They do an amazing job, they are very good. I get my pizza quick, hot, and it's delicious. I order from them a lot especially for my kids school. I order around 5 pizzas, 3 breadsticks & occasionally desserts. They have it ready for me an hour after they open (1130) they do a great job. Thank you,

It's Little Caesars, lunch combo with a TMobile Tuesday discount for bread sticks and sauce came out to $7.71 disappointed to hear that they don't use the pizza portal because they've been dealing with people walking in and forcing the doors open on the portal and stealing food. How scandalous can people be?? Not what I would expect in uptown Whittier, but if you look around, yeah lots of nefarious characters are out and about.

I placed an order today for delivery and it was missing a few items. I had also requested for the order to be handed to me once it arrived to my home but the driver just placed it on the floor on the the porch in front of the door and didn’t bother to ring the doorbell. By the time I realized the order had arrived it had been sitting there for 15 minutes so it was also cold. I tried calling the store but there was no answer and I kept getting transferred automatically to their corporate customer service department who then tried to transfer me back to the store which again never answered. I was upset that I had to drive to the store to get this resolved. When I arrived, “Adam”, the cashier assisted me. He was extremely professional, calm, and didn’t get defensive at all. He apologized and offered to refund my whole amount, without me having to ask for any sort of compensation. He still gave me the missing items as well. The 5 stars is for Adam and Adam alone. Definitely not for the driver that screwed up my order, and definitely not for corporate who kept transferring me back to the store. Props to Adam for handling the situation the way he did and being professional. Everyone screws up….God knows I do. It’s how you recover from it that matters….hence the 5-Stars. Great job Adam.

Some of the best pizza for the cheapest prices. But gotta pickup. Delivery is such a ripoff. Especially when the delivery person is running multiple deliveries at the same time.

Awesome pizza, great price. You do get what you pay for, but it's very worth it. Great for the family to share, or co-workers. They are starting to offer more toppings, plus the add on's are exceptional. Italian cheese bread is delicious. Also the deep dish pizza's are very good. Customer service is good. They are very helpful and very friendly. I recommend calling in your order, the waits can be a little crazy.

They are very consistent with their food. Almost always on par. And you can't beat their prices. And if you order using their app, you can receive a free 2 liter bottle of soda (just look for the code online). Plus if you use the app, your pizza is hot and ready for you when you get there. Now the place is clean and well kept and the people that work there are pretty nice as well. Good customer service, not like a few years back. There are only a couple of things I don't like about this place, and it really isn't their fault. First, when alot of people are ordering (through the app or at the counter) it can get crowded in their tiny waiting area. Second, when it's busy the parking lot gets extremely crowded. And of course there's always those idiots that double park and block traffic and cars that are already parked can't get out, making things even worse. These dummies don't think they are doing anything wrong. Park at the curb on the street. People are just to lazy to walk an extra 20 yards. Anyway, I come here all the time. To me they have the best tasting pizza around for the price. I'll take them over Domino's or Papa John's any day.

Parking sucks. My food took awhile. COMPARED to other cesars The cheese was lopsided on my pizza so a lot of bites were just crust.

Too many druggies outside the front of the store asking you for money when you walk in and out to get your food, lots of trash by the entrance as a result and they forget to cut your pizza into slices sometimes. And the hot ready pizza used to cost $6.70 but they raised the price to $7.70 I believe. So eh.

They have 2 workers that are rude and very obnoxious making customers feeling weird and uncomfortable haven't been in a while except the other week but I didn't go in because of the previous workers hopefully there not there anymore will keep updated plus they close before 10 most of the time I've showed up a quarter till and they had it locked already

I ordered 2 cheese pizzas with sausage on them, and we waited 25 minutes for them to be ready. After we got our pizzas we checked them and instead of sausage on the cheese pizzas, they got out order wrong, they put bacon instead of sausage! And we waited 25 minutes!

Waited 40 minutes for two cheese crust pizzas each with two toppings 416 pm on 02 18 2025.Pizza tastes old and reheated.Close to terrible but probably more like bad.Not expecting perfect but not expecting this either.Hopefully next experience is good.Will not be back for a long while.

They didn't use their pizza portal so I was never informed that my pizza was ready. After not getting anything about my pizza I go in and find out it was ready 30 minutes ago. The person helping me had nothing to say and was rude when I asked about why they didn't use it.

They never answer their telephone!! This has been an ongoing issue with this store not answering their telephone, and tonight I witnessed their team hear the phone ringing and telling each other, "don't pick it up!! STOP CALLING!!". We have a special order and live close by, and we like to just go in, pay for it, and leave.... due to their lack of telephone customer service, we are forced to order inside the store and now wait for 15-20 mins. Which is really inconvenient for my family because I have a severely autistic son, who does not particularly have any patience whatsoever.... Please hire employees that would like to work, rather than kids who just want to goof around with each other and close up early. I spoke with the manager and she just looked annoyed......she was just flat out rude and lazy..... this store has been horrible for the passed 6 months or so.... I hope they can get it together.....

Late review been busy. Walk in 1-25-2022 6:00pm order extra most pepperoni and crazy bread I was told it was 10.53 I had only a ten dollar bill on me they had a sign that uses exact change. I said let me run and get 53 cents. I run a get it from my car run back in drop it on the counter and the same girls is helping the next customer. I assume she put in my order she tells me" oh wait he was before you .mind you it was me and one other woman in that store no one else .Then she says what did I order I said wow in under a minute you didn't place my order helped the next customer and forgot a simple order she then put in the wrong order and gives me back $1.10 I said really I had to go to my car for exact change per your sign and now you are giving me change back. I told her she should have placed the order and not assume I was not going to give her .53 cents and everything would be fine I asked how long she said 15 min wait In that 15 min she screwed up 5 orders I asked her if she is knew she could have said yes it would have made it better instead she rolled herd her eyes at me after I told her she has the worst customer service in 15 min she had the worst service and screwed up 5 orders every single person had to get recharged and she kept telling the customers no you didn't order that. SMH Horrible
