Hey, for the money, you can't really go wrong. Only complaint, which is from my Little, she thinks the sauce and/or the pepperoni is a little too spicy. LoL Which it does have a little tang to it.

Great coner pizza spot, pizza is always hot and ready. Though it can get get backed up during rush hour. Considering there are lots of apartments around, they do a good job of handling the carry out and online orders. However, **whisper** id fix the pizzAA PORTAL! $6 pizzas were a genius idea, worth the extra buck for the extra toppings! And now with the new Pizza Portal, waiting extensive periods of time in their tiny lobby is a thing of the past! Order on the app and utilize their Pizza Portal!

I placed an order today for delivery and it was missing a few items. I had also requested for the order to be handed to me once it arrived to my home but the driver just placed it on the floor on the the porch in front of the door and didn’t bother to ring the doorbell. By the time I realized the order had arrived it had been sitting there for 15 minutes so it was also cold. I tried calling the store but there was no answer and I kept getting transferred automatically to their corporate customer service department who then tried to transfer me back to the store which again never answered. I was upset that I had to drive to the store to get this resolved. When I arrived, “Adam”, the cashier assisted me. He was extremely professional, calm, and didn’t get defensive at all. He apologized and offered to refund my whole amount, without me having to ask for any sort of compensation. He still gave me the missing items as well. The 5 stars is for Adam and Adam alone. Definitely not for the driver that screwed up my order, and definitely not for corporate who kept transferring me back to the store. Props to Adam for handling the situation the way he did and being professional. Everyone screws up….God knows I do. It’s how you recover from it that matters….hence the 5-Stars. Great job Adam.

It's Little Caesars. It's not the best pizza in the world, it's not even the best chain pizza, but it's pretty decent for a $5 pizza that is always ready. You really aren't there long enough to find anything to dislike about the place. So jump off the car, grab your pizza, and grub.

They are very consistent with their food. Almost always on par. And you can't beat their prices. And if you order using their app, you can receive a free 2 liter bottle of soda (just look for the code online). Plus if you use the app, your pizza is hot and ready for you when you get there. Now the place is clean and well kept and the people that work there are pretty nice as well. Good customer service, not like a few years back. There are only a couple of things I don't like about this place, and it really isn't their fault. First, when alot of people are ordering (through the app or at the counter) it can get crowded in their tiny waiting area. Second, when it's busy the parking lot gets extremely crowded. And of course there's always those idiots that double park and block traffic and cars that are already parked can't get out, making things even worse. These dummies don't think they are doing anything wrong. Park at the curb on the street. People are just to lazy to walk an extra 20 yards. Anyway, I come here all the time. To me they have the best tasting pizza around for the price. I'll take them over Domino's or Papa John's any day.

This place is full Thursday and Friday evening. Use the app to order the pizza for pick up before you go.

The only thing wrong was having to wait 10 min for two pepperonis . I don't mind, I like fresh food . But when I'm advertised hot n ready I expect to see hot n ready. Happened 3 times alrwdy.

Idk what causes it but the front glass window is always vibrating and it's audible enough to hear once you walk close. Also pizzas tend to sit awhile( you can tell because the cheese melts away from center from being in holding tray too long) always look at pizza before walking out to make sure you get a fresh one

Very disappointed, I went in to buy a few pizzas, wings, and garlic bread it came out to about over $40 bucks.. And when I was going to pay the girl didn't accept my bill because it was $100.. I don't know why they don't just buy the machine to check bills.. make it easier for them and for us... We always buy a big amounts!!! And they don't want to take a large bill really... I should have just been better off at Domino's, Pizza Hut!!! Or other one's that do take large bills..

This establishment is always empty but full of employees that hate to be there. , I have never not waited 20 min for a hot and "ready" there is always a wait never an answer.. maybe company should get an adult to overlook the children that run well running it to the ground

Cashier is rude an no customer service qualities, do they have training or are they just uneducated? Gave it a second chance, still person taking order is slow. Wondering if she has a problem, had to say my order twice. Strange, very strange!!

First and last time ordering from this location. Not only was the guy over the phone rude when I placed my order, I had to call them twice to double check my order. After picking up I should've made sure to check before leaving. My pizza looked and taste like hours of leftovers left on the oven.

This place never picks up the phone on top of that this location makes pizza that is always under baked. They seem to have a hard time cutting the pizza because almost all the time i order from this location i always have to use my own pizza cutter... this place needs some serious work. How much longer will they ride the excuse of them being understaffed to draw attention away of how garbage this particular Little Ceasars is:(

Terrible service. Burnt pizza and chicken wings. It seems like there is no supervision whatsoever. Waited forever for them to replace the burnt pizza and chicken wings. I believe they gave me the same burnt food. It was a decent place many years ago. Not sure why it went down hill.

Start out with I don't put much on Little Caesars Pizza overall I don't expect much cheap pizza but on this experience it was way worse than just to Pizza kind of makes me wonder if they reuse pizzas that other customers did not like or do not want cuz two of my pizzas had crushed red peppers on it for the $5 pizzas something I was not expecting and did not want could not believe it at the time I was so disgusted with the pizza did not want to even go back to get my money back hopefully this inspires you not to go there I would go anywhere else 7-Eleven pizza so much better

They didn't use their pizza portal so I was never informed that my pizza was ready. After not getting anything about my pizza I go in and find out it was ready 30 minutes ago. The person helping me had nothing to say and was rude when I asked about why they didn't use it.

This has been an ongoing issue with this store not answering their telephone, and tonight I witnessed their team hear the phone ringing and telling each other, "don't pick it up!! STOP CALLING!!". We have a special order and live close by, and we like to just go in, pay for it, and leave.... due to their lack of telephone customer service, we are forced to order inside the store and now wait for 15-20 mins. Which is really inconvenient for my family because I have a severely autistic son, who does not particularly have any patience whatsoever.... Please hire employees that would like to work, rather than kids who just want to goof around with each other and close up early. I spoke with the manager and she just looked annoyed......she was just flat out rude and lazy..... this store has been horrible for the passed 6 months or so.... I hope they can get it together.....

Late review been busy. Walk in 1-25-2022 6:00pm order extra most pepperoni and crazy bread I was told it was 10.53 I had only a ten dollar bill on me they had a sign that uses exact change. I said let me run and get 53 cents. I run a get it from my car run back in drop it on the counter and the same girls is helping the next customer. I assume she put in my order she tells me" oh wait he was before you .mind you it was me and one other woman in that store no one else .Then she says what did I order I said wow in under a minute you didn't place my order helped the next customer and forgot a simple order she then put in the wrong order and gives me back $1.10 I said really I had to go to my car for exact change per your sign and now you are giving me change back. I told her she should have placed the order and not assume I was not going to give her .53 cents and everything would be fine I asked how long she said 15 min wait In that 15 min she screwed up 5 orders I asked her if she is knew she could have said yes it would have made it better instead she rolled herd her eyes at me after I told her she has the worst customer service in 15 min she had the worst service and screwed up 5 orders every single person had to get recharged and she kept telling the customers no you didn't order that. SMH Horrible
