So it's my first time coming to the "Pizza Time Restaurant" and I must say the pizza is excellent! The staff are so welcoming and friendly! Also knowledgeable, polite and hard working. I also must state there is a man named Peter who works there making pizza, and not only does he make excellent pizza and food but he is gorgeous and such a nice guy as well. The atmosphere here is amazing I will definitely be coming back to this spot again!

Another favorite is the fried shrimp-- always fresh and never frozen! Maria and Manny always make you feel welcome. It's one of the best kept secrets in Dutchess County 😊

Ordered a speciality pie for delivery and was told 45 minutes but could be sooner and it was sooner! It was steaming hot! I never thought you could keep a pie that hot on orderout. Absolutely delicious, friendly service and the delivery guy was very kind and respectful. 5 stars doesn't cut it... More like 9!

I call this place the hidden gem of Hopewell. Tucked away in a little mall, next to Van Wyck jr.high. family owned and run. These people hit the nail on the head when it comes to a slice of pizza. What a recipe!

Called to order and was treated very very disrespectfully

I ordered one pie for delivery and was told 45 minutes. After waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes, I called to ask about our delivery. The owner told me it was coming and offered no compensation. He was very rude and said just refuse the order if you want. Clearly customer service is non-existent and I will be taking my business elsewhere!

No flavor to the pizza. Sitting out and cold. Looked old. The woman handled with her ungloved hands. Touching the phone...register. and pizza bare handed. Worst pizza ever.

Listen I've been getting from here for years and tonight it was horrible...my order came an hour late and feel like when the daughter of this place is working I get the worst food and the service is horrible ...but when the parents are working we get the best food....I'm disappointed and probably never going back there you just lost a long time customer!!!!

I ordered the chicken francese and it was horrific. The genius cook if you wanna call him that put red sauce in my noodles making them unusable for the meal. And I didn’t get the side of vegetables. I literally threw out the noodles immediately because they were useless. 3 bites of chicken, nope. Gross. Stop making and selling bad overpriced food. $23 for the garbage can. Thanks for nothing.
