Friendly service! Food was great! Pizza by the slice, will come back on our trips to lubbock from dallas!

I'd let these good people cook for me every night if I could! I love the food, it's the best in town! The service is always great, orders are prepared quickly and correctly and the prices are soooo reasonable! This restaurant is one of my favorites.

One of the best pizza places in Abilene, in my opinion. Quality ingredients combined with big portions make for an great small pizza joint. Their pasta is not bad either. On top of that, the service I have recieived here has been exceptional every time. To summarize, the deserve your business.

Fast excellent service and piping hot fresh pizza

Went in to dine for the first time since lockdown. The atmosphere was the same. The lasagna seemed even better than before. The service was excellent. Be sure to try the teramisu for dessert as well. Much recommended dine in experience.

Consistently delicious and always timely, Little Italy Express has yet to disappoint me and my family. Rather it be a BIG slice of cheese pizza for a kiddo, an amazing (and HUGE) stromboli for me, or scrumptious slice of cheesecake to end the day, I've enjoyed every interaction I've had with the staff and the food they serve. I highly recommend getting a side of alfredo sauce regardless of what you order... Even with the cheesecake! Because you'll want to dip something in it sooner or later... It's just that good. I'll definitely continue getting my Italian fix from Little Italy Express.

We stayed at the Best Western and the young gal at the counter said to try Little Italy so we decided to. What a great suggestion we took. The pizza got to our room hot and delicious 😋 the crust was crip then chewy just how I like it. Well 👍👍 done

Great service and the food was amazing.

After knee surgery, wanted something wonderfully tasty to eat and Little Italy came through as they always do. Delivery person was also excellent. We usually only eat there for special occasions but we need to make it a regular stop. Lasagna best in town.

Ordered a large Hawaiian and a Cesar salad for delivery. It came hot and gooey and delicious. The salad was fresh and cool and crisp, no wilted or bad lettuce at all. The country Cesar dressing was yummy. The pizza sizes are great. Definitely better than any other pizza I've had in Abilene so far.

Lunch grabbed a salad and a slice with some tea, perfect lunch spot. But don't everyone go at noon I'll be mad, but get your trails to this place. Pizza plain pepperoni was great chewy crust with a nice crumb in each bite. This is a regular spot. Haven't taken a pie home but soon maybe the slice I had was plenty big for me and I'm a big boy.

I'd give this place a solid 4.5 for the pizza. My wife and I ordered a pepporoni pizza. We were visiting from out of town and looking for a local shop that made a pizza similar to what we are used to back in Virginia. It had plenty of cheese and plenty of pepporoni. The crust was not too thin and not too thick. It had the level of grease that makes it taste good. It was a solid tasting pizza. No funny spices or mystery taste going on with their pizza. I'd definitely rank it better than Pizza Hut, Domino's or Little Ceasar's. The price was really fantastic. Definitely don't let the non-Italians running the place give you any preconceived notions it will be anything but a really good pizza. Will definitely order from this place again when I'm in Abilene in the future.

My favorite pizza place hands down! I love the crust, that's the most important part to me. I love their deep dish supreme. Order on the Slice App and they usually have a coupon for $5 off your first order.

We recently moved to Abilene TX. We were asking around for good places to eat. For pizza, we were referred to Little Italy. It's not fancy but the pizza is delicious! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth trying and we will go again!!

We stay in Abilene to visit our daughter at the university. Little Italy Express is an absolute must when we are in town. Pizza is excellent, and if your a seafood lover the shrimp tortellini is an absolute MUST...so SO good. Prices are reasonable, and delivery is relatively quick. I would give them 10 stars...bit I can't

This place is great. I wasn't able to get there in time but the manager, was kind enough to let me order and pay in advance. She even brought it out to me. The prices are very reasonable. And the food was VERY delicious. I will be back, wish I wasn't just visiting town so I could eat there more often.

Absolutely loved the food. The meat sauce is the best I've dver had. I had Spaghetti and my friend had Lasagna and she loved hers also. Atmosphere got 4 stars because it's small. But we can't wait to visit again when going to Abilene. The staff was so friendly. The only thing we didn't like was the bread because you could barely taste garlic. The pizza's looked amazing so we may try that next.

Randomly stopped in because we saw they made Philly steak sandwiches. It turned out to be one of the absolute best Philly cheese steak sandwiches we have ever had. It was cooked to order, hot, and the fries were crispy and perfect. Definitely worth the visit. Well be back!

Family owned restaurant offering delicious food for affordable prices. I usually get takeout and it is always amazing! My favorite dish is the ziti with pink sauce and I love their garlic bread. The chocolate cheesecake is also very good. Overall, this place is great and I recommend!

When you're eating too much of a hurry when you're busy you tend to forget things or Overlook stuff that you wouldn't normally. So while I was there I did order a $10 calamari Advertiser kind of thing as a meal with the pizza that I ordered and also a calzone but I never did get the calamari

Was stunned. This is the best Pizza I’ve had. Not just in Abilene but ever. My wife ate there before me and said it was good but I didn’t listen. Eventually we tried it together and I was shocked. No. I’m not from, nor have I ever been to New York or Chicago so I can’t compare but I’ve eaten a lot of pizza over my 45 years and I was not expecting the best pizza I’ve ever had to be here in Abilene. Kudos to y’all! Btw, we ordered the meat lovers which was great but my all time favorite pizza has always been the “Hawaiian” or as we called it when I was a kid “ Canadian Bacon & Pineapple” and this place is now my favorite. We also got Egg Plant Parmesan, I’m no expert but it was awesome. My wife has tried the chicken Florentine and really liked it. I’ve just never been a fan of Fettuccini sauce so I can’t judge but my wife is generally pickier than me. She also is waaaaay pickier when it comes to pizza so I should have listened to her in the first place. Live & learn.

Little Italy is our favourite go-to pizza. All of the food is wonderful and if you get delivery they are usually pretty quick. How-ever, they had recently texted me a $5 off coupon and when i called to use it they wouldn't honor it. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I'll still keep going back.

The food is so good, we've been here 2 years and barely tried them and I'm hooked!! I love the pizza, pasta, the burgers are bomb and omg the fries are to die for!! I get them with every order!!! I honestly can’t say enough great things about this place! I was trying to send a large food order from Dallas,Tx and was having the hardest time going thru a 3rd party delivery service! So thankful I found them. They literally made this process so easy, they are super friendly and even had the owner on the phone helping me with my order. The sweet lady who delivered the food went above and beyond making sure it was delivered to the right location! They truly helped me with this entire process 💕 I can’t wait to visit them in person !!! Thank you again

So tonight was our first time ordering from here and even though we got the wrong pizza it was delicious and is now my new favorite pizza. They did take care of the wrong order right away but any ways we will be back very soon. And by the way get the buffalo wings

I ordered a calzone from this establishment and the portion was huge! It was absolutely delicious! I will definitely eat here again and I will recommend it to anyone! I have also had pizza from here and it was top quality. I love the fact that they stay open late and they do deliver. The staff is very friendly and are very attentive. All in all, a very pleasant experience and a nice atmosphere. Please read the other reviews which are all positive with exception of one. I really can't imagine why they would give such a horrendous review unless they forgot they were not dealing with an upper class 4 star restaurant.

Food was great, and huge portions. The only problem for me was I was picking up 2 meals and 2 drinks. Which totaled 4 bags and 2 drinks which I had to remind the cashier of. I guess the conversation the cashier and the cook was having was far more interesting than helping a customer. Thankfully another customer helped me with the door and to the car. Point is it might be better for your customers to bag everything up when they arrive. Cold items on bottom and hot items on top as heat rises. I would definitely eat here again, but for take out bring help.

From services to food... this is by far one of the best places I've been. The calzone was literally the second best I ever had. Only second because my favorite Italian restaurants no longer exist. So if we're being technical now, the best calzone ever! Also, the cashier was so kind and compassionate. I was visiting town due to a sick parent who unfortunately passed away July 30th, the day after my visit to Little Italy. I'm sorry I don't remember the cashiers name, but she left a very positive memory with me and my visit that day. Keep up the awesome work yall! Keep making awesome food too! ♡

We ordered dinner from here Saturday night for delivery to our hotel and everything was delicious. We were in town for our daughter's travel basketball tournaments. We had the chicken fettuccine, rolls with garlic olive oil sauce, caesar salad and meat lovers pizza. It was all great! We had it delivered to our hotel room and it arrived on time and was packaged up well too. We did the chicken fettuccini deal and it came with two drinks! Very good deal! We would definitely return when we come back to Abilene again.

Crust has a fresh bready taste. The Italian sausage is a sliced link sausage, and it is fantastic. The other toppings pale in comparison. Price is excellent for what you get. If I lived in the area, I would eat here regularly.

This place is a great find! Absolutely wonderful Italian food. You'll be hard-pressed to get better Spaghetti Marinara! The Garlic bread is also worth the trip! Little Italy is clean, and the staff is courteous & quick. Great pricing and convenient location make this a must-visit. Forget Olive Garden and save some coin.

Ordered a large pizza from this restaurant that was more than enough for me and my wife (sometimes, admittedly, a large isn't always enough). Reasonably priced, took about 15 minutes for food to be ready. Good service, not the greatest atmosphere though, definitely dive-ish. Will be returning!

The one time I went, the food was tasty. Is this the only sit-down Italian restaurant in Abilene (other than Olive Garden)? I knocked it down a star because our table wasn't clean...and it was not busy, so the staff wasn't occupied in the front.

Passing through Abilene and we ordered the chicken Alfredo pizza and the spinach cheese calzone for dinner. The calzone was HUGE, we have plenty leftover for tomorrow. Both were good, but we especially enjoyed the cheesiness of the chicken Alfredo pizza.

Busy place on a Sunday evening. Flies in the dining room made me wonder how many were in the food prep area. One restroom locked, that seemed odd. Food was tasty.

The pizza 🍕 was really good. The Coca -Cola Fountain was really great tasting and fresh. I'm not much on heavy rich seasoning this pizza was perfect for me.

Bought the special lrg pizza, and two subs , Philly and chicken Parm were good, pizza lacked flavor , was more sauce than cheese, lady working register was super friendly and polite even with juggling two phones to take orders

It's normally pretty good food here. Though sometimes it's a bit hit or miss. My favorite is the fried mushrooms. Sometimes they cook them fresh, so when your food is ready, they're delicious. But there has been times recently where I guess they cook the mushrooms first and by the time you get all of your food, they're cold and soggy and gross. The last time we went, we asked for ranch with our food and they gave us marinara instead without a reason why.

You'll never go wrong with their pizza, however pasta is a different story. My father ordered the chicken fettachini alfredo, it was completely tasteless. I tried it myself after he started complaining to me. The worst part is nobody bothered to even ask how it was. Like they knew it was bad. I will continue to go there for pizza, since there's no other place better I've been to yet, however I will stay away from anything else.

Unfortunately, I have to edit my previous 5-star review. The food is excellent - always hot, fresh - really, really good. The service leaves something to be desired - I ordered delivery last week. The owner called and stated they couldn't deliver to my location, and offered me 15% off if I picked it up. I had already paid $37.52 online, which included a driver tip and a delivery fee. When I got to the restaurant, I was told the difference would be refunded to me. It's been a week and it hasn't been. I called the store today and the owner spent some time trying to figure it out, then stated he would look into it and contact me tomorrow. I got a text that stated I was refunded $6. My subtotal of the order was $26.16 - with 15% off, my total would have been $22.23. Including an 8.25 percent sales tax, that brings my grand total to $24.06. $37.52 minus $24.06 is a difference of $13.46, not the $6 I've allegedly been refunded. I genuinely feel like they stole from me. I offered to have them apply the difference to my next order, but instead I was offered another 15% off. At this point, I told the owner to keep the difference and I would find another pizza place to go to. This entire situation could have been avoided with basic customer service. I wasn't rude, demanding, snarky - anything. I was very friendly and understanding that things happen - but I won't be walked on or taken advantage of and unfortunately, that's exactly what happened. Be wary if you encounter an issue.

We ordered online once we got to town because of a suggestion from a local. We could order online and we wanted to support local so we did. The online ordering was through SLICE and was easy. We received our order prompt which was amazing but the order was wrong. Unfortunately the online ordering was not worded correctly and there was a misunderstanding after we made our large order. No problem, I called and the 2 people I talked to on the phone trying to explain the misunderstanding, they were extremally rude and told me there was no problem. I got everything I ordered and payed for which was not true. Being a business owner myself I don't like to leave these kind of review that is why I called first to try and work out the problem. The online ordering is miss leading, please use caution. Food quality was good not great for the price we payed but the customer service was a big 0!

Second time I ate here. First time I realized they charge $1 more on every pizza listed. After they made my pizza I told them to fix the prices so the the price advertised is the price charged at the register. They charged me the advertised price because they already made my pizza and I told them they could eat it if they wanted to be dishonest. I went back a couple months later and they’re still changing people $1 more at the register than what is advertised. This is criminal.

I frequently order from this location. I have yaken some time off from eating out. Tofay I ordered my usual. Spaghetti and meat balls and was totally disappointed. The meat balls were not covered with the sauce.and there was little sauce. The mean was not good. I may need to chose another. Spot.

Food tasted good at first until later on in the evening. My whole family was fighting over the bathrooms, the worst tummy aches all night. I knew we shouldnt have eaten there as soon as we walked in. Spotted so many health risks. I will never go there again.

First order delivered to wrong house. Called to find out where our order was 2 times first time "she should be there" 2nd time I got accused of lying as the delivery driver answered and hung up on me. Had to go to restaurant to get my order. Then it was still messed up 1/2 pepperoni 1/2 cheese became full pepperoni. Do not recommend going here....

The pizza and spigaty was horrible and the did not bring my wings but charged me and would not return money

Even though the food is delicious be wary if they offer you any sort of refund or discount because of an issue they have such as not being able to deliver. You will not get the amount you were promised. First they will just hope you dont notice they dont refund you on your card. When you call back again they will offer you less than they originally offered. Its a shame that they are willing to lose a customer over something that is their mistake. (I.E.) Calling you after you place an order for delivery saying they cant deliver. Offer you to refund delivery charge + 15% off. That didnt happen.

HORRIBLE !! NO SANITATION ETHICS AT ALL !! We saw our Caesar salad being tossed by bare hands…no gloves, no mask, and no hair nets over ANY food preparation. Calamari looked and tasted like frozen by product (not freshly battered to order). Fried Ravioli was over cooked and tough as jerky. We ordered 2 Chicken Parmesan entree’s and only got ONE !! They added chicken on our Caesar salad it was like chicken jerky (over cooked). WASTED money 😡. TRASHED IT ALL !

8/13/2025 10:05PM They told me it would be 20mins and I waited for over 30mins. Then I didn’t get any ranch with my wings and when I call back MULTIPLE TIMES within 5mins of closing time they refuse to answer the phone. I want a refund for wings I cannot eat. Who eats hot wings without ranch? Not me! I should be refunded if you want me to change my rating. They knotted the bag so tightly I couldn’t even open it to check my order. Pro Tip:don’t knot the bag so the order can be checked by the customer, or double check it yourself. This is inexcusable.

I went on my lunch break with a coworker, all was going well fast service, short wait time. After getting our XL pizza we drove all the way back to work to share with other coworkers. We entered our breakroom, opened the box and nearly ate a bite when my coworker yells "THERE'S A BUG IN THE PIZZA!" After noticing this we informed our manager of what went on and got an extended break. We drove all the way back to the bug nest and asked for a refund. We showed him the picture of the bug, he then tried to play it off as "Making sure it is our box" and took my coworker's phone behind the counter and tried to hide the fact that he was deleting the picture! Fortunately, he had a backup on his phone. If you want Italian in town go to Dante's, Fazoli's, Pizza Hut, hell even Little Caesar's, just don't go to Little Italy. If the owner is reading this I have to say, shame on you.

Gross. Do NOT order for delivery. My fault for not believing the reviews. I got excited about a calzone. Spinach calzone, zero ricotta, paper thin, more spinach than cheese. Disgusting. It tastes like boiled spinach with a sprinkle of cheese. Wings are soggy, not crisp, not sure how they’re cooked. Microwave? Idk. Minimal amount of sauce, just enough to dust the wings, zero extra sauce on the bottom of the box. The pizza is pizza at least. Top it off I ordered a 20oz of Dr Pepper and got a styrofoam cup with no type of sticker or lid cover.

Racist, unethical, and cruel. As the only Asian customers there, we were treated with clear discrimination. The staff acted politely on the surface but took harmful actions behind our backs, actions that seriously damaged our livelihood. We are ordinary people working hard just to live, and what they did caused real suffering. Doing this on Christmas shows a complete lack of humanity. I would never support a business that treats working people this way.

What was most disturbing was not what happened openly, but the malicious actions taken behind the scenes, which caused serious harm to our ability to earn a living. First time I ordered, it was delicious and I was addicted. Second time I ordered…see pics. Called and complained and the owner assured me he would personally make the order. GREAT! He actually cares. He lost what could have been a very regular customer because I work at Walmart right down the street. So here are pics of the gross spinach calzones I got. Again, the first one was so perfect. I looked up what a spinach calzone include in ingredients and how much one should have. This crap had hardly no cheese! It was not cooked fully and was like dough and the ricotta cheese was overcompensated because that ingredient is cheap to add! The pics will show my explanation of ingredients. So sad! This guy also owns Flamin’ Grill across the street. Now I will never go there as well!
