the driveup. On to pay one to pickup your order. This location has been there a long time, so they must be doing something correct. I only order McDonald's a few times a year. Enjoy!

Although, I understand how this could happen, but upon my visit, the franchise stated that you could only order chicken nuggets or french fries for food from the menu. It was even worse that upon waiting in line for 7 minutes, the french fries were room temperature if not cold. So, 1 am on a Saturday night/Sunday morning, is not the time to visit this McDonalds.

I keep having my doubts about the quarter pounder with cheese being made to order. Every time I've tried it there are signs that it was just being reheated. BTW I would not mind waiting for it if it was fresh of the grill.

Parking sucks! People drive through at extremely high speeds trying to be cool. Most of the night crew suck and are very young and could take a couple of classes on hospitality! Jen the morning manager is fantastic! The owner is very judgmental and if you do not look the part he is very quick to make you feel uncomfortable!

Not a bad McDonald’s, it’s pretty average for what it is. The food isn’t bad either. However, they still haven’t brought back indoor dining despite many places that’ve started doing that again which is kind of annoying. I remember calling the place last week to ask when they would open up the dining area again and the person who I spoke to over the phone couldn’t even answer a simple question I had about the dining. I called maybe 2-3X, asking the same question several X’s and this manager (who is a completely careless/clueless person) didn’t seem to want to answer my question. I mean, several times I asked about the indoor dining she kept saying “I don’t understand your question”. How rude and unprofessional! This lady shouldn’t have been hiring as a manager in the first place. If they would’ve brought back indoor dining with safety measures in place like other restaurants, they’d be generating a lot more business and revenue. What a shame! Shame on those people.

Waited in line on the drive thru for twenty minutes. We ordered 2 frosties and didn't mind waiting. However when we pulled away I found they had given me the wrong flavor. I asked my wife if it was me or them and contrary to the norm she said them. No way I was going to wait again so I closed my eyes and drank it. Got brain freeze and I will forever be thinking about what could've been if they had given me the fruit punch that I ordered!

This franchise does not want to give you receipts, they have problems getting the order correctly because it is a language problem. I do not have a problem with immigrants but I suggest that McDonald's put English speakers on their drive-through windows and someone that understand Americans speaking patterns. If they would tell you the status of their morning menu and not just give you what they have left,I would be say ok, but not give part of an order.

Its McDonald's. Pretty predictable kid fodder. Usually no problems but every now and then ...even when not busy.....they really botch my orders. I've had main dishes forgotten and drinks left off. To their merit anytime I went back I was given the left off items with no questions. Dollar drinks are a decent deal too. I should mention that this is for the McDonald's on 376 not the one by Home Depot.

Very disappointed with a order my wife placed called corporate and still haven't had a response yet. On October 21...my wife and I went thru drive thru...she ordered a large raspberry Iced tea....when we got home she had trouble sipping it from the straw....she then took off the top to see what was the problem ..and their was a plastic bag with tiny shrimp floating on top of drink. ...she threw it out in garbage

I came in for a grilled chicken wrap and it was not listed on the menu, I should of took that as a sign. I got the wrap with grilled chicken and the chicken was very chewy. The cashier was pleasant and they were fast for lunch hour.

Price's are ridiculously high and I liked it a lot better before the renovation. It seem's like everyone is on top of each other. Typical McDonald's and food. It killed me when they took the chocolate chip frappe away. My one question is why are the worker's still wearing mask's? It seems like nobody is happy working here. Again, typical fast food, over worked and under paid.

This location is really going downhill! The nuggets have a funky taste and they seriously skimp with the fries. If I’m paying almost 5 dollars for an order of fries, I expect my moneys worth. Just yesterday I got a hash brown from here which was completely soggy, as if it hadn’t been properly cooked. And the last time I dined inside, which was just this past week, the service took incredibly long, multiple times there was no one assisting customers in the front. Also, I was rudely denied a WATER CUP even though every other McDonald’s location gives those out for free.

I am beyond disappointed. This used to be an amazing establishment, but now when I get an order of fries I have to be worried about if they’re going to be properly cooked. I ordered from this mcdonald’s recently and my fries were so undercooked they might as well have handed me a raw potato to eat. And don’t get me started on the chicken nuggets. Half of the time they taste like week old oil and have the texture of an eraser. I can’t believe this once used to be my go to mcdonald’s. I hope this is addressed immediately.

Ridiculous how easy this job is and how no one can read a ticket and get it right. I was charged for a 6 piece happy meal, a 6 piece nugget (both with sweet and sour), and a double cheese burger with bacon added. I received 2-4 pieces instead with tangy BBQ and a double cheeseburger with no bacon. Thanks for ruining my dinner

Waited 20 minutes to get a hamburger, only accepted cash, the meal was 8.69 plus tax and she asked for 20 even. Knowing the tax doesn't add up at all I asked for a receipt and she said she couldn't provide one. The hamburger I received had a very mediocre and even for a McDonald's was a very low quality. Just the way it was halfway put together and a few flakes of lettuce and condiments. Won't ever come back.

Waited over 20 minutes to get my order, crispy chicken and fries were stale, coffee was not Mccafe. They use numbering system to serve the customers but it was complicated wacky , served 187 before 173. Management need to retrain the staff

I called this place asking for their hours and if they still do 20 piece nuggets, she apparently took this as a joke stating “can you stop f*cling calling this number and said she was sick of us calling her place.” While all we did was ask for their hours and menu options. Showed up at 2am for lunch while at work and there were two people "working" inside. They would not answer the drive-thru and when we called the store one of them answered and said "We're closed. We re-open at 5am." The time before this visit they were not accepting cards only cash. I will never go to this McDonald's again and I don't recommend anyone else do either.

I came to this Mc Donald's during the middle of the night on two different occasions within a few weeks a part. My first night I drove up to the menu board and a lady told me that they are only accepting cash and no credit cards. I said okay, no problem. She asked me to pull up to the window to give her my order, she wrote down my order on paper as I was giving it to her. The young lady cashier had a iPhone in her hand, adding up my order on her phone, as she was looking at the prices on McDonalds screen and then told me my amount . I gave her money and she gave me my change from money that was outside the register on the counter. I thought this was very weird. I started to believe that the worker did not ring up my order into the system, as if it never happened and charging me for the food and pocketing the money afterwards.. As if I was never there. I ask if the credit card machines were down, she ignored my question. This also happened on a second time I gone to this location in the middle of the night. Not to mention it took literality 25 minutes to get my small order and I was the only 1 on line. It was 1 of the longest times I ever had to wait for food on a drive thru. I would recommend not going to this location after 10pm , during the day this is a nice place to eat.

Literally sent an entire incorrect order via DoorDash. After arguing with DoorDash and the restaurant directly, they were obnoxiously defensive and didn’t want to rectify the situation. Received fries that were only partially filled, as well as extremely cold and soggy. Burger was missing. Received two boxes of cold and soggy nuggets. Two caramel frappes instead of mocha. “You already received nuggets, so we’re not replacing those.” Ew. They were gross and inedible and you won’t replace them? Eventually, I argued with McDonald’s and they said they’d give me my missing burger and replace the fries. I said I wanted my drinks as well. They told me to come in and they’d give me the burger, fries, and large frappes. Later on, my boyfriend decided to walk there and had to proceed to argue with the manager AGAIN! Again he was told that we wouldn’t be given nuggets because we “received too many” in the previous delivery (even though they were inedible). But the part that frustrates me the most is that he had to argue to get the large frappes AGAIN! I was told that I’d be given them over the phone...what changed? The manager was aggressive and was in his face the entire time. Disgusting behavior. He was given two MEDIUM frappes instead of the large ones I ordered earlier. And the replacement fries were once again ice cold, soggy and not fully filled. But, hey, at least I got my McDouble, right? Worst McDonald’s in the area.

Went threw the drive thu and ordered two cheese burgers. On my way to work i go to eat said burger. My burger was no burger just cheese and bread. I was already two miles away so i was not going to go back and complain. In my 20 yrs i have never had this happen.

They get the orders wrong ALL the time and short you on all your stuff... Tonight it was a cheeseburger meal my girlfriend was picking me up and all we got was one cheeseburger instead of two no drink and no fries while I'm sitting home with my dying dog. The prices are just as expensive as any other place and you don't even get what you order

It was suggested by manager on duty that I go to another Macdonald location if I had a complaint about rude,disrespectful and belligerent attitude of employee interaction at the drive thru window...this is not a good way to treat your customers

I don’t understand how they so consistently get orders wrong. There’s always something missing or they include something you didn’t order in the bag. On top of that drive thru order takers have an attitude. Makes increasing minimum wage for fast workers cause look bad if you can’t get the simplest things right.

They have 2 lines in the drive thru now and it has tripled the waiting time and it also has an impact if you go in and wait inine. I understand the employees are new but the 2 lines will still have you waiting a long time regardless. They are actually losing money because people will refuse to wait. Their greed is working against them and not for them.

Literally had to explain to the lady 7 times that my wife wanted a plain cheeseburger. The receipt said "cheeseburger with no cheese" I explained that she wanted cheese on her CHEESE burger but she couldn't grasp it. After she said she understood and would fix our entire order that was messed up she still gave her a plain burger patty. They gave us the wrong amount of fries, a melted frappe, the wrong kind of burger and and didn't give me my side of Mac sauce or bbq sauce that I paid for.

Today My Wife and I went through the drive thru and to our surprise our orders were made incorrectly. As I entered the store I was greeted by a very nice gentleman who was kind and courteous and offered to help me with my issue. As I waited for my new Quarter Pounder to be prepared a woman approached me in a manner of aggressive body language and grabbed the food from in front of me quickly with out saying anything to me at all. I was never asked anything or spoken to by this woman before. As she tossed my food into a bin I tried to catch her attention. She completely ignored me to the point that I had to ask an employee standing next to her if she could help maybe catch her attention for me so I could address her. The lady who grabbed my food finally turned to me and asked what my problem was in exact words and I then proceeded to tell her I thought her customer service was rude and sucked. I felt the need to reach out to her hire up and make a formal report to my experience with her so I asked her for her name and also for her district managers name and contact. The woman proceeded to tell me her name was Jenny wich I though would be on her name tag so I looked to verify and to my surprise she did not have one on at all so I asked her where is your name tag to I can make my report she then told me she wasn't giving my any contact info for her hire ups nore was she gonna deal with me. So I got upset and told I could tell she was the manager because of her uniform. At this point my burger still wasn't ready and there was another lady and gentleman behind me complaining as well about their food not being correct. Finally 3 other employees informed me that this lady was the store manager and her real name was Irais not Jenny like she had informed me at that point I address her about her name tag and about lying to me about her name and she proceeded to call the police. Finally as the police arrived my burger was ready and I wasn't informed by her that she was calling the police until my burger was givin to me and I was on my way out the door. I feel like the reason my burger took as long as it did was because she knew she had called the police and wanted me to wait until they arrived which I would have kindly done anyway if I would have known she was calling them at all. The police entered the building and she started crying after being so rude to as even yelling at me in Spanish i told her I don't speak Spanish speak like you were in the beginning so I can understand. Then she saw the officer and started crying out of nowhere and started going off about how I speak like I don't have a mother daughter or sister in her own words. I kindly made my report to the officer and he told me to have a nice day I was all set to leave. So I did. I have no idea as to if Irais will be spoken to about this matter but just to put it in here I am the proud father of 5 boys and a adopted daughter my wife and I honestly spend a ridiculously amount of money with McDonald's and I have never experienced any kind of service like this before. I hope she was just having a really bad day but she definitely needs training in customer service. I have been in this business for more then 14 years and never even seen something like this take place. I also recorded this whole interaction for a personal record. Please make sure employee who greeted me gets recognized because he definitely know a thing or 2 about making your customers happy!

Came to this place at late at night and I saw a few workers inside while driving and then they suddenly disappeared. Waited for a few minutes at the drive thru while 6 cars were behind me. No one ever decided to respond or come to from wherever they were hiding. While leaving I saw a lady at the register and then a minute later disappears. Very disappointed with their service. I've previously come as well to get some fries and they'll take over 5 minutes claiming they're busy while there's less than 3 cars. When asking if they're still there, they just answer with such a rude tone that you don't even want to come anymore. If you're gonna state you're opened 24 hours on google at least be truthful about it. Definitely not coming to this location again.

Employee shoved me through drive through window!!! 30 min for my meal so i opened the window and asked for my meal or my money back. No customer service. Employees on cell phone. Manager does not care at all!!!!! Took payment within 1 minute. Meal just never came. Unreal. Manager will not give district managers number. My neck is sore and i am nervous to ever got through a drive through window again.

I don’t even know where to start. Let me start by asking everyone a question. When ordering from the on the go app, the entire point of this feature is that by the time that you arrive to the restaurant your food is ready and there is no waiting in line right? I submitted my on the go order through the app when I left my house at about 3:15. McDonald’s is a 20 minute walk from my house. I got there at approximately 3:35 and was told that they haven’t even started making my order yet. I was furious because it has been 20 minutes since I submitted my order through the app and I had work at 4. I was pressed for time which is why I ordered my food in advance. I stood there watching all these 14 year olds behind the counter running around frantically and I was told by a cashier “sorry we’ve just been really busy.” There was NO ONE BESIDES ME IN THE ENTIRE STORE and there was one car in the drive thru. I then spoke to a manager who not only told me it wasn’t her problem that I was pressed for time which I found extremely rude but then she explained to me that they don’t start preparing the food until the customer arrives at the store. This is bs. You let someone’s order sit on the screen for 20 minutes like that? The entire point is for my food to be ready by the time I get there. I left with a sarcastic comment of “and this is the people that want to make $15 an hour.” Which for the record is way more than what I make at my jobs. BS BS BS. This took up way more time then it needed to be and I work three jobs so I don’t have a lot of time for nonsense like this.

They still telling every one this is a 24/7 spot? I came here after 1am to get that McD inside me and the lights were off. Couldn't believe it. Pulled around to the drive thru window and looked inside only to see the employees gambling on a dogfight and drinking. They threw the loser in the fryer and all cheered. I probably won't come back. Less than stellar service.

They claim to be open 24/7. In the past two weeks I went three times around 1am. They were Closed on one, unable to order fries the next time, and tonight they told each customer to just pull up to the second window. I waited in line for 25 minutes with them taking one order at a time. I finally gave up and went home to cereal. There isn't many places that are open this late and this location constantly has problems being open at night.

Power went out while I was in the drive thru, I found this out because I called into the store. When the power finally came back on only one drive thru was working. I called back in to see if I needed to switch to the other line. When the phone was answered the woman was extremely rude, angry she begin yelling and hung up on me. Last time I will ever order from this McDonald's. It was the manager. Short, chubby Hispanic lady who refused to come to the window and give her name.

Went to McDonald's around 11:10 pm when I arrived the drive thru was lite up waited for 10 mins no one answered finally I drove up to the lst window and knocked on the glass some one finally came and said they were closed ,I checked there store hours it read open until 12 midnight .there were 4 cars behind me everyone was there to pickup online orders.

I ordered a ham egg and cheese sandwich and used a code for 2.39 breakfast sandwich. And I picked up my order through drive through I realized the store didnt have me ham or egg its only cheese inside of a sandwich. I want refund for this

I ordered some stuff wasn't given any receipt but when I got home I noticed that my quarter pounder wasn't in the bag and I was missing fries and a drink, I called McDonald's to let them know what happened and the customer service representative hanged up the phone then when I call back she didn't pick up

AFTER paying and going to window they asked me to park. They said they would bring the food out. I waited 15 minutes for 2 sausage McMuffins and 1 hash brown. The person at the pick up window was very difficult to understand. And before anyone says they were busy, there was at least 5 of those 15 minutes where there was no one else in the drive thru. No acknowledgement whatsoever that their service was sub par.

Was shorted on my order and this certainly was not the first time. I called and the so called manager ended up hanging up on me. How hard is it to place 4 breakfast sandwiches in a bag. Can they not count that high. The service is totally unacceptable. It makes me so mad!!!!

Would give them zero stars if we could. Several employees in the store and not open when they say they should be. We were hungry and went out of our way during a long trip, only for them to say they’re closed when we went through the drive thru.

My experience was poor. They are too quick and don’t give you an opportunity to finish your order . Then when you give them feedback they are so rude and get upset. Twice they forgot part of my order. Good thing I now check my bag before I leave. Inside it’s very nice and clean but some of the staff really need to have better customer service. I will no longer purchase from here. I will take my son to elsewhere.

Waited on line in lane 1 for 20 minutes, finally get to the mic to order and no one takes my order. I wait as 4 cars in lane 2 are asked for their orders. I drive around to the cashier window to let them know we are waiting to place orders in lane 1 and no one is taking our orders. The cashier says ok, offers no other assistance and now I'm forced to drive back around and wait again to order. Customer service and resolution of an issue are poor and unacceptable. My order should have been taken by the cashier not have to wait again in line.

Unprofessional management, cursed me out. Location was out of honey condiment due to poor management, staff didn’t understand english. Asked manager to comp an upgrade to a large drink from my small due to issues, which would be a standard gratis since soda costs nothing, its a comp to sell people on ‘value meals.’ Everyone knows this. Do not support this franchise. Take your business elsewhere, I will never return after repeated service issues at location. They do not understand the meaning of customer service

This place was horrifying. I ordered a burger and two Happy meals. They gave me my Happy meals with no food in it.... Good thing I was dining in or my kids would have been heartbroken (I read several other reviews and it looks like this is an ongoing issue here. People have had several items missing from their orders )when I brought the boxes ladies looked at me like they were upset with me that I even mentioned it...and gave me a gigantic attitude the Jamaican lady looked at me like she wanted my head

I recently visited McDonald's in Wappingers Falls NY and was appalled by the terrible service. After placing an online order driver thru pickup, I arrived to find that it wasn't ready. The staff asked me to pull forward out of drive-thru lane and park in a waiting spot, and when I asked about the delay, they became defensive and spoke to me with attitude. I requested to speak with the manager, but shift manager was unhelpful and dismissive, telling me that maybe I shouldn't have ordered a double quarter pounder if I'm not patient. Her response was unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this location. Following up with my complaint, it has come to my attention that shift manager provided false information regarding her name.

I haven’t gone here in a long time and ordered a simple mcChicken with 4pc nuggets and small fries… I get home and open my mcChicken and see a slimy substance on one side of the sandwich where the mayo is placed! I noticed it’s different than mayo because it’s only one side where the slime sticks to the patty and becomes stringy. Did NOT eat it and glad I looked first! Won’t be going back. Check your food before you take a bite.

I have been going and having foods from McDonald’s in their outlet for the last 7 years but I am very sorry to say their services getting worse day by day .most of the stuff they don’t know how to communicate neither they are taking order on time and neither they understand what I am trying to order .today I ordered one medium size hot caramel mouche but while ordering their were taking in Spanish and when I was asking three of them came one after one but no one able understand neither speak properly and when they delivered the order it was not that good and when I had I had stomachache .I am totally disappointed and my dollars has gone .even their new gaming things to get win after applying a secret code that also not properly understand neither explained by Macdonalds employees cause they have no idea about this and I had this problem in their different location .

This review is not to bring anyone down as this is the local McDonald’s that I do visit and there’s nothing ever really wrong ,food is always fine orders are really never wrong however this time they forgot an order which it happens it is what it is not too mad about that buttttttt the food tasted like refrigerator/freezer burnt today so just a tip to check in on that as I would hate for it to happen again ….other that that this location is fine

I ordered a mcflurry not too long ago, about a couple minutes ago and there was a HAIR in it. it was not mine because i have colored long hair and it was a black curly short male hair, absolutely disgusting. make your workers wear hairnets absolutely disgusting environment. very disappointing.

Gave me a minecraft meal and the code didn't work for my nephew. It was his birthday and he was extremely upset, drove all the way back and showed the receipt and had all the items but they refused a swap, a refund, or any discount off buying another. Was still going to buy anyway at full price but the worker's attitude was so rude I just left and got another at another location.

This location sucks. Workers always have an attitude and God forbid you ask for no salt fries... People seem to forget they ask to work there. Fries are never full or they're cold. I have a pickle allergy and they always just give me a pre-made burger with them on instead of just giving me what I ordered... wasting everyone's time. I'd rather drive to the other location near 84 because they never give any issues no matter the time of day and are always polite.
