Just had the best chicken sandwich of my life. Pulled up to order food and line was packed. They had 2 people outside with tablets, taking orders. I ordered my food and made some changes and paid with the tablet. I pulled around in a long line that wrapped around the building. I was to the window in under a minute, though. When i opened my meal the chicken was perfectly cooked, just as I had ordered. The fries were absolutely perfect, golden brown, and not too salty. The tea was fantastic, not too sweet and just right. I am not sure who was on duty today in the kitchen but you get a gold star from me! Keep up the good work! Service with a smile is always nice.

I love Chick-fil-A! I love how fast you get through the drive through! They are a well oiled machine! The food is so good! I love their salads! And the chicken nuggets are so good I crave them! They are a great company!!

Look, the Chick-fil-A on 377 is truly the heart of this community. As someone born and raised in Atlanta, walking in feels like coming home. The staff greets you like family, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and it’s a place where everyone—neighbors, friends, and families—comes together. The 377 location isn’t just a restaurant; it’s a cornerstone of what makes this area special. Plus, the waffle fries always hit just right!

This is my main local Chick-fil-A. I have always had great service. Yes, this place can get busy and sometimes back the drive thru onto 377, but it goes quickly. My favorite is the kale salad and grilled chicken option. This one dies have a kids play scape inside.

Dining out with four kids is rarely easy, but she made our entire experience comfortable, welcoming, and smooth from start to finish. She never once judged or rushed us, which means a lot when you’re juggling little ones. Sherry was actively cleaning, offering help to guests, chatting kindly with our kids, and checking in to ask if we needed anything from sauces to refills. Her positive energy and genuine kindness truly stood out and made a big impression on our family. It’s rare to find that level of hospitality and heart, especially during a busy day, but she had it. The drive thru line wasn't long in length, but long in wait. Worth it though because the food was excellent! The waffle fries were crisped to perfection, nice and hot. Also got grilled chicken nuggets, a grilled chicken sandwich and a regular chicken sandwich for my entourage. All were delicious!

Always fast and fresh, no matter which location you go to! I can always count on a good quality meal from Chick-fil-A. The staff is always attentive. I don't know if they pay their staff more $$$ than other fast food restaurants, or just show them more respect, but their employees are all so well-mannered! I don't know if they only hire people with good work ethics, or if they take the time to teach the work ethics to the younger generation. Regardless, they are tops in my book!

I want to especially recognize the cleaning lady who works tirelessly to clean the tables, floors, bathrooms, doors and windows, even picking up things in the parking lot. What a great lady! Never really had issues w/ this location. Food is what you’d expect. Portion sizes regardless of location are unpredictable. Leaving this review b/c I went there Friday & they missed an item on my order. I forgot it too but I think companies should have a policy to make note of refunding orders that aren’t given. Also see a charge of a drink that I’m sure shouldn’t be there. I never pay attention to receipts but I should. Prices seem to have gone up. So not a bad location but pay attention to your receipt & food rcvd.

This place prioritizes the drive thru BIG TIME but I know if I use the drive thru the order is likely to be inaccurate. You will wait a LONG TIME for curbside and a rather long time for order in store (the car that was 5 vehicles away from ordering in the drive thru was DRIVING AWAY when my pickup in restaurant order was just being wrapped up...and I ordered via the app which should have been 3 minutes tops). Dining room crowded with people who squat before the designated member of their party orders. Staff are friendly. Food is consistently on par with other CFA so I cannot give service or atmosphere less than 4.

Drive-through was kinda busy when I pulled up, so kinda understand why there was a Wait for the front/walk-in/Lobby area. Which is obviously no worries and no biggie, but maybe adding a friendly sense of “hello!” Or a “We’ll be right with you!” might help some. Outside of that, food is good, as always, clean environment, employees definitely emphasized importance of customers names and remember them, even for something as little as walking up to the counter to ask for a couple more sauces. So that’s pretty cool! Thanks guys. Keep it up!!

Love this location but when we got a shake beware because some of the cherries have seeds. They said it’s rare but happens. I was going to give the whole cherry to my 2yo, but instead split it between the two older boys. My son was chewing on something, and I immediately told him to spit it out and to my surprise it was seed. I’m thankful I had them split it.

The service here has fallen off over the years. I walked in for a meal recently in the afternoon when the drive through wasn’t busy and I can count on one hand how many patrons were inside. No one greeted me. No one was behind the counter. The manager was right there ignoring me. I waited several minutes and then ask ‘are you guys open’ to get someone’s attention.

I always have a great experience here. I would say I am not a fan of you removing the special instructions box. I am unable to accurately customize my food, causing me to have to call the restaurant each time. This is an inconvenience for me, and certainly for your people. If you’re going to require me to customize, then make more things available in customization.

The chicken hasbrown scramble not worth $4.10. Good thing I got it for free. The chicken and hasbrowns were soggy. It took about 4 bites to complete, very small.

I’m giving them 3 stars because the service was great, however the food was unacceptable. My wife and I visited last night and both of us received crunchy rice (myself more than her). I have no desire to finish my food for constantly biting into uncooked rice. My wife is a fan of the chain, however, as far as I’m concerned, we will be making two stops if she wants to continue to eat at this location.

I got three chicken biscuits for breakfast and ask for them to be well done because when you get the sandwich well done it just makes it more crispy. I don't know if there's something different about the chicken they use for the biscuits or if this specific Chick-fil-A just overdid it compared to every other experience I've had, but this was the first time the chicken actually tasted a little burnt. Also all three biscuits were in the shape of a heart. Nothing wrong with it but at first I thought the biscuit was messed up and then I realized it was too perfectly shaped to be an accident. I am assuming these were meant to be for Valentine's Day and since everything was shut down during the freeze they probably didn't get to use them.

This is our local Chick-fil-A. Food is always good but holy cow the service is so miss. Can't tell you how many times I've gone here and they forget one of our items. Then I have to contact customer service and their app is awful and I have to sit there and keep looping through it or get on an actual computer. I'd recommend finding another location if it's closer to you or checking every single bag when you do go.

This location used to be amazing. But the last three times that I have come make me never want to come back. The first time in the drive-through took 25 minutes from start to finish was missing three items and didn’t get any sauces I asked for. Tried to call management got a voicemail and no call back. Second time I came was missing a mac & cheese and all of my drinks had nothing but carbonated water tried to call and got a voicemail again. Tried to give it one more chance yesterday and I eventually left before ordering because the drive-through took 20 minutes before I could even reach the line.

They got rid of the extra crispy / well done option here. Now you have no choice but to eat the undercooked and soggy fries. Definitely not the worker’s fault, but pretty disappointing nonetheless. I’ll go to a different location instead.

Not sure what happened today but I'm pretty disappointed with today, they messed up my order at the window and when they finally got it all handled, the sandwiches had not only gotten cold but after actually eating them I noticed one of the sandwiches had essentially a tender instead of the normal piece of chicken covering barely more than half of the bun

I went in to pick up my order and stood at the “Order Pickup” sign for several minutes without any acknowledgment. I was there for about seven minutes while employees looked in my direction and walked into the back. During that time, a DoorDash driver came in and was greeted right away. I eventually received my order, which was already prepared, but it took a total of about ten minutes. This was frustrating and disappointing.

Let me start by saying, I love Chick-fil-A. However, over the last few months, the service at the Watauga location has been awful. I go to CFA most mornings for breakfast, and another 3+ times a week for lunch or dinner. My family loves it. In the mornings both drive-thru lines are open, but orders are only being taken one at a time. I’ve sat at the speaker before waiting to have my order taken. The morning crew also seems like they don’t want to be there. One employee in particular often hands me my food and says nothing. It’s very awkward and confusing. Tonight I went for dinner and sat in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes. And when I finally got to the window no one seemed concerned at all that things were taking so long. In my opinion this is no longer a fast food option. I could receive my food quicker and with better service at a “sit-down” restaurant. The food is always amazing, and CFA across the board is great. I am just going to find another location to frequent, because this one isn’t up to par anymore.

I don't know what's been going on with Chick-fil-a recently, but it's very disappointing. The girl in the drive-thru had zero enthusiasm for anything, the two guys that were outside the window to give you your food and drink kept their backs to me the entire time I was waiting, which from what I remember is a big no no in the world of Chick-fil-A. I don't know if the policy changed on tattoos being visible but both the girl inside making drinks had one that could be seen, and one of the guys outside, also not sure if the policy changed on guys wearing earrings but the same guy with the tat had 4 earrings each. If those policies have changed, I can remove this from my review, but Chick-fil-A used to have extremely high standards, and now it's like every other fast food joint around. It's about the same as McDonalds at this point. Very disappointed.

Very disappointed in this new “corporate food standard.” The food here is not cooked. I have been here at least five times since the did away with the well done option (which cane’s does with no issues) and the fries have not been cooked. How is it that the corporate standard for a fast food restaurant as well known as chick fil a raw food? Very disappointing.

Place to order for pick up when I got to the store. I expected the Normal wait time and then it said they were bringing my food out. I’ve gone to numerous chick-fil-a restaurants all over the metroplex & state of Texas. I always get my yogurt granola parfait without the added fruit. Just the yogurt with the side of granola. This location had a Caterpillar in there chicken sandwich. An the manager only said sorry. An that that is why answering machines are for you should of left a voice mail. CHECK YALLS FOOD BEFORE EATTING IT!!

My husband brought me a chicken biscuit this morning from this place and the biscuit is so hard. I have NEVER gotten a hard biscuit from ANY Chick Fil A. Truly the worst chick fil I’ve ever been to. Every time I come, they take forever, get my order wrong and the line is wrapped around the building and not moving. The last time I came I sat at the speaker for a while, watching other cars in the other lane get their order taken so I decided to just pull forward and order at the window. When I got to the window and let them know what happened, they acted as if I was speaking another language and when they finally understood what happened, they just started pointing fingers at each other instead of taking my order. Then, one of the girls asked me to pull forward with a very condescending tone like it was my fault I’m holding up the line. I’ve truly never experienced as terrible service before at any fast food restaurant.

Chic fil a on Denton hwy in Watauga is the worst. The food is never fresh. Sandwich bread is always stale (like it’s frozen and thawed out). Biscuits are never fresh. Any other chic fil a in the area is better. Don’t waste your $$ here.

Every time I come to this location its slow and they always forget somthing out my bag straw ,food item or sauce. Today I ask how long would it be for my chicken strips to cook since it took almost 10 minutes my last visit after I was pulled to the stop signed. Yes at the stop signed my timer was stopped at 8 minutes and some seconds this was about 2 weeks ago. Today I have no straw no honey no hashbrowns and the man at the front window told me he did not know how long strips was. So I said 7 minutes right then he responded yea 5-7 minutes. I spent almost 20 dollars today.There is nobody ever outside to help with orders ive been here morning evening and afternoon. Usually there is staff outside helping. I've seen this on rare occasions. So hopefully this review will help and management can see what the issues are. I've never had issues at any other location exepct this one consistently. I do understand things happen but this location always leave me asking why do I even come here.

I had that pretzel chicken sandwich. It's actually really good, but when you use small pieces of chicken it makes for a terrible sandwich because it falls apart. Had to throw it out. Also stop filling the cups with ice. It's rude. I had to go to burger King to get food.

if i could rate 0 stars i would.. i got 12 piece chicken nugget and fries and hours later ended up having to go to the ER because i had very very bad abdominal stomach pains and a fever and had to be wheelchaired around the hospital because i was in too much pain to walk. they told me i had Enteritis and my intestines were inflammed Enteritis is FOOD POISONING and i am now having to take antibiotics... im so disappointed i didn’t think i would ever get food poisoning from chick-fil-a. this is also by far one of the worst locations you could go to, the food is almost NEVER fresh do not eat here if you don’t want to get sick.

This is the absolute worst location. I’ve never received bad service at a chick fil a other than this location. All of the employees are rude and super slow. If I’m going to be in a drive through for 20 minutes it defeats the purpose of the drive through. They need to hire a whole new crew or shut it down.

Ordered a chicken burrito this morning and it was quite simply the worst burrito I've ever had. It was clearly microwaved to heat up. Tortilla was hard as a rock and both chicken and eggs dried out. I would have complained and demanded a refund but I ordered from the drive thru so I was too far away to turn around at this point.
