The food is ok, the person serving seemed like she was rushing and bothered. I understand it is a fast paced place but I hope maintaining good customer relations doesn't get lost in the rush! I spoke with her after the fact and she was very sweet about it. Definitely helped change my view on the store. Not the first time I experienced this at Chipotle. The employees sometimes give off this feeling that they don't want to serve you food. It happens at all the locations I've been to. They should train better in customer service, otherwise their retention might decrease! I'd definitely go their more if I felt welcomed instead of being rushed out.

Not good. I ordered a chicken bowl on line since they were having register problems as I was told. Paid 12 dollars for basically rice, beans and guac. Barley any chicken. Ridiculous! Lost my business at this locatin for sure.

The workers here are terrible. Find a different Chipotle if possible.

Absolutely horrible, I arrive at 5:30pm, gave my order and was told that it would take 20 minutes for chicken and steak to be made. I waited the respectable 20-25 minutes, to only then be told that not only that the chicken and steak, that was made, was not only already taken but that the whole restaurant was out of rice completely. I waited almost 45 minutes to be told that there was basically no food. Then this is met with no seriousness from the staff about the matter, basically laughing while telling this to everyone. As someone who’s just getting off of work and willing to give this establishment a break and a chance, this was disrespectful and inconsiderate. This has happened several times here and at this point you might as well close the restaurant at 4pm everyday. Whoever is in charge of inventory here needs to be reconsidered.

Good atmosphere does not make the food better. Had something simple, white rice, black beans with corn and chicken. The very next morning (today) it gave me food poisoning. Extremely dissatisfied.

The employee I encountered on 12/17/25 was extremely rude and unprofessional!! She had an attitude and rolled her eyes when telling her I was paying in cash. I definitely won’t be back anytime soon

online order # MJ2-1AF imagine ordering Mexican food and they don’t even bother to put the tortillas in the order. In addition this order arrived ice cold, and it was not the delivery person‘s fault delivery person picked up the order in time delivered in time this food was old and cold and missing tortillas. In addition the plastic container with the salad dressing was filled a quarter of the way you can’t contact chipotle because they only have contacting the prepper and after you tell them what’s missing in the order they don’t care they don’t contact you. They don’t try to replace it. this was the worst food order in history. people just don’t care anymore. bogus response from the company below you see this is what companies do here on Google reviews they have the contact information for the reviewer and they do not reach out in my case I put the order number, they know EXACTLY who ordered They always say hey reach out blah blah blah we’ll make it right hey, I did reach out however the only way you can contact is via the prepper. I did that and I told them what the issue was. There was zero response and they thanked me for my input, trying to rectify an issue with your company is impossible you have my order number you can track down my contact information . customer service needs improvement. next step is the credit card company to challenge the charge and inability to contact the company for resolution.

Arrived 40 mins before closing and waited in line for 10 mins to be told that they are out of proteins (chicken/steak) and turn off their grill early so there’s no more? It’s like they’re competing to be worst Chipotle in the state.

I wish the general manager of this place would step up take responsibility and fix the problems at this location. Bugs seen....dirty tables... food being swept off the counter by the employees and being put back in the sternos. The employees need to be retrained on how to treat customers respectfully. There's no supervisor. On January 24th 2025 at 8:30 p.m. I asked for a manager or a supervisor and three young kids working thought it was hilarious that I was asking for a manager... I guess I'm a real Karen! Lol but they were literally sweeping steak chunks off counters into their hands and putting it back in the sterno. Absolutely disgusting. I walked out. The windows the glass doors look like a disaster. I felt filthy walking into this place. Chipotle, do better!!!

Disgusting. Very Disgusting. Employees do not change their gloves. This is a HUGE hazard for cross contamination. Kitchen was absolutely FILTHY. Employee handling mobile orders would pack orders, do a “quick” sweep of his section, touch his phone and jump on the line all while wearing the same gloves. Employees cleaning the front tables were throwing scraps onto the floor where customers could step on food and wiping down tables with dirty cloths. We opted to sit in front of the store and had a clear view of the disgusting kitchen. Employees prepping in the back could be seen touching the walk-in and coming back to handle food with the same exact gloves. We sat here for 30 minutes and not 1 employee washed their hands. Cashier was also serving and handling money with the same gloves. Hot bar was a mess with utensils being mixed into other foods. One of us had a burrito and a piece of aluminum foil was inside. We showed them and the employees simply pulled it out and gave it back to us. We told her to make a new one and she caught an attitude. We couldnt enjoy our meal and had one if us got sick off this meal. Store needs to retrain employees and go over all HACCP with members. This is unacceptable.
