We needed this close by. Used to have to go to Paramount for a Popeyes. Spicy chicken strips with Mardi Gras Mustard is the best. I dip my Cajun Fries in the sauce too. Chicken sandwich? Ya, I might fight over one. Add some honey to the chicken sandwich and total yum.

As for the downside, the food here can be somewhat inconsistent in taste. Personally, I don’t prefer food that’s too sweet or too salty, and here, sometimes the seasoning is just right, while other times it’s quite off. That said, this likely comes down to personal taste rather than a problem with the place itself. The staff are very friendly, and in particular, there’s a female employee whose name I don’t know who was exceptionally kind. I visited with my young daughter, and although I wasn’t aware of any school-day events, she offered a special suggestion and provided some complimentary food without me even asking. I would recommend this place.
I went through the drive-thru (no wait, which was great) and ordered a 12 piece of bone-in fried chicken wings! Popeyes uses AI to take your order, but you can revise your order (make changes) at the next window. The wings were very delicious and savory. The customer service was great!

It was busy when we walked inside. We ordered the 5 pieces of chickens, Cole slaws and Popeyes fries. The chicken was good, crunchy and very delicious, coleslaw was a little sweet and the fries were good. It was a full house and customers were really enjoyed the dishes. The restaurant was a bit small but large enough to seat 20 plus people. Service was fast and there were more than 10 employees in the kitchen, so the wait was cut down to the minimum. I would be back to try the sandwiches next visit. Don't forget to download their app for the deal and save money.

Staff is usually pretty good at this location but the food quality and quantity is laughable at best. When a family meal cost $50 plus tax and what ever add ons you get you’d expect to receive what you paid for. I’ve never seen a chicken leg this small let alone count it as 1 piece. You’d hope they would fill your sides up to the top rather than only half way. Wish I could say this was a 1 time thing but that’s not the case

Had an order for $40 did not have change for a $100 though it was 4 o'clock in the evening. You have to order at the kiosk machine. We had to place our order three times on the machine because it gave us error messages, machine issue try again. So took us 15min just to order. There was another customer with large order who had the same issue as us. I will not return to that Popeys! Go to another or eat somewhere else!!

Terrible place. I gave up on Popeyes a while ago but decided to give it another shot. Unfortunately, the food was either over cooked or old. It was dry, rubbery, and lacked flavor. Not enjoyable at all. Plus they usually ask if you want leg and thigh but they gave me a mix with chicken breast. Yuck! Who likes chicken breast! Super duper dry! On top of it all, they charged a service fee of $5! So, not only was the chicken more expensive then Churches, plus the taxes, then a service charge of $5?! Never going to any other Popeyes again. Eeek!
From the day they opened til now, customer service is actually a big fat zero! Hate coming here. Food is mediocre at best. This one restaurant makes me not even think about trying another Popeyes.
AI at the drive thru is terrible. It rushes you, even tho I'm ready and then when you want to confirm your order on the screen, it flashes for one second and then disappears. So then I confirm my order at the window and I politely asked the person there if there's a way that they can give feedback to somebody to assist with the drive-thru technology so that your order screen lasts longer to confirm. She essentially just rolls her eyes and looks away. I don't have time for this service nor will I pay for this type of service.
Forgot to give us two sides and are refusing to give us a refund or do anything to fix the situation. Called and spoke to Pamela who claims to be the manager and is refusing to do anything. We paid.
My boyfriend and I were running errands so we stopped to get a quick dinner. I wanted him to try Popeye's because he never had it before. I've had it at work but never have been to one. When we walked in, I was immediately put off by having to order on a screen. I ordered tartar sauce for my fish sandwich but didn't get it. He ordered a chicken sandwich and got a spicy one and he hates spicy stuff. The side of red beans and rice was tiny and when we opened it, it was only half full. The fried were just slightly warm. We ordered it to dine in but it was packed up in a bag. There were no napkins in the bag. They told us the fish sandwich would take about 7 minutes but we waited about 20 minutes. The people before us were complaining. The people behind us were complaining. I don't know if it was just this location that was so bad and I guess we won't find out because we will not be going to Popeye's again.
I order through drive through and while getting some other things, I ordered two strawberry crème pies. They told me it will be a 20 minute wait. I waited for 20 minutes. When I came home, those two pies were missing. I called the store to let them know that those pie were missing. They told normally they only do in person refund but this time since I live far, they will be able to make that refund and it should take few days. (The manager of the location ok this) I waited for a month and the refund did not come through. I called again for the same problem. The person on the phone told me he was the manager and that they don’t do refund unless it’s in person and on top of that because it’s been too long since I’ve last check with them, they can’t do the refund and only be able to pick up the pies. I asked for the manager but he told me he was the manager. They were the ones who made a mistake on the order, told me false information and false promises, and then tell me there is nothing they can do while being super rude. He did nothing to help me out.

First, I was told they were out of Cajun fries, a staple side dish, with over an hour and a half until closing time. The alternatives offered were insufficient, with almost none of the usual sides (mashed potatoes, beans and rice, or mac and cheese) available. I couldn't believe they were offering chocolate chips cookies as a side. To make matters worse, when I got home, I discovered that the family dinner I paid over $50 for was missing half of the chicken pieces. This is the second time in a row this has happened, leading me to question whether this is a deliberate policy to increase profits. The staff's attitude didn't help, and the inconvenience of driving 15 minutes back to the restaurant wasn't worth the hassle. I will not be returning to this Popeyes location, and I advise others to spend their money elsewhere. Poor customer service, incomplete orders, and questionable business practices are not worth the risk.
It's interesting how their low score does not surprise me because of the bad service that they offer starting with the manager of the store and the staff. This store needs a major retraining so they understand what customer service is! Everybody at the store really doesn't do a great job they're just there just to get a paycheck but no understanding of what customer service really means

I wasn't given the correct items for my order using their coupon code and when I attempted to discuss it with the on site supervisor or manager she blew me off and disrespected me inside the store. I contacted their corporate office who offered a pitiful 500 points on the Popeyes app. When I requested a refund they simply stated that they informed that Popeyes location and washed their hands of the complaint and issue. I never heard back from anyone after that which tells me this location is not interested in providing a resolution and does not take customer service seriously. I will never come back to this location. The service here has been going downhill for a while.
