Wow mexican resturant in watsonville..best tortas
This hole in the wall Mexican eatery is fantastic. Really great flavors. Might not look much from the outside but the service is fast and the food is fantastic. When in Watsonville, stop by for some awesome Mexican food.
Friendly service & good tacos.

This place has amazing burritos, highly recommend this place for its carnitas and salsa. With so much great Mexican food in Watsonville its easy to miss a great spot like La Fuente. Don't miss out!
Nice little restaurant. Service a little slow sometimes but there isn't many people working there so the service is good. Las tortas de milanesa is a must try, one of my favs. Probably the best tortas de milanesa out there.
I've worked next to this place for about 2 years and am so thankful to their friendly customer service and great food! I'm very embarrassed at my inability to speak Spanish, I grew up in Missouri, and long story short I've never felt judged negatively by the staff here despite my inability to pronounce certain words on the menu.
What a terrific find. Quite simply the best spot for Mexican food since my beloved Tepa went out of business. The meats here are so terrific. Both the Loma and the Carnitas were perfection itself. Had a Sope...two Tostados....tacos...burritos...each perfect.
This Taqueria has good food but it's not that affordable and the tacos are miniature tortillas also they give you a few drops of salsa and half or half of a lemon best day to go to this place is on Wednesday they have the tacos for just $1 dollar, the quesadillas with chicken are so good. They also have fresh water of Horchata Tamarin, Jamaica, sitti5 is limited and parking too the ticket guy is always giving out ticket since you can only park for 15 minutes, I recommend this place to anybody passing by Watsonville. Remember only in Wednesdays the tacos are affordable any other day you will pay almost $10 dollars for 3 tacos.
Full of locals. Amazing tortillas and food. Constant stream of people and it’s not even 11 on a Monday. I had the borrego and choriqueso. This will be a permanent pit stop whenever I’m near.
Our waiter went about and beyond. We were even given a few shot. As one of our parties was having a bday.
Please note parking is limited, and you'll have to park at the park across the street. This restaurant has one of the most delicious vegetarian burritos I have ever ate. The prices are pretty cheap too (please note I'm based in the SF Bay). I highly recommend this restaurant if you love spicy. The food is spicy! Definitely coming back in the future.
They have the best burritos. I stopped by in the morning for a breakfast burrito: eggs, papas and bacon. Came back at lunch for a carne asada burrito. I really enjoyed my conversation with the owners. This place is a gem.
The ladies here are always so nice and helpful. My favorite thing about this place are the tacos because the tacos remind me of the delicious tacos from the streets of Michoacán (an amazing state in Mexico for those who don’t know). Also, I have to mention the salsa verde. That stuff is an amazing addition to the tacos. It makes them taste 10x better!! Lastly, $1 Taco Wednesdays are my favorite day of the week. I’d definitely recommend going here to eat their amazing food but I’d also recommend to go early since they’re packed sometimes and it takes awhile for your order to get finished.

Amazing food, incredibly kind Chef Mario as well. Ask about their Secret Menu. 🔥 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Quesadilla was good, crispy and decent amount of chicken. The Cuban torta was a bit overly greasy.
This would be a five star review if La Misma were not operating in the old location of La Fuente Taqueria. Everything at La Misma is just fine but La Fuente was one of the highlights of visiting Watsonville for me. The food at La Misma is nothing special and my nostalgia is still hungry.

I know the price is of everything are going up but almost $3 for a taco and all you have to do is put meat onion and cilantro on it maybe you should put a little more on there. Also I understand having to take your kids to work I guess. But if you're going to be in the dining room with your kids, instead of looking at your phone you could have been cleaning off these dirty dirty salt shakers or any of the other stuff that looks like it probably hasn't been cleaned for quite a while. I was hoping for more since someone said it was the best tacos in watsonville and I definitely, Well I don't have a lot of experience in watsonville, it could be for all I know but I'll tell you what, those are definitely not the best tacos I've ever had, and nowhere close. These pictures, those were the street tacos. They're the little tortillas. I won't be back but I wish you all the luck. You definitely need to change something. Those tacos are not worth $2.75

It's a small establishment for a quick bite or a to-go order. Close to the Watsonville Plaza, which is convenient for a meal after a stroll downtown. However, it needs work to serve good food at a cheap price. The tacos are served in smaller-than-average taco tortillas. However, this limits the amount of meat in the taco. Compared to other local places, their tacos are not worth it for the price. If you want a cheap and quick bite here, just come on Wednesdays. Tacos are $1.00 on that date. Overall, place needs some improvements.
If I could give this place a sideways thumbs I would. Food was very ok. Price was very ok. Staff was nice, I have nothing bad to say about the staff. However I was somewhat disappointed in the food. Was it terrible? No, it was ok. Was it amazing and you should definitely go here? Also no, you will not miss out on anything if you never come here. But let’s suppose that you are walking around here and you feel like having an ok taco or burrito de jamón con huevo, sure come on in, spend your $10 and be on your way…

Not sure on the food but service was incredibly bad. Lady at the front was really rude. Enough for me to leave a review. You might like the little quant place with their authentic food but if you're looking for common courtesy, sorry, they're all out.
