Sorry to say it like this but My visit on 3.18 [around 12 noonish]was ruined by woman behind the counter be loud and rude to me the next customer after me and her own coworker and young, slender Asian gentleman. It may of been her "way" after I explained my experience to a friend.
It’s Dunkin Donuts, the menu is the same everywhere, but the staff here is good, never any issues or attitude, 24/7, pretty clean for the most part AND Baskin Robbins. Parking if ya need it and pretty busy, day and night 👍🏻
Everytime I go into this Dunkin the service is Quick from the people at the counter and the people making our order its just quick great and well done always and let's not for get very very friendly

Often come for 6AM breakfast. Some of the hardest workers I have ever seen. They get overwhelmed at times but they are efficient without sacrificing quality. Much respect.
Overnight worker needs to learn how to make coffee and pay attention to order. Messed up a simple small coffee. Not even close to what I ordered. Train him please.
What can I say, it's Duncan Donuts! This place does have fast service and it's never too crowded that you can't find a place to sit. They also have WiFi, clean restroom and quick service. Sometimes the tables aren't exactly clean, mostly loose sugar and some coffee stains, but nothing big.

Two places will kept need clean organized, actually had a separate section for the ice cream people were there and also the cashier at the extraction was working the card reader was working and everything. Most Dunkin donuts they are separated the donuts the coffee and then other side is the ice cream but you have to pay at one side of the store. Which is inconvenient you have to walk all the way to one side order your desserts and ice cream get it and then go to other side to pay. In this particular one it was organized in the fashion where you could order and pay at the same spot. I was able to sit down table neat and clean able to relax noise level very low and pleasant I will go back
I stop in every Sunday on my way to Havana Dreams to get a Box o’ Joe. Hira and Rahul are always kind, upbeat, and fast. The coffee is always good and I have been doing this for years.

I have never had an issue with this Dunkin, this is by far the only Dunkin in Queens that never disappoints me!! The workers are kind and patient and aren’t lazy like the other Dunkin workers in Queens. I’ve been going to this Dunkin ever since I was a toddler so this place holds some very dear memories for me especially since there’s this one lady who has worked there ever since I was a kid and I still see her every time I go 💖, if your in the area definitely go to this Dunkin 10/10 recommend

I was having work done in my yard putting in a new drainage system to clear up so much of my winter icing and flooding problems I'Ve experienced the last three (3 Years). I had 3 workers who broke up my concrete dug out a hole approximately four foot by Four foot by Five feet deep. Built a cement block wall. I was happy with the work, I went to Dunkin Doughnuts on Woodhaven Boulevard and 63rd Drive. REGO PARK. I ordered a dozen mixed Doughnuts and a Box of Joe for myself and the workers. Enjoyed the coffee and donuts.
If you go there enough the staff will get to know you and greet you warmly when they see you. They may not give you a little extra touch when making what you ask, but it feels that way, which sometimes is enough.
God bless this DD. Staff is so sweet and coffee is great. Very happy. Much better than most Starbucks and the place itself is very clean and well kept.
donut quality has gone up since the renovation, i wonder if it’s under new management/ownership? i just miss the variety of donut flavors they had before
Lots of people working but still had a longer than expected wait time. They gave my food to the customer in front of me and the cashier had to bring it to me. Thank God she didn't have time to tamper with me food and try to poison me.

Its alright. Only has honey when one gentleman works there. When I ask and he's not there the two older women always speak in their language and never manage to find any when I know it's right under the cash register shelf. Silly women.

Dunkin is Dunkin like every other Dunkin Donits out there ..... always under staffed and slow . I believe they should have someone to take care of the customers and someone else who just handles uber eats and door dash .... having to wait 20 to 25 mins just to order while the server is putting together an order or orders for uber eats is such a hassle ......
Afternoon Asian lady isn't the nicest person to serve you and because she hogs the cash register it usually leads to a big line forming. She's also not the most patient and understanding if people are trying to make choices. If you could make it to the one on Metropolitan avenue or 80th Street you'd get better service in the afternoon.
I usually like this Dunkin over others but it has been changing. The past few visits I ordered a large hot Carmel latte and what I get is a med to small one in a large cup and no Carmel. I mean I'm paying for it, please give me what you advertise and what I ordered. I stopped for a bit but now I think I'm done with the beverages here. I still love some of the donuts and twists but that's it. Even when I ask to not heat my bagel or twist it still gets heated and I have to go back. They need to deal with a costumer at a time. It's very frustrating. And the only other thing I don't get is different people charge different prices. I gave three stars because this was my favorite Dunkin but not so much any more. Hope they start paying more attention to the costumers and stop short cutting on the merchandise.hopefully one day I can go back and actually get the right order.
First time I ask for a Bagel Twist toasted and the person working here says they can’t put butter on the bagel. Offered to give me butter on the side, lol.. I’ve only ordered from this location for months and no one else had a problem applying the butter. No, It’s not busy here, I was one of two customers standing inside. 4 employees here, The place is a mess, There’s garbage all around the garbage bins, the floor is filthy and the counters look to be filthy as well. This is a first time for me to be here ona a Sunday, I usually come here Monday through Wednesday while it’s much busier and none of these problems exist on those days.
I only got coffee because I saw the large amount of people waiting for their orders and I didn't want to wait for food. The staff were staring at the blinking order screens and bags of half orders. Staff needs to be retrained on processing orders. After the person in front of me ordered, the employee looked at me then turned and left! No greeting or anything. After a few minutes, another employee took my coffee order. Staff should be retrained on greeting customers and communication.
Great place with parking lot. They need to clean the tables, floor and counter top instead of being on their cell phones. The napkin dispenser is either empty or stuck. Corporate, please be sure that the employees comply with regulations.

Dunkin Donuts I ordered munchkins I sat down macchiato coffee and the munchkins were all dried out , I brought them back got a Boston cream donut and that was sitting around for awhile not the best . The store needs to be cleaned up also . And not enough employees working had to wait on a wine almost out the door the one employee working at night time not fair to the customers not fair to the employee he did the best he could .
Parking is convenient. Not happy with my most recent experience here. Mocha latte tasted like a regular coffee with milk, iced caramel macchiato tasted like it was missing espresso, the bagel was the smallest I've seen (no more than 3.5" diameter) and it was cold by the time we got to the car, and the chocolate frosted donut was very fresh but they really skimped on the frosting.
When I open my coffee it was half of the cup, if I’m paying for a product I’ll like to received food, and this people of this location always mess up your order you tell them one thing and they give you another, is not fair to not have a full cup if you already payed for it, I’m very disappointed and unsatisfied today.
Food is overpriced...not particularly that good. COffee seems to be watered down and occasionally burnt.They have limited condiments (basically just Ketchup) Orders are more often than not incorrect.The service people should be able to speak decent English and understand the language . Meter parking...if and when available.

Three stuff was there , one of them was shouting. Literally he was screaming.i ordered a mangonada the guy took my order was young and arrogant . I asked him to make it less ice and he gave me a 3/4 cup of mangonada . As i asked for less ice . I never experienced something like this i know a customer can ask for less ice even no ice . I asked him if his manager knows about it or na he made an angry face and said ‘yes ‘. Very displeased with customer service I want the manager to explain me that ‘yes’

This Dunkin Donuts severely lacks structure and order. I visited here on 7/13/2019 and spoke with another regular customer who said it is always confusing like this in this location. Management is severely lacking in this location! One register open and SEVERAL customers that came after us ordered and left before us. That is completely UNACCEPTABLE!
Horrible disgusting night staff , very rude . Their credit card machines were down and did not say anything until my order was done . Went to go get money and when i came back they told me to wait because they dumped it all and have to start again . The disgusting man said ok wait another 40 mins .
Just visited the branch. They refused to accept multiple T-Mobile Tuesday coupons. Nowhere on the T&Cs does it say "only 1 coupon per transaction"! Whilst talking to two of the staff they walked away to the back. After leaving, called them up to re-confirm them refusing us and they hung up.
Donuts sucked! Hard as rocks, counter staff were unhelpful. Had to order my drink 3 times for them to then mess it up anyways. Avoid this place if you can. One of the few with the attached Baskin Robbins but that doesn't make up for the crappy Dunkin side.
Indian worker refused to wear gloves .... claimed he only needed to when making a sandwich, not when making a milkshake. When I insisted, he asked me to buy ice cream and make my own milkshake....really creative!! When I put my phone on to record him....he accused me of having a "bad attitude". Desis....Indian, Bangladesh, Pakistani staff....can be very rude to other Desis...like myself. He refused me service...all because I insisted he wear gloves.....smh...nice job DD!!
This was a terrible experience. I needed help with the app and the barista could not help me. Also, I ordered a jelly donut and when I got home, it was stale. Fortunately, I don't live near this store.
I came in to buy my daughter a donut for valentines day. She had a balloon in her hand. That I had just bought from store few blocks away. And one of the employees accused me of taking one thier balloons that they had in there. Smh
Every time I visit this Dunkin I receive terrible customer service. From being ignored, waiting on line for 10 minutes or longer when I’m the only one there, and not receiving the correct order.
Check total of what you are paying for .. 1. There is an advertisement on the door .. per scoop is $1.50 till July 31st. 2. Advertisment #2 buy two scoops and get waffle cone. Bought 2 different ice creams (both 2 scoops). Asian lady at the check out counter ... First she charged for waffle cones then charged $4.50 per ice cream order (total $9.00 plus tax). So when we tried correcting her and telling her about the advertisement, she argued that there is no promotion like that and when we took her to the door to prove then she argued it's 1 scoop even though it says $1.50 per scoop. After proving her wrong , she still changed $9.00 + tax and offered 2 donuts to cover her mistake and explaining loudly how much tax it is on the ice cream and why she charged taxes. Make sure you avoid going to the Asian lady and make sure how much she is charging. Money is not the issue, it's the people who likes to scam people. Avoid this Dunkin #dunkinsucksinregopark
Coffee order wrong due to the lady in the front taking the order. My advice - listen to the customer when taking the order! 🙄Then when I tell the back people that the order is wrong they give me an attitude. My advice - just change the order if your customer is telling you it's wrong! 🙄
Placed order for 12 donuts 25 min in advance and when I got there the order was not ready, there was 1 employee handling online orders. I needed to leave asap bc I was catching a flight and this man was taking so long, he said give me 2 mins, but he actually took 10 minutes to hand me 12 donuts and there was no other customer in the store. I told him can you pause the orders Yur working on to hand me just 12 donuts and he moved like a sloth picking out those 12 donuts. I have never been more annoyed at a Dunkin’ Donuts employee. Why did he prioritize online orders with a live person in the store, and my order was simple he didn’t have to cook anything just put 12 donuts in a box.

The worker name Isaac is really slow. I'm a everyday customer and for a coffee I have to wait 15 to 18 minutes everytime. The man looks out of it and constantly folds under pressure. I ask let me get 2 pumps of caramel and when I arrive across to my store there's no taste. I ask management to give this man some help. I'm the only one online and as soon as a online order pops up he ignores me and goes straight to the orders instead of multitasking . Flat out horrible
It’s really disrespectful To have people wait on line for 10 or more minutes and then have a “regular” come in and skip the line. I had to wait for three customers ahead of me and did so patiently. But to see “the regular” come in drop 4$ on the table and have his coffee handed to him immediately is very annoying, especially on a week day Morning at 9 AM. We all have places to be. Once I got to the register, I was rushed and didn’t even feel like ordering my entire order anymore. I ended up getting a couple muffins. I didn’t order my tea, bagel or donuts because I was so annoyed. I’ll be skipping this stop at this location for a while. Andre on weekends, you’re still great.
Honestly speaking this DD location is cleaned and organized. Hadn’t had a bad experience until today when I ordered “ on-the-go” I arrived to pick up my order, which was not on the go because I had to tell the employee (Richard) that I had placed an order online, which completely defeats the purpose of ordering on the go. Then when i tell him I had an on the go order, he grabbed the receipt and as he’s reading the receipt he’s shaking his head as if annoyed that he had to make my order. I then arrived home to a completely burnt bagel. Horrible customer service by him. Would not recommend bothering Richard at 2 a.m.
Very unhappy. The wait was so long. The coffee my husband order was not the right one & most importantly regardless of the Covid situation which I totally understand it was horrible that the employee didn’t allow me to use the restroom being an emergency since I’m pregnant. Also the restroom had a sign that clearly stated for customers!!! Unfortunately pregnant women pee a lot! And it was disrespectful that the employee couldn’t lift up his head and at least apologize for the inconvenience. He had his head down and just saying no no no.
The Asian woman has to stop being a bit racist and take care of the business. I had the worst experience as a consumer to date. the person who attended me presented himself totally rude and indiaposed to answer my request. when I asked if there was any kind of flavor similar to what was missing at the moment she made a gesture wanting to tell me that it was not her problem. The guy who served me was RUDE! I waited patiently as he asked to finish a doordash order. Then he started taking people that was after me. He made milkshake watery and didn't put the oreo crumbs or whip cream. Even though it's suppose to come with it. I had to ask him for it and he caught an attitude . Since it was watery I gave it back and asked could he make it over( is to watered down) whole new argument. It was ridiculous. He made another one for me. That was still very watery no thickness at all. I gave up and left
After a long drive, I decided to take an exit off the LIE, grab some needed coffee and let my daughter use the bathroom. The bathroom had an out of order sign (which are common now with corona because fast food places have an excuse to no longer offer this amenity to visitors). The lady in the front refused to let my daughter use the employee bathroom so we had to run to the laundromat across the street. I hope the new policy of not letting customers use the bathroom is worth losing my $5 americano purchase, this review, and an upset little girl. Luckily the lady running the laundromat let us use the bathroom and earned a $5 tip.
Terrible experience, person behind the corner was very vile and disrespectful for no reason. Had all of the customers astonished. The person behind the counter was visibly drunk. DO NOT GO HERE, if I could’ve slapped that 42 year old man, I would have.
neighborhood dunkin spot. worst costumer service ever, would give them half a star if i was allowed… the asian lady completely ignores you if you ask her a question, don’t know if she’s hard of hearing or just doesn’t know how to deal with people lol. mixed up my order twice… please don’t work in costumer service if you literally don’t know how to talk to people, and yeah get that asian lady fired, she has no idea what she’s doing :)
Been in the car for 2 hours coming from upstate, needed some coffee a bite to eat and use a bathroom. They refused to let me, a customer who already ordered and paid for their food use the bathroom that is clearly marked for customers and had no signs against such. If that was know before I paid, I would have went elsewhere. Just very rude considering the reasoning.
First of all, if you are going here for icecream, they most likely don't have that flavor anymore. Second, these workers are a very small amount and they are so dirty that they don't wash their tools such as their blender. Third, these workers do their job without care, for example, they put a small amount/scoop of ice cream. So if you're going to a good place, go somewhere else.
They basically accepted a uber eats order with nothing in stock never gave anything to the delivery guy so he was unable to deliver. Than I never received a refund because they accepted the order like they fulfilled it. The guy told me he has nothing in stock and his manager was not there to cancel. So uber charged me for something I never received.
This Dunkin' Donuts experience was pretty disappointing. It's not about the food or the vibe; it's all about the consistently lousy customer service. Whenever we swing by, there's this rushed feeling when ordering. No matter how friendly we try to be, the guy on the night shift always acts like it's a big bother. One night, we just wanted some ice cream, and Dunkin' was the only option around. But his attitude totally killed our little outing. Then there's the hazelnut syrup incident. We asked for it, they took our order, and instead of saying they were out, they served us hazelnut-flavored coffee that tasted way different. It's like swapping an orange in a fruit mix for an orange-flavored piece of bread – just ridiculous. Only when we asked did they finally admit they ran out, and of course, with that same "don't bother us" attitude. I'll give this place a couple more tries, but I'm going to start paying attention to who's at the cashier. There's no reason we should feel like we're inconveniencing them by choosing to give them our business. EDIT: I gave this location another try. Server rushed the coffee so much that he cracked the cup as he placed it on the pick up counter. I walked to the other side of the room before noticing the coffee was leaking from the side. Then another server had to be told that they couldn't just pour the coffee into another cup because there was syrup at the bottom of the first cup. But instead of giving the proper amount of syrup, they ended up making the drink three times as sweet.
I ordered the 3 orders of cheesy hash browns; not only did they put all three orders in one large cup , but they were extremely cheap with the cheese. Only throwing a few drizzles on top and leaving the bottom completely dry. When I asked for more cheese he reluctantly added one line on top. In addition the actual hash browns were rushed and undercooked. I am appalled by the whole experience.
Horrible service on 05/11/2025 at 5:00pm the workers here let 3 people skip my sister and I. It was so disrespectful and horrible customer service. Even the customer they tried to service before us told her (the young lady worker) that my sister and I were first. She still chose to take the other person instead. Get some kinder, conscious workers!!! I would leave 0 stars if I could!!!
Was on the line for 10 mins plus. Workers were walking back and fourth not letting me know how long they will be. The line was close to the door. That is not how you run a business. A man purchase milk for his coffee and he was trying to get an employee attention but god know what they were doing the guy was a customer and he said he been trying to get someone for 10 mins plus! Do better Dunkin. I am a loyal customer that comes to this location and I will stop coming! To this location.!
I could not believe the terrible service I received today. The employee making my Milkshake was DRUNK! Even with the red flag I just decided to go ahead and order. He wasn’t the most sanitary but I ignored it. I had to explain multiple times how I wanted my shake he couldn’t seem to comprehend (probably cause he was drunk). I ignored it and continued with my order. I had to carry him through the transaction because he seemed to have trouble with the register (probably cause he was drunk). My milkshake was so watery It was spilling all over the place he filled my cup with way too much fudge and I asked if the lady can remake it but she was busy with Uber orders seems like she was also annoyed with her coworker for being drunk. I waited in line and asked for a refund and he said no refund as per store policy. I asked why that was so if I’ve gotten one before and he sarcastically and rudely said do you want the money from my pocket? And I told him that’s not what I asked I just want my refund and he was upset with me and took my milkshake, did not offer me my refund, and told the lady to stop helping me when she was doing it. He’s supposedly the person in charge of them! I left with no milkshake or refund. He said he was the owner when I asked for the manager and then said his name is king (it’s not) cause he was clearly on some sort of power trip denying my refund and taking the milkshake to the back. I will be complaining about their drunk employee tomorrow and getting my refund as well. He should not be working there…AT ALL
I waited 20 minutes for my order although I had the receipt on the app and showed it. The workers had nasty attitudes. They provided bags for other guests and when I asked for one they just handed the bag to me and didn't place my items in the bag. I don't plan on returning to this location.
Drinks come out fast and wrong. The food service is too slow. Waited 10 minutes for a toasted bagel and muffin. One time I did a mobile order, got to my car and saw that it was the wrong donut, went back in and they had the donut I wanted there. Honestly used to be a great Dunkin’ Donuts but the staff are getting lazier and lazier and whatever you order now they don’t want to make it or they don’t have what’s on the menu in which they lie about. I am appalled with this location!! The staff is rude and take everything as a joke! I had asked for a mango smoothie and the lady who took the order was starting to make it but the minute she started making the smoothie i realized she had no idea what she was doing! I had asked to make sure she heard me that I wanted a smoothie and she yes I will make it so good but the other coworker was telling her how to make it and she said she wasn’t doing it right. Instead of fixing it they laughed about! I told them it look was wrong and they said no it was a mango smoothie.i was also trying to get my free donut with drink and my mini tote bag and the man who worked there got annoyed when I said don’t I get a tote bag ( which were right next to him). He then goes under all of them and grabs me a small paper bag and I said no the reusable bag. Then he shoves my receipt into my hand and screams next! This place is dirty and the staff are rude, inefficient, dirty with hygiene ( not washing hands no gloves)! It’s sad because the store we remodel but the staff should have been changed as well. They also take forever to take peoples orders! I will not be coming back to this location ever again!! Corporate should come do something about this!
Would rate this zero stars if possible. Found a cockroach in my coffee today. Would never recommend coming here. This place is disgusting and will never come back.
Great location but service in the morning is so slow for mobile order. It’s 1 barista/receptionist and 1 food prep? It’s understaffed in the morning but some staffs could also pick up the pace. No reason for mobile order to line up at the pick up station when they place order ahead.
I am appalled by the level of unsanitary behavior I witnessed at your location. The employee handling my ice cream dropped the utensils on the floor and then picked them up and continued to use them without hesitation. I was in disbelief. When I asked her to change her dirty gloves and use clean utensils, she looked at me as if I was being unreasonable. This is completely unacceptable and absolutely disgusting. Food safety should be your top priority, and what I experienced was a total disregard for hygiene. Shame on you, Dunkin’ Donuts. I won’t be returning to this location, and I sincerely hope you take immediate action to address this issue.
The ppl here are nice but they don’t measure the espresso shots for the iced drinks.They just free pour and you don’t get what you pay for. If you buy something with 1, 2 or 3 shots you should get what you pay for is all I’m saying. That’s allegedly 3 shots in a Macchiato that I paid extra for ? Look how light that is !
Ordered something for a quick pick up from the app. The food was ready, but it was impossible to get anyone's attention. Staff walked past me multiple times without ever glancing at me even though I've been standing at the pick up counter for 10 minutes. I even pointed to the order and said I'm just picking up when someone came over to hand a drink to a different customer. She looked at me, ignored me, and walked away. I gave up eventually and grabbed the order myself and left. What should've been a 30 second pick up was just a miserable experience.
When we tried to order, the cashier messed up with 2 of our orders where we specifically asked for no sugar, but the drinks continued to have a ton of sugar. The order also took over 10 minutes, but it shouldn’t take that long for basic orders. A gentleman next to me waited 20 mins for a black coffee, which should be done in less than 5 mins.
The person in the night time between 2am to 4am doesn’t open the door when it says in goggle maps that the store is open. He refused to serve us and look the door in our face. He said that he won’t open the door because is too much work for one person but there is two persons working.
