Excellent atmosphere! Definitely a place to enjoy with friends, have a drink, and sing. It offers food and snacks. The space is small and quite crowded. The only thing is that there isn't enough ventilation, considering there are smokers.

Terrible customer service. Yesterday, I reserved a table for my friends and me. I arrived at 10:00, and then a friend arrived (there were two more). My friend and I were having a beer while our other two friends arrived. Some time passed, and the waitress asked us twice if our guests were arriving because they had people waiting on the street (the place was packed). My other two friends arrived at 11:20, and the waitress told us they were going to take the chairs at the table I had reserved! (They seated two strangers at our table.) Then my friend arrived, and they moved tables together for us. I told the waitress that the service was bad since I had reserved the table and she told me that she couldn't respect the empty table until 11 since she had people waiting, (honestly that wasn't my problem, I reserved my table for 4 people and she had to respect my table since my friends were going to arrive a little late because of work, they are supposed to close until 3) the waitress got intense saying that there were only two of us. I didn't want to argue anymore and I told her that it was okay, that it didn't matter anymore, and she got angry saying that I shouldn't be ignoring her and that I'm none other than her but in a super rude tone, I don't remember what else she said but she said it in a bitch tone. The truth is I got really angry but I didn't say anything to her, my friends had already arrived but the truth is the waitress made me angry, we asked for the bill and left. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE. I had my reservation, and they had to honor it. It's not my problem if the place isn't stocked with tables or chairs. I was waiting for my friends, and they really ruined my evening. Terrible service.
