Burger King is all good. The food is good. The soda is good. You can get a small ice cream cone, vanilla only. Breakfast is good to. The tables are clean and the booths are clean. The bathroom is clean.

Special orders are made correctly, without attitude. Burgers are stacked properly and wrapped neatly. Everyone is always polite and professional. It's the place to go if you're in a hurry and don't want to be held up with missing or incorrect items in the order. Even McDonald's people will love this BK.

Surprisingly high tech with kiosks to order on. For me, being able to click through customization options myself took a lot of stress out of deciding what to order with dietary and budget concerns. Only problem was it made the flow of the line a little confusing, but after ordering I got my food very promptly.

We have been here many times on our way to or from somewhere else, and yesterday, our food was excellent. We usually order double cheeseburgers. Yesterday, the rolls were soft and moist, the cheese was melted and the sandwich was nice and hot. The hamburgers were still moist. It was the best double cheeseburger we have had in a long time.

There new tripple stackers are alot smaller then advertised you definitely have to look at the calories to judge the size of you meal don't recommend if you have a physical job and want a quick meal a big stomach ach will be headed your way. Waiting for someone to take our order took approximately 7minutes and nobody was ahead of us. Employees just kept walking by us. Our order was wrong and while we waited for our order a man came in 3 different times because his order wasn't right.

Very average fast food restaurant. Not too many others nearby so they are fairly busy. The customer service is ok at best and the food quality is slightly sub-par compared to other Burger King restaurants. In the Winter the restaurant tends to be somewhat cold.

Go here on our way to appointments in Buffalo. Have a pretty good breakfast.

We many get our order completely right half of the time my husband asked for a tripwl wopper and got a single wopper and the next time we went I got a burnt bun and tomato on my chicken sandwich. Make sure you open the wrappers before leaving they don't get your orders right.

I did an online order and part of it was missing!! First off the online system is HORRIBLE,(no I’m not new to online ordering and it should really be looked into to make better) when it takes you that much to just do an order and half of it (that you paid for!!) to not even come is just seriously annoying! Had to pull over for my order at the Drive through. We ordered 5 16 pc chicken nuggets and they sent out 10 8 pc little bags. Half the order was barely luke warm. They should have had the courtesy to cook them all together. This is a normal stopping point for us half way to our mountain property. Ir seems like the last 3 times we ordered here, the food was barely warm and the fries were hirrible! Don't think I will be returning here anymore. Id rather travel a little further for a halfway point than get horrible food at an outrageous price!

Food proportions have completely dwindled! And your lucky if u get the amount of chicken fries or nuggets you purchased along with a full amount of fries! I've seen them fill the fries container with 9 french fries before. Whopper Jr's well that's about a bite in a half. Save your money go to a real restaurant!

Burger King got rid of the spicy chicken and replaced it with a Royal Chicken, I tried the royal. The chicken was chewy like fish, don’t buy it. Not the mention the size of the new chicken patty is so tiny. Worst sandwich ever

Some great staff but I see why the always have "now hiring" outside since they schedule employees to work and the call them off. So if you have long wait times it's their fault for calling employees and saying don't come in.

Really DISAPPOINTED that this facility chooses to not serve essential workers, that is truck drivers, at drive thru. Yes lobby is closed, what ever the reason, drivers have LIMITED CHOICES, to find food along truck routes. Removing the option for food is just not being human to essential workers.

I went tonight to buy a cotton candy slupery and a large order of onion rings. My onion rings where very soggy. Total mush! I was excited to try to new cotton candy slupery. I finally get a taste of what the reviews was said about it. Well it wasn't that great.. I was hoping to taste the foam topping like I heard it tasted like marshmallow. Well I didn't get none on top.. wasn't sure if they ran out or what ??It was okay but was looking forward to having the experience! Very Disappointed on the onion rings and the drink! Yucky!

9/10 visits the order is messed up, employees dont really seem to care, tonight we got three kids meals and I asked them for different toys in each one, the girl acknowledged the request and just got home to see all toys are in fact still the same. At least they got the "no ice" request correct for once.

Once again a fast food place that can't get your oder right. Asked for a classic chicken sandwich cashier wrong up a crispy chicken sandwich. You have one job to do take rhe order and get it right. If you can't do that get a different job.

Went to Burger King before I had to go to work for a quick snack before work and food for my dinner since I work second shift. I ordered some mozzarella fries, chicken fries and jalapeño bites. Here comes my break at work and I was livid to find out they gave me chicken nuggets instead of jalapeño bites. I would have been fine with it IF they told me but there was no communication. It took almost 30 minutes to get me my order, if it takes that long at-least get me the correct shit. Will never go back again. Very inconsiderate to not tell someone they aren’t getting something they ordered. If I wanted nuggets I would go to McDonald’s.

So I ordered a double whopper with cheese., no tomato. THIS is what I got! One slice of cheese, no onions, barely any lettuce and hardly any condiments. They also asked if I wanted salt pepper or ketchup. I don't know why, because they never put it in my bag. I don't go here nearly as often as I used to just because orders are so inconsistent and well it's no longer a "value". This was just another reminder to cook at home!

She Said that it won't go through unless she puts it through. Well I was charged of course. I went back the next day the manager said not her problem. Take it up with corporate. Went through drive through started my order person taking order cut me off after my first order and sent me to window when I said I still had more to order they said "Just great" and then put a different person on the speaker. When I got to the window, we could hear to employees arguing over who gets to leave early, and when I got home with my food, it was burnt. I called to let them know about service and food was told I could come down fill out written complaint and get coupon but that I should understand today's work force is lacking so not much will happen to the employees that they do have they do not want to lose them.

We go to Buffalo, NY twice a week, we like to stop about 1/2 way to get a snack. I ordered the country chicken sandwich, it was gross, the chicken was dried out, maybe it was precooked and sat for a good long time and had so much gristle or just dried meat, I'm not sure what! My husband got a whopper and it looked like it was dropped on the floor, the bun was broken and smashed, it looked like it had been sitting in juice for a while, it fell apart at first bite. Also people were handling the food with the same gloves as they handled the money. Needless to say we through the dinner out and will Not be going back again.
