The manager was nice enough to airdrop me some footage since my camera wasn't working, so I could post on social media. The drag brunch at Lima Twist is hands down the best I've ever been to in DC. My family and I are definitely coming back for my sister's birthday.

When you walk in the atmosphere grabs your attention immediately. The food is pretty good. Mimosas kept coming and bottled water was offered.

Came here two weeks ago and it was all good vibes at Lima! Service was impeccable. The management staff made sure my party was taken care of, and the staff was very knowledgeable about the menu. They offered thoughtful recommendations and made sure our experience was seamless from start to finish. And the hookah was top tier! Whether you’re a local or just visiting DC, Lima is a destination that should not be missed. Highly recommended!

DC Drag Brunch was absolutely amazing! My family and I had such a great time we couldn’t stop laughing, dancing, and just enjoying the whole experience. The performers were so talented and fun, and everyone made us feel so welcome. The food was delicious, and the bottomless mimosas didn’t hurt either! It’s hands down the most fun brunch in DC. We can’t wait to go back! 🌟🍾🎉

I recently had dinner at Lima Twist in Washington, DC, and I’ve got to say, it was a fantastic experience. The food was incredible—every dish was flavorful and really hit the spot. There’s something for everyone on the menu, and everything we tried was delicious. Our server was great too. She was super friendly, greeted us with a smile, and checked in on us throughout the meal. Even though she mentioned she was new, you wouldn’t have known—she did an awesome job and made sure we were well taken care of. The ambience at Lima Twist was just right. It had a really cool vibe, perfect for a night out with friends. We also tried the hookah, which was smooth and added to the chill atmosphere. And the drinks were on point—each cocktail was tasty and paired perfectly with our meal. Also the music wasn’t too loud and they played a variety of genres which was great! All in all, Lima Twist was a great spot. Great food, friendly service, and a cool atmosphere made for a really enjoyable evening. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Great place for dinner and drinks ! But for more excitement ; On Saturday nights there's an in House DJ who is amazing and versatile. No crazy prices to have a good time! Oh they also have hookah

We had the ceviche, empanadas, sushi, mussels, and steak bites, all of which were delicious. The creative cocktails and friendly staff made the experience even better. Can’t wait to go back! The vibe is clean, welcoming, and has that warm energy that makes you want to sit down and stay a while. The food is legitimately good — flavorful, fresh, and you can tell the kitchen takes pride in what they’re serving. The drinks were just as solid, mixed well . The staff was super friendly and made the whole night smooth; Overall, it’s a great restaurant with great service, good food, and an atmosphere that makes you want to come back.

Great spot for happy hour! Cocktails are on point and the food is delicious—definitely try the sliders and the lima shrimp. The vibe is always fun and welcoming. Big shoutout to the manager for checking on our table and sending us a complementary margarita for my friends birthday. PS. frozen margaritas come in several flavors and were delicious.

We stopped by at night. The music was pumping. The ambiance was amazing. Our bartender Mariah was not only beautiful but her drinks hit the spot. We got the margarita flights. To be able to sit down you had to have bottle service. But the bar was just perfect.

Nice atmosphere and decor with enough space to lounge and dance. The outside patio is good for outdoor space. I enjoyed the food, but some things were over salted (risotto) while some were under salted (beef Empanadas) but overall the flavor was evident throughout our dishes. Would recommend

The staffs were amazing, the ambience was great. The appetizers were really good. The entree was okay, the lamb was a little dry. But overall I would definitely recommend. I came here for my birthday.

First time visiting. We went for happy hour to get a feel for the place. The wine selections were nice and one person orders a mojito. For the food we had calamari, sliders, empanadas, fries, and ceviche. The empanadas and calamari were our favorites. The customer service was amazing. The ambiance and aesthetic is beautiful, I’ll definitely be back for a full dinner experience. Thank you to the manager for being so welcoming to us.

Went the the Drag Brunch. Amazing gorgeous dancers. The MC (also a performer) was sarcastically hysterical. I gave only 4 stars because the service was very slow and the music pre-show too loud for gossip. Food good enough because, really, who's there for the food. The unlimited mimosas did NOT skimp on the Prosecco and went down too easily.

The establishment presents a pleasant atmosphere with enjoyable music. While the food is satisfactory if one arrives early, the service unfortunately falls short of expectations. The waitress seemed displeased with my pace of consumption, and I had to request my change multiple times from the hookah server. Considering this was my fourth visit, I am uncertain if I will return.

I came for the drag show for my friend’s birthday. The drag show was a good 9/10, lots of fun! I really enjoyed all the girls & the host was really funny. For brunch, the menu was very limited. I ordered the chicken & waffles & for $20 the amount of chicken was ridiculous. I ended up sending my food back because there was a metal ring inside my waffle. I really wish I took a picture to show but I sent it back soooo quick. Clearly there is some real negligence going on in the kitchen. The bottomless mimosas were very OJ heavy, could barely taste any fizz from champagne or bubbly. Probably drank 1,000 calories worth of juice before feeling a buzz. Overall service was good 7/10, food 0/10, drag show 9/10 which leaves me with a 2 star rating.

We came out for new yrs eve and they started taking the chairs from the bar! No one was at the VIP tables. We wanted to hookah and they said 1,000!

Over price let me say that. My experience was not good at all. We got there and felt rushed from the start even though establishment is a very small establishment including the bathrooms it was empty. There’s a two hour max to eat even if the place is empty they seem to focus only on bottle service because the bottle service was extremely expensive. $400 for a bottle of Casamigos in such a small establishment makes no sense when the liquor store is around the corner. The food was very subpar. The firecracker roll was not one of the best sushi rolls I’ve had and it was warm. I believe they cooked the salmon which made me to be a little suspicious because I’ve never had cooked salmon on sushi so the sushi wasn’t even cool. It was warm. The waitress didn’t know how to pull beer so we saw her with our beers being basically poured onto the counter and she had to wipe the counter down for suds. My friend was eating and the Waitress Natalia or Natasha came over and asked her did she want a box while she was chewing food and had just received her beer. We were definitely disappointed. The second sushi roll I received. I only taste the avocado on. The food is overpriced. The service is not good. Find somewhere else to eat.

Worst place. ‘Frankie’ at the front desk denied us entry due to a dress code that he couldn’t enunciate the details of. At 11pm on a Friday, Lima Twist was empty… they finally let us in for one $9 drink at the bar. Sorry to the bartender, who we didn’t tip…blame Frankie. This isn’t Miami or Vegas, we’re in DC. Sit down.

Lame. They don't make money and want to charge $20 cover for girls and $30 for guys at 2am. Bad drinks- yikes. It's a good place.fpr desperate people i guess.

No thank you. The service was bad and the food is not good. I did enjoy the firecracker sushi roll even tho I wasn’t informed the salmon on top would be warm… I arrived 15 mins after opening and there was only one couple in the entire building. After being seated I was told there is a 2 hour table limit unless you buy a bottle. I was uncomfortable from there because I felt rushed in an almost empty restaurant and I was right! As I was actively eating the waitress ask if I wanted a to go box. Very rude. The restaurant was still not busy! I did order the linguine pasta with chicken as well and the chicken wasn’t seasoned. Sauce doesn’t replace seasoning. The kitchen was pretty fast but it should have been since there was less than 10 guest in the restaurant. Atmosphere really elegant but I’m sure there are other places with better food and services. Enjoy one of those.

It was 10:40pm and Was told we had to wait until 11:30pm to be seated for the lounge, okay cool. Partner and I had a reserved a table for 11:30pm and after waiting the hour we kept getting the run around to why our table wasn’t ready! One hostess told us to give them 15 mins and then another hostess said “we had to wait for the people sitting to get up”. Mind you the people sitting were there at 10:40 when we walked in so why weren’t we able to get a seat at that time!? If that was the case just tell us that w are booked! There was no communication and we literally had to keep going up to workers asking them what was going on with our table.

We visited this restaurant during our visit to DC for a weekend and honestly the rushing of service is unnecessary and very unprofessional. All the staff just eyeballing and watching you waiting for you to finish is uninviting. The male manager, owner or whatever he is is literally planning to seat people where we were sitting as we were STILL eating. There was one employee literally coughing in his hands on the floor while we were waiting for food. I couldn’t even eat my mussels because there were so many gnats flying in it and around it. Our waitress was cool but that was the only thing good about the experience.

This experience was not worth the two hr. ride this food was overpriced for mediocre food. Couldn’t get sushi because the chef wasn’t there yet. 6 pc wings that are wing dings was 20 dollars. Drinks were decent but you have to drink more than two to feel anything We ordered food and never received it.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I was assaulted by a bartender and her friends at Lima Twist last night. I had a drink thrown on me and was chased out of the venue by a member of their staff—behavior that is completely uncalled for and deeply disturbing. I felt incredibly unsafe and am still shaken by what happened. There is absolutely no excuse for this type of conduct, especially from someone employed at the establishment. I’m disgusted, disappointed, and seriously considering taking this matter further with the appropriate authorities. There are plenty of reputable and welcoming nightlife venues nearby—go to one of those instead. Don’t risk your safety or dignity here.

To start off, the pricing is outrageous: 1. $71 for hookah!!! (never serviced the hookah, no new coals). The gentleman that set up the hookah brought it and never saw him again. $71 dollars for hookah and never even came for coals? Wild! I’ve spent $20 on a hookah lounge and got better service. I encourage anyone to go visit Zouroona or Hukka within 30 minutes from there for better hookah service. 2. $26 dollars for a subpar teriyaki chicken. Friend got a $45 dollar steak that was overcooked and extremely salty. Wife ordered pasta which the waitress proceeded to tell her was the worst item in the menu (of course the cheapest item). Turned out that it was actually the best of all of our food. 3. The first thing we entered, we were told that our table had a 2 hour limit. Mind you, I understand if you just order and stop; I get it, but how do you kick people out of your establishment who are still spending money. We wanted to order more and continue enjoying our time together. I don’t know how a business survived working like that. 4. We were so rushed in our time there. I was still eating out of my plate when a busser came and tried to take my plate out of my table while I was still eating. And they did this repeatedly, kept reaching over us whenever they saw somebody who looked like they were done. Just so strange and deranged behavior. I would rather go to chik fil an and have a more peaceful and relaxing environment than being rushed and chased out of a restaurant. I’m actually disgusted with how customers are treated in that establishment. Good luck staying in business.

Another DC table section culture non dancing, bottle popping sausage fest with wanabe tough guys and 12 girls who thirsty . A rum and coke and a corona is $45 dollars. The dance floor stays empty. There goal is soley to sell tables , I dont see this place lasting long it has to many competitors , i should have just went to good old park on 14th down the street

I visited this lounge on Friday night with friends for drinks, food, and a good time. We arrived around 11 p.m., before the crowd became too busy. Upon arrival, we were told that in order to have a seat, there was a $500 minimum spend requirement. While we were there to dine and enjoy cocktails, it was surprising that such a high minimum was required just to be seated. We decided to go to the bar instead, but unfortunately, the service there was extremely disappointing. The bartenders did not appear to have many guests to serve at that time, yet they were slow and inattentive. My friend asked three different times to place a drink order, but no one ever followed up or took our request. After waiting nearly 30 minutes with no service or acknowledgment, we decided to leave. Overall, this experience was unprofessional and very discouraging. With so many other lounges in the area that prioritize good service and hospitality, I would not recommend this establishment based on our visit.

Waited 1 hour for the food for it to be mid. I’d never come back here oh and 75$ for hookah!!!???? No coal is diabolical. Then waited 30 minutes for the bill. Bye
