Always takes forever to get your order, even when you order ahead. I was excited when Dunkin announced it would be happening in Wurtsboro. But it's not worth it. You have to plan at LEAST 20 minutes for your order and hope it's right, which is always a hit or a miss. Same thing with staff- you either get nice staff or staff who are blatantly rude.

Imagine waiting over 5 minutes to place an order for one item. This location is super slow when it comes to service and efficiency. They need serious help and more staff. Someone from corporate should come see this because it’s sad.

This is by far the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. They're consistently slow, frequently get orders wrong, and the food quality is not great. There is also one exceptionally rude employee, but aside from her they've generally been pretty nice.

It’s currently 20 minutes before you close, 30 minutes before close I placed my order through the app. The order was confirmed, my money taken, and I get there and the doors are LOCKED! No one will come to the door, answer the phone, NOTHING! If you close early you need to stop accepting orders online! Waste of time and $30!

Service was decent. They messed my order up. Ordered an XL hot chocolate and got coffee instead and took their time getting my food out.

You know a place can be rude but have good service. Or be super polite with weak service. But you can’t have both. Walked in to pick up a big order to them just talking shit about the big order. And STILL MESSED IT UP. 1/10, do not recommend.

Very small location on the side of the gas station, not sure what I expected. Ordered a regular coffee and a caramel craze and they were absolutely disgusting. The coffee tasted burnt and had almost no sugar in it. Really disappointed would not recommend one out of 10.

I’ve given this store so many chances only cause it’s closer to my house but everyone in that store needs to be drug tested the way they mess up everytime is crazy my husband legit just left there i was on phone while he ordered a md hot coffee pumpkin cream only she repeated it back and still gave him a med hot Carmel cream and sugar then you try to call and speak to manager phone never works

This Dunkin is terrible service is so slow takes 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee … breakfast sandwich's taste funny and they never have the donut's ya want staff seem clueless and under trained

It’s apparently the new practice to remove the handle from the door and lock it cause they can’t handle a rush. They are rude and waited 30mins for a watered down iced coffee. But asked them to remake it he complained how busy they are. But not to busy to argue with me. This store is a dumpster fire. And whoever is running it needs to go.

Went there today, a Sunday, in the middle of the day. Front door was locked. A worker told me to go thru the drive in! When I pulled around, I asked what was going on. The worker replied that it was too busy to let people inside!! WTH?? What’s going on with this place?? The owner needs to get involved with these shenanigans!!

Had a get together for which we decided to get 2 boxes of hot chocolate and one box of coffee; plus 2 dozen donuts of select types. Called the week, and day before to confirm this was viable, was assured by the manager that they could handle the order. The morning of our function, we tried to call ahead (as we'd been told) but couldn't get through. When we arrived, we reiterated the order and said we would return in about 25-30 min to pick it up. After running another quick errand; we returned and took our items within the time-frame we'd given. The order totaled over $120. When we brought the stuff to our party, (10 min away) those who went for the coffee/hot chocolate noted they were already lukewarm to cool. Additionally, they called a number of audibles on the donuts; meaning we ended up with excess numbers of certain ones and few to none of the others we wanted. The only bright spots on the shop are the friendliness of the staff; but it otherwise appears they aren't adequately prepared to function as a Dunkin', even in the relatively quiet town of Wurtsboro. Hoping they can turn it around, but would not recommend at this point

Every time I go here it is a complete and utter waste of time. Nobody in that store knows what's going on. Everybody is running around like a chicken without a head on. I made my mobile order. Waited 15 minutes. Walked in still wasn't ready after 15 minutes. It still was never made. I just walked out at that point. They have random cups all over the counter. I know Dunkin isn't the cream of the crop but for a new store holy moly this place should've never opened. Don't even bother walking in here you're better off driving an extra 20 minutes to Ellenville to get your coffee. You'll probably be back with your coffee faster than if these people were to make it if they even look at the orders on the board.

1 star because I'm given no other option. Called the NYS Dept of Health to report that at 5:03 this morning I went inside DD to grab a cup of coffee when one of the servers came to the front to take my order but not before spitting out whatever he was eating into his bare hands and toss it into the garbage then went to take my order without washing his hands. I told him that he had to go and wash his hands before proceeding with my order. Instead he grabbed a pair of gloves to put on still without washing his hands. I asked for the other (female) server to take my order and to tell him he has to wash his hands. Paid, got my order, left, threw it out, waited until 9 to place my call. Was informed that "they, the NYS Dept of Health, can only educate the staff on the importance of hygiene and washing their hands, that they are in public view, yadda, yadda".. So I'm posting this review to inform customers of DD in Wurtsboro my grotesque experience and you can take it from there.

How can you confuse a bagel and a croissant when it says in black and white on the order a plain bagel with egg and cheese and they go and just give me a croissant make it make sense. I asked at the window if I have everything and they said yes. How come they can't read here?

Went there this morning for the first time. I got a bacon egg and cheese. The eggs and bacon not cooked. Coffee had no sugar. Service was super slow. The worst dunkin I ever have been too. I will never go back to this location ever again.
