I come here and buy dominos twice a month and the pizza is always good! I also ordered pizza in the wrong dominos location and I called for a refund and they did not refund me. Later I ordered a new pepperoni pizza and I came in and the employee gave me a refund with a pizza. It really put a smile on my face.

For the price after adding a coupon makes me boost it up a star. I'm not picky and I'm completely happy with your standard chain pizza and wings at that price. Usually they are quick with their order, but they were understandably slammed Super Bowl Sunday. If I'm short on a few bucks she want pizza and wings, I go here.
The pizza was great but the sausage head an artificial taste.
We ordered Hawaiian pizza with chicken. It was okay. The pineapple wasn’t sweet but it was generous. I thought the provolone cheese wasn’t a good pair and there was no option for a bbq sauce.

I ordered two pizzas in thin crunchy dough and they came to me with the super burnt edges both pizzas I called to make a claim and they didn't give me any kind of solution a terrible service

Ordered online and the used one of the online coupons but website kept overcharging me and it took multiple attempts for the coupon price to apply. Then when the pizzas were on the way, I got a call stating it would be late. Then over 30 minutes later it all of a sudden tells me it was delivered when it wasn't. Nobody notified me and I had to call to find out what's going on. They told me they are still on the way and it'll be another 5 minutes. It finally arrived over 20 minutes later and was cold. On top of that they skimped out on the toppings and barely got any mushrooms on it. I'm done with this place, terrible service overall.
Went to the Dominos on 100 5th Avenue in Redwood City primarily because my son working at a different Dominos had received promotional offers for friends and family $5 for a medium 1-topping stuffed crust pizza. I ordered two. In the store they refused to accept the cards and would not interchange my full price order for any mix and match offers. Ended up paying $46 for the two pizzas. The two guys in the store were extremely rude and refused to check up on the matter. Can’t complain about the pizzas they were great but the overall experience was substandard.
The person the on the phone at the location hung up on me in the middle of my question. I never did get my question answered. Also, I had to repeat my order 2 more times after giving it already. They dont listen. They are not courteous.
I ordered pick up through delivery and never showed up. The driver said that he delivered to me I have cameras he never showed up or anything no refund or nothing and he says he’s the manager. I guess that the driver’s take the pizzas and take them to who knows where maybe they eat them but I wasn’t home. My kid and my wife wasn’t able to have food and I called the manager and they told me that he delivered the food I told him no I have cameras and he told me that I was speaking to the manager called Steve.
Literally the worst. Waited and hour and a half and then they just cancelled my order
THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!!! I called and ordered over the phone and confirmed multiple times that I was getting the $7.99 M pizzas we got 4 they charged us $50 for it and when we tried to tell them about the call they just said “we don’t do that” even though we confirmed multiple times on the phone with the price. There was also a person in front of me that ordered and when they rang them up, tried to challenge them on the price because it did not match any of the advertising and they wouldn’t hear it. SCAM SCAM SCAM DO NOT GO HERE!!!
Today my app told me my pizzas were ready but when I arrived the workers told me 7 more minutes. This is the first time this has ever happened bc usually when the app tells me it’s ready it’s ready for me to be picked up.

The delivery person was supposed to leave by my door but instead the driver called me told me to come downstairs gave me my order and threw the receipt All wrinkled up and put on pizza box. Told driver he was supposed to bring my order to my door just laughed at me. I'm not a happy customer so I don't truly know if I'll be ordering from Domino's Pizza store #7925 on 5th avenue in redwood city. The time's that I've called to complain it's like they don't care it makes me feel Domino's pizza 🍕 is right and customers are wrong. I'm going to try getting a hold of the corporate office about this situation among previous time's I've orders as I feel like they don't care
This was my first time ordering from this Domino’s location—and it’s probably my last. I actually like Domino’s pizza, and I might order from the brand again, but never from this store. I ordered delivery because I didn’t have time to go out. The driver showed up without the Stuffed Cheesy Bread I paid for. Instead of admitting the mistake or even bothering to check his vehicle, he insisted he delivered everything—as if I was trying to scam him for $9. That’s what really pissed me off. Let me be clear: I always order food through DoorDash, and they always provide photo proof that all items have been delivered. I’ve never had a single item missing. I always leave a good tip because I respect delivery drivers, and they usually treat my food with that same respect. But this time, Domino’s decided to use their own delivery service—and they completely screwed it up. Instead of offering a simple apology or checking the car to see if he forgot the item, the driver just kept saying he delivered everything. It’s the way he said it too—like I was lying and trying to pull a fast one over $9. That’s the part I can’t get over. The store staff were just as bad—rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Then they told me I had to drive to the store to get a refund. Are you serious? Your driver messes up, and now I’m supposed to waste my time and gas fixing your mistake? Eventually, the driver came back 30 minutes later with the missing item—but by that point, I didn’t even want it. I told him to keep the $9 and the $5 tip. I didn’t care about the money. I just wanted to be treated with basic decency. But after all that disrespect and delay, I didn’t even trust the food anymore. Who knows what he did to it out of spite? I threw it in the trash. Absolutely unacceptable experience.

The crust was not cooked through. Sauce was runny. Not very many toppings. I got a Deluxe. So not happy. The last Domino’s pizza I had was about 5 yrs ago. That was really good. Very disappointed.
Since this pla e changed ownership a few years back, it's food quality, taste and service went down the drain. The new owner skim on ingredients to save money and increase profits, it's a scam really. I love domino's pizza but I'm switching to pizza hut . I just got a Philly steak sandwich with barely any cheese on and a couple pieces of meat on it, it's a disgrace.

The estimated time is off by 2-3x, and drivers will make many stops before eventually delivering you a cold pizza. No matter how busy you are, you'll save time picking it up yourself or not ordering from this location at all.
The pizza is cold and the receipt shows it was ready an hour and a half before it was delivered. Ordered at 6:22PM receipt shows it was ready at 6:35PM and received the order at 8:00PM. During that time I called and waited on hold for 10 minutes to get an update then gave up and DoorDash called and waited on hold and they did not get through. DoorDash was great for assisting but thats wild on Dominos. This was Dominos delivery service not DD btw.
