Hands-down the best East Coast style pizza we've had in Sonoma County. Perfect for take-out. Crust is chewy and foldable with a good crisp and a light burn on top. Sauce is just the right acid balance. Sauce/cheese ratio is spot on. This pizza absolutely stands its ground against the greats. Tried a plain cheese to get a feel, and it was fantastic. Also a pepperoni and olive. Equally amazing. Pepperoni was delicious. For a signature we tried their Old Grey Beard, an inspired pie with mozz and fontina, Italian sausage, Calabrian peppers, hot honey & orange zest. It was a great pizza, not too busy, and all the elements worked – the honey and orange were something I've never had before, and worked really well together. They also have Pan Pies and a few other entrees to round out their menus, if that's your jam. We'll be eating here weekly. Prices are absolutely reasonable given the clear quality of ingredients and craft. Friendly young lady ran our food out to our car with gloves. 30 minutes from call to pick up. Bottom line, if you're craving a good East Coast pie, give PizzaLeah a shot. Definitely the best we've had here, and on a par with Jersey, Escape from NY or Arinell in the Bay. We're lucky to have them.
What great experience! I was trying to find a really nice meal near STS and decided to give pizzaleah a try. I expect good pizza, but this may be the best pizza I have ever eaten. Although we aren’t local, we visit the area on a regular basis. We will definitely be returning!
GO HERE! This was my first visit to Pizzaleah. My sister and I arrived right before the dinner rush about 6pm so it was slow but by 6pm nearly all the tables inside and outside were filled. The staff was amazing! We asked them for recommendations on the menu, and each of them had a different favorite. We ended ordering the Grey Beard (Calabrian chilis, sausage, hot honey, and orange zest) and the Po-tay-to (fingerling potatoes, cream sauce, green onion, bacon). They were both incredible. The orange zest was so fragrant and complimented the spiciness of the peppers and the fennel in the sausage. It was so flavorful and unexpected and I can see why it is their award winner. The po-tay-to was highly recommended by our server. She said it was her favorite and she thought it was the best on the menu. It was absolutely delicious, like a loaded baked potato in perfect pizza form. The dough was also incredibly flavorful. They also have sodas from 55 Mile Sonoma Co which are delicious. The diet cola was awesome because it didn't have the Diet Coke fake lemon flavor or the diet aftertaste. It tasted like Cola! As we were leaving we saw that someone had ordered the garlic knots and they looked awesome. Next time I will def be trying those.
wanna talk about great pizza! i drive 20 mins just to go to thus place. im from ny so ive been looking for a place with great pizza and i finally found it! staff is super friendly and their pizza....omg amazing. i highly recommend and come here frequently!
This pizza is incredible! Small cup pepperoni, nice thin crust with that perfect crunch... And don't you dare forget to order the garlic knots... I'd go back just for those. The service was genuinely nice and welcoming and made me feel at home. This place just jumped to the top of my favorites in all of Sonoma County!
I am still dreaming about the pizza dough of this place. Outside of that, we tried 4 different pizzas and they were all fantastic! Perfectly cooked and mesh of flavors between the sausage or potatoes or different cheeses. Great spot to hit up if coming back from wine country or Mendocino!
My husband and I go here often. Every single pizza we have tried has been absolutely delicious! Their pan pizza's, amazing. The staff, friendly, amicable, and make you feel welcome. When your at PizzaLeah, you don't want for anything.
Definitely one of my favorite places to get pizza. Dining in or ordering out works great. The atmosphere of this location is really nice, and they have a good selection of drinks. Love the Old Grey Beard pizza and clear why it is an award-winning pizza. There is also plenty of parking available at this location.
The restaurant's name is a blending of the chef-owner’s first name and the work that made her famous. The local press has been raving about this award-winning restaurant since it opened calling it, Mecca of Pizza and one of the 101 pizzas in America. We ordered Roo’s, a vegetarian pizza of cheese, mushroom, and herbs, where the simple list of ingredients would leave the maker with no place to hide. The first thing I noticed was the crust. I’d be satisfied eating an all crust pizza and nothing more. Instead of using thick slabs of tasteless, soggy mushrooms, she had chopped multiple types of mushrooms and roasted them to perfection before using them as a topping. The mixture of herbs, including roasted fennel, was a welcome change from the overpowering mix of dried Italian spices common to American pizzas. The cheese was a mixture of mozzarella, fontina, and parmesan. With each bite, I tasted the crust, the cheese, the vegetables, and the herbs. The restaurant located in a shopping center off highway 101 has plenty of parking and multiple electric car charging stations. Next time going through Sonoma county, I will go out of my way to eat there. Like detailed reviews? Like and follow.
The best pizza period - especially the square pies, don’t skip those!! Leah is also so down to earth and often there to thank for her amazing pizzas 🍕 while you can’t go wrong with plain cheese, we LOVE all of the specialties. It’s a must do for all of our visitors. We took my parents for the first time today and even got a picture with Leah 💕
Tried this place out yesterday and oh my goodness, I think I've found my favorite pizza joint! Everything from the customer service over the phone to the interaction in the restaurant, and can't forget about the FOOD, was stellar!! They were busy but it never got too loud to where we couldn't hear each other talking. I ordered a 1/2 Chingona and 1/2 Boogie, my husband got the GF/DF Old Grey Beard, and kids got Cheese and was everyone was exceptionally happy. I cannot wait for our next visit and try them all!!
One of my favorite pizza places!! The old grey beard and the triple threat are some of my favorites, but really you can’t go wrong. Oh and they have Detroit style pizza on Wednesdays! Staff is awesome and if you get a chance to meet Leah she will light up your day!
Had the pepperoni, ricotta and hot honey 🍕🍯. Nice thin crust that was able to hold up to the toppings. Decent size for the price. Heard to find pizza places that have ricotta on the pizza. Once of my favorite toppings.
The baked potato pizza was one of the best pizzas I've had in a long time. I'm planning on stopping here again on my next road trip up the 101.
They always have the best pizza. Love their place and what they bring to the community
First time at Pizzaleah and it absolutely lived up to the hype! My mom and I ordered the Stracciatella Margherita Pizza and a Greens Salad. Both were delicious, perfectly balanced, fresh, and full of flavor! But what really made our visit special was the exceptional service. Huge shoutout to our server Pauline, she was incredibly kind, helpful, and gave great recommendations. She checked in on us throughout the meal and genuinely made sure we were happy, which made the whole experience feel warm and welcoming. Amazing food, wonderful service, and a great first impression. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Pizzaleah!
Our go to pizza place! Such great customer service and fantastic pizza! We went on a sunny afternoon and ended up getting their green salad, garlic knots and a Scurto Pie (all amazing!). They have a lovely outdoor dining patio. Unfortunately, during our meal we bumped our pizza off the table. We were picking up the fallen pieces and were getting ready to walk back in to buy another pie. But they were right on it and got a fresh pizza ordered to replace our accident. Couldn't apologize and thank them enough! Definitely recommend for any pizza cravings if you are in town.
Pizzaleah’s deep dish Mush-a-roni is next-level. The crust alone is worth the trip—golden, buttery, and perfectly crisped on the outside, yet tender and flavorful all the way through. It holds up beautifully to the generous layers of toppings without ever feeling heavy or doughy. The ingredient quality really shines here. The pepperoni is rich and perfectly curled with just the right amount of crisp, the cremini mushrooms add an earthy depth, and the shaved parmesan brings that salty, savory edge. The red sauce is vibrant and tangy, clearly made from great tomatoes, and the fresh basil gives a pop of brightness that cuts through the richness in the best way. Every bite is balanced, bold, and made with care. You can taste the difference in quality—and that crust? Absolute perfection.
I hardly give out 5 star reviews, and I'm trying to justify not giving Pizzaleah a perfect score but I really can't find a reason. Their pizza, immaculate. The crust is on the thinner side version and it is welcomed. The toppings really come thru. Slight droop but not too much. There were burned spots tho that was bitter but I overlooked it because it was only on one or two spots out of the 3 large whole pizzas we ordered. I'm comparing Pizzaleah to places like Primos in SF, Artichoke Basilles in Berkeley, Bronco Billy's in Fremont, and Craft Pizza by Niche in Hayward. Pizzaleah tops them all! If i lived closer i would come here at least twice a week. If you're a mushroom lover then I suggest the Roos. I was tempted to get one of everything, it was that good! 3 large pizzas, 3 salads, 4 drinks, and 4pints of beer was $170. Comparable to chain locations, and totally worth it! If you have a chance come here, you will not be disappointed!
Had some excellent pizza! The crust was whole wheat, thick, chewy, remained crisp in center and didn’t get soggy. Full of flavor. Then my pizza had a thick red sauce, lots of good cheese, and some really good meatball slices, tasty Italian sausage, and olives. Wife had a specialty pizza with piped ricotta, thin peach slices, and jalapeños. Fantastic combination. Great service, just a few tables i. A strip mall, but definitely worth it.
Quick service. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Bit expensive, however loved the pizza. Fresh thin crust pizza was amazing. Loved the ranch on side.
Easily our favorite pizza in all of Sonoma County. If you can get one before they're gone, their square pies are bomb. Tonight I didn't get through their busy phone lines in time to do that. That being said their circle pies, bomb. Be it square or circle this place is bomb and well worth the money. The large feels extra large and every slice is equally layered with the toppings you choose. I will also have to say the garlic knots are bomb. Get the marinara sauce.
First time visiting, small restaurant limited seating they do have patio seatting it was to cold to sit outside the day we visited. It was a weekday and this place was busy for dinner. Service was ok we sat at the bar. The pizza is absolutely amazing. If you love pizza this is a must try. Can't wait to go back to try a different type of pizza.
This place is great. The pizza is exactly right, cooked exactly the right amount, the ingredient proportions exactly right, the ingredient quality top notch, the combination of flavors exactly right. It was ready 10 minutes after I ordered. Leah was circulating to make sure all was well. The gal taking the orders was good at her job. Nothing more you can ask for in a pizza place. I had the Roo's, great for mushroom lovers.
The pizza is second to none. Their broccolini habanero special was fantastic and the chili crisp, though ambiguous in nomenclature, is a perfect pairing. We’ve ordered the kiddos bacon + pineapple which consists of strips of thick cut savory bacon and small chunks of pineapple that did not taste like your traditional canned pineapple, but far better. They have fantastic specials, meat-free menu items, quality ingredients, consistent crust, and perfect composition. I researched ownership in effort to identify why this pizza is so good. Leah Scurto has multiple awards, national pizza-making recognition, and is a decorated pizza artist. It all makes sense. Their pizza is best right at the source, unaltered by delivery to maintain the incredible crust consistency. My first experience was delivery, which was just okay. My second experience was takeout, which was better. My most recent experience was in shop, and was the best of the three experiences. The prices are cheaper than Round table or Mountain Mikes for quality that is superb in every way. Even the salads are phenomenally fresh and their dressings are delectable.
Phenomenal pizza is to be had at this gem in Windsor. Had a preorder placed earlier in the day for a set time and all the food was ready right on time. The Lola and grey beard were both amazing and we could easily feed 15 people with 5 pizzas and 6 salads
OMG the crust is to DIE for! You’ve got to taste this incredible pizza. Me and my business partner just had the FG with hot honey and YES you want this too. Ask Leah for a beer recommendation too, she definitely knows her stuff.

pizza was amazing !! my sister spilled water on the floor and they were so kind about it . they went and mopped it and resuuresured us that was okay :) 10/10 experience 10/10 recommend

this is probably the best pizza in Sonoma county ive had. the dough is fermented for 72 hours so it has a great flavor and texture. it's cooked in a real pizza oven so it gets the crunchy flavorful bottom. the thin pizza with orange zest was different but really nice
If you want to talk about great pizza, this is the place. I drive 20 minutes just to come here. Being from New York, I’ve been searching for a spot that truly delivers on pizza, and I finally found it. The staff is super friendly, and the pizza is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend it and come here often.
Grey Beard Round Pizza, and Mush a Roni Square! OMG, my wife and I were floored, best tasting pizza ever, from the crust to sauce, and toppings, all top notch. Great service, sat at the bar, couldn't ask for more friendly, and knowledgeable staff. That was on 2/1/26 around 5 ish o'clock. Ruined to get pizza anywhere else now!
We are currently in Napoli eating some of the best pizza in the world. Our point of comparison all week has been "how does this compare to Pizzaleah?" Honestly, Pizzal eah is as good if not better than what we are eating here. Truly a treasure of The Bay Area. Absolutely worth a drive up from San Francisco alone (and even further).
Best pizza in SoCo if you ask me. That crust is amazing, just the right amount of sauce. Leah knows how to craft a killer pizza, that's for sure. If you have not been yet, you honestly don't know what you are missing! Do yourself a favor, go!
Best tasting pizza dough / crust on the West Coast! Quality and inventive toppings, along with the usual suspects. Nice selection of local and international beers on tap and by cans/bottles. Friendly staff. Must try if you like pizza!

Pizza was delicious. My main issue is the fennel in the sausage—which isn’t a deal breaker. I just prefer my sausage to taste less like fennel. Other than that, the pizza was very very good.
Easy to find. My order was ready on time. Seems like they get very busy in the evening, so order ahead if you're in a rush. Our pick up time was approximately 80-85 min. Great dough and quality ingredients. Cooked well. The only downside was that it was slightly salty, but I am personally sensitive to salt taste.
We got the caesar salad and the old grey beard pizza. The salad was good, I'd order it again, but not my favorite caesar. The dressing had a hint of dejon flavor which seemed a bit weird in caesar salad. The pizza was good. Hot honey always hits and the pizza crust was delicious. I think this just wasn't the right pizza order for me, a little plain. Service was nice, salad and pizza came out quickly despite them appearing pretty busy. They've got beer and wine to order.
This is serious pizza. The crust is so thin with perfect chewy ends. You can get more pizza for the money for sure, but ingredients here are a step up from typical. This place is pretty busy regularly because the pizza is really good. Just one caveat: if it doesn't say red sauce, it won't have marina sauce. My wife has ordered 2 pizzas here that she didn't end up liking as much because it had no tomato sauce. She asked for a side of sauce last night and they were happy to accommodate. This is an "order and pay and grab a number and find a table" type place. No table service. No reservations.
First time visit. Small cozy place. Everyone was nice. Pizza was good. Judge for your self and stop by.
This was the place to be on a Saturday night! I ordered take out online through their website and was given a 35-40 minute wait. I arrived around the 35 minute mark and my food was not ready yet. All of the staff there were very friendly and apologetic that my food was taken longer than anticipated. They had indoor and outdoor seating. I ordered the “Lola” pizza which was a pesto base with mozzarella, roasted potatoes and caramelized onions. Though the onions were not caramelized, I did enjoy the pizza, it was different.

Pizza delicious but the worst customer service from one cashier. She was so rude and irritated that we were asking questions about the beer and pizza options. She kept telling us everything we need to know was written on the board then turned to the cook and rolled her eyes IN FRONT OF US! The board said “rotational”, that’s doesn’t tell us anything. To top it off my 82 yr old mother was paying and unsure how to use her card and she gave attitude to her and snagged her card from her to pay. We’re from out of town and she treated us like we were supposed to know how it all worked. We were so disgusted with the service we didn’t order any beverages, and went across the parking lot to have a beer.
