Always one of my favorite pizza places! Offer regular or sweet sauce and every possible topping that I can think of in any manner you want it. Not to mention you can order from them and they will ship it across the country to anyone you want.

Bocce on Hopkins has lifted its game! I always felt that Bocce on Bailey was better. However, due to Hopkins being closer to my house, we got two orders from Hopkins in the past month, and the pizza was as good as Bocce on Bailey! Great job. We'll keep coming back!

Hands down, Bocce's is one of the best pizza places in the Buffalo area. I haven't had a pie from here that I didn't like. Love the small cup charred pepperoni, and their service is always friendly and quick (as long as you order sooner than later as it gets busy quickly).

Been a long time customer of Bocce Hopkins, but we stopped ordering from them due to poor quality. We gave have them another chance yesterday and they knocked it out of the park. My large pizza was awesome !! The dough, sauce and toppings were all perfect. I hope there’s a renewed dedication at this location to providing QUALITY pizzas like Bocce has been doing for all these years.

Family goes back when Bocce was in Buffalo many years back. We drove an hour and half to get our pizza. They still have a great pizza as I had it not long ago. They have great staff that are kind and polite as always to this day. If you don't like their pizza, then go elsewhere. While your at it take your negativity with you. Bocce keep up your great pizza and real ingredients. 👌

We ordered half a pizza for takeout, and omg, so good. We got extra cheese onions and hot peppers. My bf loves hot food, so he ate the peppers. I picked them off because I like the flavor but not the burn, and I really enjoyed my lunch. We had leftover and popped them in the air fryer for a late night snack.

I totally screwed up and called bailey location. So no pizza. Came back next day to get one and guy gave me three bucks off for my stupidity. Much appreciated. Side note..there were some nice patient customers there. Refreshing

Bocce's pizza is always good, but I feel you have to order extra sauce and cheese or it comes kind of dry nowadays. There sauce is also what makes them one of the best pizzas you can get in the city! Their cheesy breadsticks are pretty good but not the best you will ever have. I recommend giving them a try if you haven't because they are very good, just sometimes alittle inconsistent on how much sauce and cheese is on the pizza regularly.. but since ordering extra sauce and cheese it has been great. (Though Extra cheese is $5.00🤦‍♀️)

I grew up having Bocce's pizza every Saturday night. My parents went to the original one on Clinton and then we always went to Bailey. Bocce's is my standard I have always compared other pizza's to.

There were so many toppings evenly distributed for every slice of the pie. The pizza was cooked to perfection. I love Bocce's Pizza , but the last five times I have gotten food from there it has not been good . I often try to order food while I'm at work to support other businesses and again I am disappointed . I do like my pizza well done but I don't like it so burnt that it's not edible. My chicken fingers and fries taste like they were cooked and dirty Fish Grease that hasn't been cleaned . After spending $54 on chicken fingers and a half a pizza i truly am not happy. Just for the fact alone that I can't even eat the food that I ordered and can't bring it back because I am at my job

Bocce has good pizza, but not my favorite in the area. The price is on par with most other locations and they offer nice specialty pizzas. Make sure you order the pizza well done, otherwise the dough seems undercooked. The chicken fingers and wings are good.

Usually delicious pizza. Hoping they figure out 2020 order pickup because those lines outside are a bit much! Suggest you take payments over the phone so people are in and out faster or even better get car model and color with the order and have a runner bring food to cars as folks pull up.

While I typically prefer a New York style slice, Bocce has a good indulgence pie. The thicker crust is pillowy but not soggy, sauce is flavorful without overshadowing the tomato base and the pepperoni is quality.

The first pizzas we got were super burned and tasted like cardboard. The manager was very friendly and apologiitic and remade them for us to get. The second time much better.

There pizza is good. I prefer the lizzy's chicken finger pizza. We get them cause they are close by for pick up, or if we're feeling lazy (and rich), delivery.

Bocce club Pizza is a buffalo standard. And pretty much defines the buffalo style pizza. It's just not a favorite of mine. Generally speaking too much sauce, so major cheese separation, and this makes for some soggy crust at times. Most will get this and be happy, but there are better places for pizza. Wings are good, but nothing that makes them stand out from the crowd.

Listen, these guys get busy, really busy but the staff is always kind and agile under pressure. Kindness goes a long way in my book. But the important part - the food. Pizza is solid. The hot honey drizzle on a cheese and pepperoni is next level. Thats my go to. The wings? Fantastic. The BBQ sauce is so good. Of course classic mild is great. Mozzarella sticks 10/10, can't go wrong. When you order on a busy night utilize the often forgotten human skill of patience. Give them an extra 5 minutes, it'll be ok. Breathe in, breathe out - it's just pizza.

Its been months, and i mean months since i ordered from Bocce on Hopkins. Idk what happened this night, but ordered online, waited the hour as instructed, then....30 minutes in a line for pick up. The pizza and chicken fingers were warm, fingers were missing carrots, celery and blue cheese. After re heating, the food did not disappoint, ordering at 452pm and eating at 705pm did.

They wore gloves which is always a plus in my book!! BUT gps sent us everywhere other than the right location…

I'd wanna say average at best. That would be giving the product to much credit for being worth the value. Our Pizza Large, half just cheese other half onion & pepperoni. The pepperoni wasn't even cooked little to No sauce or cheese on both sides of our Pizza.

I had given this place 5 stars and a comment with best pizza ever. Unfortunately for myself I have to take it down and leave this 1. This being the 2nd time in a row with a bad product. When you pay 30 for a pie it should not go out the door looking like what I received. Sad when you can't count on your favorite place to do it right

Presentation looks good 8/10 My only critique is the delivery 2/10. They didn't & don't tape off Pizza boxes specifically Personal pizza boxes, at least I would know if my food has been tampered with with it being tapped off. Other than that keep up the good work guys!

Its super bowl Sunday and this location has been my family pizza spot for.many years. Today I order half-pizza with veggies, I said this doesn't taste the same. There was no tomato sauce on my pizza at all, dough and veggies. Did you run out of it? I get its super busy on shoe day, the wings were.good .Fries ok..but I was so disappointed in the way my pizza tasted.

I was sorely saddened by what I received. I had heard so many good things and they were pretty steady with customers so I thought it would be better. My slices weren't warmed enough to melt the Ronies to the cheese, so they kept falling off of the Zah. Idk, the flavors weren't hitting that day.

For over 40 years I've been listening to people rave about Bocces Pizza but there were none where I lived. Tonight (even though it was almost $30 more than the place down the street) we decided to order Bocces pizza and wings for a party we had near the Hopkins Road location. The girl on the phone was super rude when I called to order but, eh, whatever. When I proudly announced I had just ordered from Bocces everyone had the same reaction, they used to be great but they've gone way downhill. Wish they would have told me that first. Anyway, the pizza was the smallest sheet pizza I've ever seen and was of average quality at best and even that's being kind. The corner pieces were just dough and the ones close to them were just sauce. Only the middle had any toppings and the sausage was thrown on there so there were piles of it in spots and other areas that were totally bare. About the laziest pizza I've ever seen. Maybe they were the best years ago but they are below average now for sure. We decided it was better than Little Caesars and I thought it was better than Pizza Hut (my family disagrees) but that's about it, everyone else we've ordered from is better. The killer is they're still priced like they're something special.

Disappointed! Came all the way from Florida and got a less than average pizza. The back half of the pizza didn’t even have any cheese and hardly any sauce. What happened to the cup and char pepperoni? Do you have to ask for that now? I always post a picture of our yearly Bocce Pizza on my social media, not this one. Next time we will drive to the Bailey one, hopefully that one is still amazing.

Sent an e-mail through the website as I did not want to post on google review that was 5 days ago NO resonse the hopkins location is a joke 3 times in a row the most recent 5 days ago when I ordered a pizza at 11am for noon pick up did not look at pizza until at my 93 year old father in laws house half pizza fresh other half for sure left over reheat from night before donw with hopkins will continue clarence as I eat there once per week all summer as I work out there.

Pizza was cold but the wings were good after telling them three times how I wanted my food in Williamsville, NY. Trust me they are no where near the food and service on Bailey Ave buffalo, NY. I will not recommend Williamsville at all, never by the way they had three different prices and charged me the highest price but when other customers bought the same items, they charged them a lower price.

Was very disappointed in my mothers day pizza. The pepperoni was not cooked. Pizza doesn't look as it does on website, you know how it shows the pizza side to side in the box The dough was under cooked. Sauce did not taste the same. And it waz cut very un even. With tiny pieces and super large. For 26 bucks and a 20 min ride just wasn't worth it., 😡😟

Ordered bucket wings, anti pasta, sub, lg & sm garlic bread. Wait as usual... ok... got order... came back into store... missing food... girl snapped “I made it, it’s all there”. Got home no wings, cheese bread in box, and no small garlic bread. Called... went back, manager great. Got back home CAN’T Eat wings they are raw and not grilled. Called back and hung up. They are too busy on weekends and need to not keep taking orders when staff is overwhelmed!!! Tasted okay after 3/4 hour in oven! Thank

Bocce was always my number 1 for the longest time. However, they continue to fall. Harder and harder to persuade the family to order there as we have seen the quality drop, along with long wait times, too busy to split wing orders and totally messing up orders. Past experience has moved them from our top 5 pizza places, maybe outside top 8. Such a shame as I grew up on bocces and want my kids to do the same, but just can't when you cannot get what you order and pay for there now. I hope they wake up and get back to their ways what seems to be too many years ago.

Okay. I've had enough of this place. And it's a shame because I love it, but the customer service fell off hard, and the food is inconsistent. I ordered food online 45 minutes ago. I arrive and am told they received the order 10 minutes ago. I showed cashier the online order time, and in a very rude way said, either way, it's another 25 minutes. At that point, I declined the order and once again he was rude, sarcastically saying bye. When I said that was awful customer service, he did not care whatsoever and just continued saying bye. So, after ordering from this place many times over the last 8 years since I moved nearby, I'm done. Next time maybe apologize for the inconvenience instead of being rude as if somehow that was the customer's fault. Take ownership. Customers understand mistakes happen. Acknowledge, apologize and you won't lose a customer. Be rude, and good luck. But I highly doubt the teenage cashier cares.

Don't use the coupons you receive in the mail, because they will not honor them , they will charge you more. Order a large cheese and pepperoni pizza, large chef salad and 16 breadsticks the coupon price was 39.92 I got charged 43.00 dollars before tax. The Manger was very rude. I emailed them, still waiting for a return email.

Used to be a good spot the workers now are pretty rude the past few times I’ve gone in. And don’t even bother asking them for special instructions like cut in squares or well done because they will say yes on the phone and forget about. Owner needs to take a hard look at who he has working for him.

This is the second time I ordered a pie with a little something different and they screwed it up! I asked for a Party Pie, extra sauce, cheese and peperoni on the whole pie. On half the pie I asked to add peppers, onions and olives. Well they messed it up by putting cheese and pep only on HALF the pie and then sauce, cheese and the peppers, onions and mushrooms on the other half. So, now what?

I went to this place seeing google reviews, I ordered Meat lovers pizza along with onions and Red Peppers. Red Peppers were missing, The whole pizza was loaded with onions and there was very less meat. I ordered at around 5 clk, my Pizza was due to arrive in 1 hour. but had to wait for 1 more hour (got my pizza at 7 clk). Disappointing experience!!!!

Trying to find pizza in Buffalo? Stay away from here. We ordered a pizza with requesting extra sauce and cut in squares. Unfortunately, neither of these were done. Even after being charged for extra sauce. We called and after being spoken to by a rude girl upfront we spoke to the manager who noted “we don’t guarantee pizzas to be cut in squares even if requested”. Honestly, as a buffalonian I recommend you give your business to a local pizzeria with better quality pizza and customer service (especially when a pizza cost 40$ and you’re not even getting what you paid for and Bocce’s can’t even guarantee what you ordered and paid for, per the manager) find quote above.

Called in an order for it was getting late and the grandkids were hungry so everyone was waiting for me to arrive and there was no order waiting for me. The female on the phone didn’t put the order in. So I put the order in and drove to my daughters house and told them what happened and I was told that that’s the reason they don’t order from them anymore because it’s happened to them a few times. I liked the pizza but the wings I ordered I couldn’t tell the mild from the medium, they all seemed mild.

Stop sending me 25% off coupons. I received one 2 weeks ago and went to use it this past Sunday and it was nowhere to be found on my phone when I got there. I went inside and told them what happened and they acted skeptical. I go there all the time. After getting home and paying full price I looked for the text again and it was in my recently deleted texts. I did not erase it as I was planning in advance to go there last Sunday just to use the 25% coupon and had people waiting. I just now received a text reminding me that it expires tomorrow. We don’t order Bocce too often and were excited for our half double pepperoni pizza and single order hot honey cajun wings but were very disappointed. The pizza didn’t taste fresh, almost like it was sitting and they reheated it, and there was just a normal amount of pepperoni on it. The wings were way too chard (didn’t even expect them to be in the grill)and dry with absolutely no hot honey on them. Looking at other reviews it looks like they have consistent heat/burning issues. We also spent more $$ on this than our normal spots only to get worse quality. No thanks.

So dissapointed! .Dont order during a Bills game.They clearly precook wings for busy times.Our wings were definitely reheated.They were like Fridays wings on Sunday.Quality is nowhere like the Baily days!

Took over 2 hours to get my food. The pizza was cold and under cooked. The chicken wings I ordered crispy, they were not and they were cold. They also forgot my brownie.

Ordered a pizza today; burnt, dough over cooked, toppings burnt, extremely disappointing, never consistent. Pizza cost too much for a pizza to taste this bad! Not understanding why pizza was terrible when we ordered they were NOT busy. Won’t place another order anytime soon

They clean their dishes with pure bleach not cooking bleach actual bleach that you use to clean floors or toilets with i wouldn't eat there if you paid me the workers don't wear hair nets found a hair in my food it's disgusting so gross and the bread sticks are hard as can be and they don't make their own sauce like they say they just get canned sauce and pour it into a bucket and use it that way. I even saw a worker which was also a manager drop food on the floor and still served it. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Also the staff are miserable and take it out on the customers it's ridiculous.

3 out of the 4 orders I have made were horrible. Today I ordered pizza for my staff for a Xmas party .I asked for a whole box of pizza, cheese and pepperoni w/ extra sauce. I received a pizza that looked like they realized after preparing it they were suppose to have extra sauce and they dumped a ladel of sauce here and there for $35 that’s unacceptable and the $35 for 20 wings that were garbage as well. Never again! Previous orders chicken bites hard as a brick, half of box of pizza cooked overly well done that it was not edible just through the pizza in the garbage. They need better cooks or lower the prices for the garbage they’re putting out. I’ll patronize Bailey location for now on.

Worse pizza ever. Ordered a cheese pizza. Recieved this. I had to cut away mounds of cheese off them to get my kids to eat it. Never again. Nasty.

I ordered a half meat pizza added mushrooms and onions. Pizza was hot. When I got to my hotel to eat it, to my surprise all the meat toppings were not on the pizza . The pizza was put through the over for a second time therefore was over cooked. When you pay your money for food you expect quality food. I'm sure they would not have wanted this kind of service and neither did I.

Best pizza in Buffalo but the worst customer service. Went to pick up my pizza that was paid for online 2 hours previous and waited in a line for 45 minutes to get Inside to get my pizza. How do you not have separate lines for orders that are already paid for and why do you not have a runner helping the people outside to get their pizza quicker. How about a handheld that accepts credit cards to help the line move. It is 2021 and technology is available to help your customers. The place is a joke and done ordering from there.

Ordered cheese, pepperoni & green olives pizza HALF BAKED & UNCUT. Received over cooked & cut. You could count the olives on one hand. Same with 2nd pizza. It was fully cooked & cut. Only had onions on half the veggie pizza. We ordered 20 wings, 10 hot & 10 barbecue. We received them in a box mixed together. The hot wings now have barbecue sauce on them. I was on hold for 12 minutes only to get rude treatment. I’m hoping to speak to the owner. ( I seldomly complain) PS: only received 19 wings.

Love you guys. But today was the worst pizza I ever got i get the same order every time I order. Cheese pep and onion. I've never been let down. Till today that was. The toppings were less then normal even the cheese was light. I usually don't complain but this one is bad. Well ya lost a customer. I don't wanna spend another 30 bucks to be let down again.

Pizza totally uncooked. Wings undercooked despite ordering them “crispy” plus they had no sauce on them even though they were ordered “hot.” This place has really become a disappointment. It’s disheartening to have to leave a negative review for what has always been a Buffalo institution. They need to stop taking their customers for granted.

Not one to typically leave negative reviews, let alone reviews online at all, but was extreamely disappointed. I’ve loved Bocces for years, and I’ve heard their quality has decreased recently but haven’t ordered it in a bit. Ordered a personal cheese pizza today and was shocked to see such a small thing. Typically the pizza fills the box, and is nice and thick. Not only was this pizza irregularly small, and paper thin, but it also had no sauce! Will likely end up ordering from a farther location if I end up going there again.

The pizza arrived soggy when ordered extra well done. For the price, I expected much better quality and service. Sadly, I won’t be ordering from here again.

Pretty sure these are cup and char Pepperonis, they legit sent an uncooked pizza out, would of been better off buying from Wegmans and it was $95 for two pizzas, breadsticks and wings. The wings had zero sauce on them, I ordered medium and came plain as could be, luckily I had some Josh Allen Buffalo sauce on hand and had to re cook everything. I don't care if your busy, I've been to busy restaurants and if they under cook my chicken or steak I get sick. Lazy owners and employees.

Stop giving nonsense 5 stars to this pizzeria. The store hours are until 9pm, but when I called at 8pm, they said they stop receiving orders at 7:00pm. That doesn't make sense. Be very careful when rating high for a business that does not care about customers. It's important to be honest and accurate in your reviews.

Ordered a lge pizza with sausage and onions well done. I was completely dissatisfied with it. The toppings were scant (@ best) and the pizza was cold. I ordered it in the early pm (slow time) on a Tues and I picked it up on time. Given the higher prices charged ($38.00) for now a lesser quality product, I would strongly recommend others to avoid this location. If I order a Bocces pizza again, I will get it from another location. I grew up eating Bocces pizza from the Bailey location and I'm astonished at the decline of a once reliable quality product.

Gave us the wrong Oder a month ago. Tonight they asked us to pay ( which we did) & never made our pizza & wings! We had to leave & come back in 25 minutes. We asked to speak to the mgr but he never came out to speak to us. Customers were leaving & complaining. I’ll never order from there again! When we picked up the pizza there were hardly any ingredients on it. The wings were supposed to be crispy & they turned out like rubber. Don’t waist your money.

Quoted an hour for food, and when I arrived, they never made the garlic knots. They said they were finishing them up, but I heard the kitchen crew say they didn’t have an order for it. The girl at the front came back and said it would be five minutes, which turned into over fifteen while the rest of the food sat there. I got a half-hearted apology as I left. I gave them another chance after six years with similar issues at the Bailey location. The food was lukewarm and not cooked right when I got home. Never again.

I ordered a cheese and double pepperoni pizza and there’s barely any pepperoni on it. I called and they told me to contact DoorDash. Ok, but you made the pizza and I was charged an additional $6.50 for double pepperoni! Will never order from here again and it was doughy.

Gotta be one of the worst pizza and wing places around. Pizza is sloppy, sauce everywhere, even when ordering lighter sauce. Barely any cheese. The wings might be the worst I've had anywhere in 20 years. Got mild and hot for my group. Mild is literally just butter. Hot was butter with one drop of hot sauce. Absolutely no heat and no flavor. Wings were undercooked. Place is super expensive, too.

This place has good pizza but its hard to look past how filthy the place is. When you walk in the area to order your food is absolutely disgusting. I could imagine what the kitchen looks like. Health department should shut them down. Bocce should be ashamed of what that place has become.

I ordered 2 slices and a Pepsi. First, I'd like to say that I noticed the one kid working with food had gloves on that had huge rips in them, not sanitary. Then upon getting to my destination and opening the box, I notice the 2 slices of pizza look reheated, not hot at all and when I picked the one slice up I see it looked like something came off of it. I immediately put the slice down and closed the box. Never took a bite, infact the pizza is still in my car in the box. Close to $10.00 it cost me. It's NOT at all worth it!!

Normally I have no complaints with any location as I frequent both Bailey and Hopkins but today the Hopkins location let me down. I ordered a half baked cheese pepperoni pizza and a baked cheese sub. Now I realize a baked sub may get some burning around the edges which is actually good in my opinion but this is ridiculous. The whole sub was burnt to a crisp. I was only able to eat the insides with a fork. The sub was lunch and the pizza is dinner so I can’t comment on that yet. I would have rather waited and had them make me a new sub, rather than just wrap it up and send it out without telling me. I hope management sees this and asks who was on staff today why they would let charcoal go home with a customer. Again, this is only my first bad experience with any of the locations and I believe it’s isolated, so I will still order from there in the future.
