Been here a few times & the crew working tonight ( 1/15 Thursday ) were amazing! Our Burrito 🌯 & Bowl were bountiful & everything was fresh right before the dinner rush. Glad to see the ice machine is working again & the restaurant was pretty clean upon arrival as well as one of the crew had just finished trash. Will be back & hope to see the smiling faces y'all had behind the counter tonight.
I recently visited Chipotle Mexican Grill and ordered a bowl with carne, and I must say, the experience was quite satisfying. The carne was flavorful and cooked to perfection, making the bowl a hearty and delicious meal. The ingredients were fresh, and the portion size was just right, leaving me fully satisfied. As for the customer service, it was top-notch. The staff was friendly, efficient, and ensured that my order was prepared exactly to my liking. Even during peak hours, they maintained a positive attitude and provided quick service. Overall, a great experience that I’ll definitely return for!
I've been to several Chipotle locations in the past 6 months and this location has the best food. Other stores overly-season the veggies and the chicken. Regarding the chicken, in recent times I've found the chicken to be not as well trimmed as before. The meat or the cook? The only reason this location didn't earn the 5th star is due to the reduced portion size of each ingredient as it was added, particularly the protein. I was able to request additional rice, beans and veggies; however, not wanting to incur a possible extra charge for the chicken (I'm thrifty), I did not ask for more. Policy, the server, or both? That said, the personnel were pleasant and the place clean. It's still my go-to location, even though there are others closer to my home.
Just like any other Chipotle, service is very dynamic and the food is fresh. The line moved fairly quickly and the payment process was smooth. Outdoor seating available with several tables. My suggestion is to do a better job at organizing the cutlery and lids station as it was very messy and gave a neglected appearance
Statement redacted I've been going here for a consistency of 2 months now traditionally get good portion sizes no complaints positive staff members but today I got somebody in management female Hispanic make up, they weren't wearing the Chipotle uniform just a blue shirt and decided to make me look dumb instead of just putting the ingredients in the bowl .
I returned to Chipotle after several years two days in a row. The customer service is fair some above and beyond others don't care. All of the sauces and salsas were good including the red chimichurri. The queso is movie theatre quality and awful. The chips were stale. I stopped and purchased tortilla chips at Target. The chicken burrito bowl had great portions with all selections EXCEPT the chicken. I had to hire Kojak to help me locate the chicken in the bowl. After careful discovery...there was none, well not enough chicken to call it a "chicken burrito bowl." It was more like a bean bowl. For two days in a row, the bowls were the same quality so it was not a bad day. There are some minor kinks to workout and this location could thrive!
This location used to be good but now I will no longer eat from here. Twice I have paid for double chicken, which is $5 extra, with no extra chicken. They just give you extra rice to make the bowl look fuller. The food is way too expensive to be skimping especially when I paid for extra. Forgot my drink both times and no hot salsa in my bowl.
I don’t usually complain or leave bad reviews but this meal was awful. The service was fine but when i got home to eat my bowl, several things were wrong. I got a bowl with steak and the steak was so dry almost like jerky. The rice was hard and crunchy, and the beans left a stale taste in my mouth. In addition to the steak being dry, there was only about 3 pieces (exaggerated) in the entire bowl. Very disappointed.
I've been coming to this restaurant for almost 3 years or more and I've never received horrible customer service like I did today. Today I ordered my usual veggie bowl with brown and white rice and my condiments I asked for three sour creams hot sauces three cheeses and guacamole all on the side today I was told that I had to pay extra for my condiments which I've never done my bill came out to $19 and I usually pay $13 I feel some type of way because the customer service was horrible the cashier was basically like yeah they're charging everybody past three condiments because you really don't need all of that and high feel is if I'm paying $13 for my food I like my condiments to wherever I like my condiments no matter how many condiments I have and so I tried to call the field leader four times and there was no answer I called customer service to try to speak to a supervisor and I got told to send an email they're about to lose a customer. The Young cashier stated that yeah I go to restaurant so I understand your frustrations but I just work here and I'm just doing my job it was the attitude and the unnecessary need to put her job in a place of customer service. Im really disappointed.
Stopped in for some dinner and the food at this location was just disgusting looking! All of the meat was old, dry and the grilled vegetables looked terrible! I asked if fresh food was being prepared and was told no... it was only 8:30pm and the restaurant closed at 11pm! There was no way I was spending my hard earned money on food that looked that disgusting! And the staff didn't seem to care 1 bit that we weren't satisfied. They didn't apologize, didn't say anything at all. TBH, they looked relieved that we'd decided to go elsewhere. We drove to another location almost 10 minutes away JUST for some fresh food!
Placed an order (#X76-2AP) 12/31/25: states my order will be ready at 7:40pm. I get to chipotle at 7:45pm and the workers are standing in a circle talking in the back. I asked for my mobile order and she acts like she can’t find my order. Goes to back and comes back and says they are going to make it now. Then proceeds to tell me that they gave my order to someone else and they are out of chicken. Absolute non-sense. You are just giving random people orders that they didn’t pay for it. Very disappointed. DO BETTER!!!!
I went in to pick up my online order and noticed they forgot to put two items on it. I asked if they could remake it and they tried to argue with me over that. Then these two girls looks at each other and rolled there eyes at me over asking to have my meal remade. FYI, I never got it remade. Overall, horrible service.
!!!Roaches in this area!!! Beware i was paying for my food and i roach came out of some paper bags someone brought in and the roach went towards the food area and the girl in the front had the audacity to say if it came out of my purse 🤦♀️ Refunded my food immediately.
Order on their app and they got everything wrong on the burrito order. Sunday 7th 2025 6 pm. Burrito did not have any meat (stake was ordered) it was just a wet mess. This location is not good, and does not represent the brand.
I went in to get food. I hadn’t been to this location in over 3 years because of the same issue. Service! I walk to the counter and 2 girls talking amongst themselves then see me and just stare. No ‘how can i help/what would you like’ like just gave the gen z stare. I asked if they were ready to take my order and just stared. Rude, unprofessional. Not welcoming. Seems like they never hire good people here. Always miserable and with attitude. On top of giving me small portions.
For starters, they give the smallest portions ever here compared to other locations. I ordered a quesadilla and it barely had any meat or cheese. The sides of rice and beans were even lacking so I ended up cooking when I got home because I was still hungry from receiving such a small portion of everything. The food wasn’t even fresh and the restaurant itself was filthy. Sour cream on multiple tables, the utensils were sticky and felt like soda was on them. To top it off, they had NO ICE in the fountain machine so my drink was warm. It wasn’t even busy, the entire store was empty but they were back there in their phones talking and providing horrible service. Truly terrible experience.
They just told me order just came in right after waiting for 15 minutes to pick up. If you have a slow system please spend money to upgrade it. Dont be so cheap. If this is a bug please hire the right tech team to fix.
Staff was unfriendly. Dinning area very dirty, while staff just stood around behind the counter. Ordered a kids quesadilla with no meat and asked to substitute the meat for extra rice and they wouldn't. My daughter asked for a second quesadilla and was charged full price and again would give her the extra rice. The rice was dry and appeared to have been sitting a while. We will not be returning to this location.
I placed a group order this morning for my employer. After receiving multiple notifications that I'd been charged three times, I conclusively didn't receive a confirmation email. I went to the store and requested the manager on duty. I explained what happened and he said I wouldn't be charged. He advised I speak with customer support. I asked for his name, and he refused it. I told him I just wanted to tell customer support who I spoke with confirming I wouldn't be charged three times. He still wouldn't give it to me. I placed the order in person despite my payment concerns. The cashier Eulogio was as unfriendly as always. I love Chipotle but I'll never revisit nor recommend this location.
This is what I got when I ordered a salad. Barely any lettuce and drenched in hot sauce. Chatting with Chipotlebot Pepper, I was told that I needed to contact UberEats since I ordered it online. They wouldn’t provide any refund- this is not what I asked for- this was the final straw and I won’t be eating at this location anymore. At least the chips and guacamole was good.
Staff here is horrible ! My family and I have came here since I was in high school and the quality has gone down drastically. One of their biggest issues is wanting to close a whole hour prior to close . Rice is always low or don’t have enough and they are pretty much packing you up to leave so that you can’t dine in . I never been told to leave a whole hour prior to close like at this place . I understand 10 minutes before close but a whole hour is ridiculous . Person Circled in image has been the employee with continuous bad attitude . Please make a change this use to be an awesome place to eat !
