I like this place because it is a very clean place. You can order from the kiosk and it is prepared very quickly. The mac and cheese soup is delicious. The price is also very affordable in terms of performance.

I would have given five stars if they had at least one gluten-free dessert item. But other than that, one of my favorite places!
I don’t normally write reviews, but really felt they deserve one from me as I’ve been frequenting Panera since T-mobile Tuesday offered 3 months of their unlimited coffee/tea subscription. I can’t imagine not having the subscription and will most likely pay the $7/mo for it after my free subscription ends. The endless coffee/tea subscription is awesome (although I wish it included iced tea) and refreshes every hour and a half about so it really is pretty much unlimited. I have never been a coffee drinker, but my boyfriend is and I LOVE their tea. They have a few options but the English Breakfast and the Mango ones are my favorite. Since my boyfriend also has the subscription, he can order in the app easily and I’ll pick it up when I get mine. The app is easy to navigate, and they pay attention when I leave notes in the app. The staff is extremely friendly, particularly Adlema and Claire, the manager. Claire will often ask me if I’d like her to mix the sugars/creamer for me or to have them to take home. I recently had surgery on my sinuses and stopped by on my way home from the procedure for my boyfriend to run in and pick up my *free* tea and French onion soup (would recommend) that I ordered in the app - super quick, super painless. The tea is always super hot, which I prefer since I load it with creamer, but just a warning for those who don’t use creamer! I’m kind of a lot (as you can probably tell from this review) and they really treat me like it’s their pleasure even though I know I can be difficult. I’ve ordered over the phone, through the app, and in person many times and have never had an incorrect order. Sometimes I do have to ask for specific sweeteners when I pick up because they have some sugars thrown in a bag with it ready to go and they aren’t necessarily the ones I want, but they are always quick!
I’m a regular customer at the Lindero Rd location in Westlake Village CA. The customer service I receive daily is incredibly great! I’m greeted by name and offered everything possible. This location has the feel of a small neighborhood bakery and I love it! Everyone is nice but the absolute standouts are Sarah and Clark! They are the BEST!!! I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else because of them.
The staff at my Panera is great but Amanda is exceptional. she greets EVERYONE with a huge smile and while we are waiting in line she lets you know she recognizes you making you feel special. I have seen her do the same thing over and over to other clients in line. The food is always delicious too.
It's nice to see a location that keeps up with cleanliness and a staff with a polished appearance. I'll be driving over here from Thousand Oaks even though I live a block away (because their location is unclean, dust on vents over food, worn carpeting, I've never seen a restaurant so neglected actually...) At this location Brandon Kaufman provided the best service I've had yet. He's detailed and offered me items I've never even heard of before.
Panera in Westlake Village is in a convenient location with lots of parking available. Standard Panera fare is offered, which can always be counted on for freshness, vatiety, quick preparation, and fairly reasonable price. Occasional specials and / or rewards are offered as well.
The food is fire. I don't understand the pricing though. Half of two items is 9 dollars and all of one item is 18 dollars. Like what. Not complaining though. The service is great. Occasionally they mess up the order, but we're all humans. Atmosphere is nice. I like the restaurant.
When I was placed in my order here at this location, the employee was very funny and very friendly but when I turn around and see the seating arrangements, I thought to myself saying it is quite small in a big place but I still do love their food and their drinks. I might come back here again
We visited during a fire evacuation & power outage. They ran out of most food items (only had one bread selection left & it was good) but did their best to still provide tasty food! Counter person was calm & helpful through the rush of hungry people. They allowed people to charge devices & just hang out.
Please turn down the volume on the music and select more low key music. The blaring pop music is very distracting to a conversation. It's not at all the vibe I would expect from a Panera.
Payed $5.34 for this bagel. Definitely not worth it. Was on my way to work so I decided to pick up a bagel quickly on my way, when the cash register lady ringed me up, she very creatively but obvious asked for a tip? She said everyone “participates” in tip giving. I’m a big tip giver, but I thought it was ridiculous to pay over 8$ for a bagel, and not to mention the fact that I had to put together myself. I understand, I’ve worked in restaurants and fast food facilities but I was baffled by her asking in that manner.
Soup serving was shockingly small. Turkey was on the edge of being frozen on the sandwich. When I asked about the half of a half bowl of soup they told me that’s how it comes.
It's just not what it used to be and almost all the time none of the sandwiches you really want on the menu are available which makes no sense. For sandwiches priced the same and more tastier Mendocino Farms is the spot.
Since Panera made their restaurant automated and with that, requiring less personal interaction the restaurant has suffered a major change, they are so dirty, and the maintenance is not up to a minimal standard. I ordered a ham sandwich that only included bread and ham, nothing else for the price. It was uncomfortable eating in a place where everywhere you look has crumbs. The carpet is smeared with food remains that have been seating there for days.
This place needs to teach it's cashiers customer service. My son order a ham & cheese souffle. When she served it to him he though it should be warmer. He brought it to her and she said it was warmed. It was cold to the touch. I took it up to her and said "my son would would like his souffle a little warmer please". She then pointed to a microwave on the customer precounter and said I could use it to warm it up. Customer service and quality of service has died in all our modern franchise restaurants. Managers need to be customers more and see how poorly their staff is trained. This is one of the worst Panera Breads we've visited across the US and we will not return.
The workers here are very disrespectful! Extremely rude and always respond in a passive aggressive manner. How awful! For a place that should be a place for comfort, but every time I come in here I leave traumatized. Never coming back again. Severely understaffed - 18 minutes to toast a bagel; many tables not bussed
I’d avoid this place. Food is often missing ingredients and for the price , the quantity is much smaller than what you’d get from other Panera breads. I’ve also found the staff very rude and untrained. Just go to another place and avoid this.
