Great location, they made the burger fairly fast. They have a drive thru as well. The food was made well, there mozzarella sticks were yummy!

So I ordered a double whopper with cheese., no tomato. THIS is what I got! One slice of cheese, no onions, barely any lettuce and hardly any condiments. They also asked if I wanted salt pepper or ketchup. I don't know why, because they never put it in my bag. I don't go here nearly as often as I used to just because orders are so inconsistent and well it's no longer a "value". This was just another reminder to cook at home!

Drive through lady was ABSOLUTELY rude, had an attitude mind you they got our order wrong and once confronted about it. She gave us attitude. Poor customer service

Unbelievable! In the drive through and the guy working at the window is yelling and cussing at someone in the parking lot. Just do your job man!

Absolutely horrible . They have a 3 for $7 promotion and when we went up the the window he said because we didn’t say it at the ordering station he couldn’t do it. Then we said would we have to go around and re order everything and then proceeded to say he couldn’t do it because his manager had to. There was nothing about this on the screen mind you it would have saved us over $30. Rediculus .

I ordered a chicken sandwich meal, the only thing that was correct was the drink. Asked for onion rings instead of fries (which I was charged for) but still received fires. Also asked for just lettuce & tomato on the sandwich with no sauce or mayo and it still cma with just lettuce and mayo. I was in a hurry and didn't realize the order was completely wrong until I was a miles down the road.

I ordered with the app. A Whopper. I went to pick it up and they had no burgers as their machine was down. My order was already paid for. I told the under trained cashier about this. She Said that it won't go through unless she puts it through. Well I was charged of course. I went back the next day the manager said not her problem. Take it up with corporate. VERY RUDE. it would have been easy for her to offer compensation but she chose to put her ego first. Great representation for the company. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY STEAL.

Went through drive through started my order person taking order cut me off after my first order and sent me to window when I said I still had more to order they said "Just great" and then put a different person on the speaker. When I got to the window, we could hear to employees arguing over who gets to leave early, and when I got home with my food, it was burnt. I called to let them know about service and food was told I could come down fill out written complaint and get coupon but that I should understand today's work force is lacking so not much will happen to the employees that they do have they do not want to lose them.

We go to Buffalo, NY twice a week, we like to stop about 1/2 way to get a snack. I ordered the country chicken sandwich, it was gross, the chicken was dried out, maybe it was precooked and sat for a good long time and had so much gristle or just dried meat, I'm not sure what! My husband got a whopper and it looked like it was dropped on the floor, the bun was broken and smashed, it looked like it had been sitting in juice for a while, it fell apart at first bite. Also people were handling the food with the same gloves as they handled the money. Needless to say we through the dinner out and will Not be going back again.
