This location is the most consistent with their food, they always pack the bowls so you’re getting your money’s worth and the food is always freshly prepared. I’ve been to different locations in Southern California and sometimes the food can be cold or old and they barely fill up their bowls. The staff is also friendly and the location is clean.

🥣🥤Eat Smart, Be Healthy! I like Waba Grill, My Go to is the Waba Bowl ($9.29) It has Chicken and Steak which are so delicious! Also with onions, along with the Waba and soy sauce, Yummy! Can't go wrong! Price wise is good, next time I'll try the deal for $8.50 to see if it's worth it. Go try it! you might like it, Waaabaaa!

Can't comment on the atmosphere as I usually order to go. Been going here since 2016 or 2017. Still great attitude from everyone there. The protein portions are a little smaller even though your paying more. Not much but smaller, that's why I have it 4 stars. I guess that's brandon's fault.

I had been coming here to this location for years. It had been a little while since going there, but wow, how the portion size has changed! The bowl is all rice and a small portion of chicken. They used to serve good portions. I'm quite disappointed in that seeing as the prices have increased, yet the portions have decreased. The cashier was friendly, and the service was quick. But for me, the food pricing and amount of food you get is not worth it. There are way more options for bowls with bigger portions for that pricing. Hopefully, you guys improve your portion sizing, I've noticed other reviews mentioning the same. 😕

Staff needs to be more welcoming and approachable. Food was ok, they put way too much sauce on my chicken.

I went on my lunch break and got a mini tofu bowl. I was enjoying my bowl, and as i was eating i felt a hard piece of plastic, no it was a huge piece of steel wool (Wire). I had almost swallowed that and chocked. I took it out of my mouth and called the restaurant back and told them what happened. I spoke with the Store Manager (Manuel) who advised me "This happens all the time, the pot that holds the rice is cleaned by a wire brush that could have broken off and somehow got into the rice". I went back to the restaurant and was offered an update bowl with a free large drink, but NO Refund. This should not have happened in the first place!!. Everyone in the restaurant was just like trying to sweep it under the rug, and everyone did apologize; but i felt like it wasn't taken seriously. I give this place a 1 star.

Requested for the double meet to be put on the side and they said they couldn't do that. Makes absolutely no sense why they were unwilling to do this for me but after 5 years of eating at different WG's I've never had this issue before. Will not return!

The head cashier named Ashley Smith said that they are having problems with the app. My code was not honored and discount was lost because they are not familiar on how to redeem code. Waba app sucks and customer service is pathetic. Went to Pollo Loco next door instead.
