I'm giving the burger king on sepulveda Blvd. and palms avenue in Los Angeles a five star because the employees gave off a friendly vibe plus they had my order done in seconds.

I come here for breakfast every couple weeks. The staff is always very professional, very nice, very fast. Honestly the employees here are so much better than at any of the local Starbucks.

My son's favorite, what else can I say? Except if Star ucks is friendly, Burger King has uninterested and stone-faced staff. They want you out of line and don't care how your day is going. It always looks like their day is going worse than yours.

I've been eating here for many years and it's always been a good place to eat. Standard BK menu. Good service. Comfortable place to relax and eat. Lots of local people eat here so it must be consistently good.

Okay, this is not the same place you remember... Way better selection of way better food at way better prices than that place with the golden arches! Stop by and check it out. You will be pleasantly surprised, you will be back! Stuff McDonald's into a brown bag, and leave their stuff at the curb. I sure won't tell anyone!

Can't complain, I love the Whopper Jr. High quality burger with fresh cut onions and other veggies at a great price. The new Ch'King, though... Not my favorite entry into the chicken sandwich wars, but still tasty.

This is one of the very few a Burger King locations between Simi Valley and Agoura. Nothing else in between. That said, their service, food and overall presentation is 10/10. They are open late. The food is clean and doesnt leave you hating yourself afterwards. And the staff is welcoming and humble. I love this location and will go to it whenever I can. A+!

Usually a trip to burger king or any fast food restaurant is a pretty mundane activity, you pretty much know what to expect before going in. Tonight however, the customer service I received from Mr. Jose (working evening shift 12/21 around 630) was truly exceptional! He really made me feel welcome and more than that, he went above and beyond when serving my food. Apparently there was an issue with the ice cream machine but he quickly offered a slightly different alternative that was just as good! We have all had plenty of experiences (looking at you ronald mcdonald) where the employees just say "oh ice cream machines broke order something else" but that is not the vibe at this burger king! They were all working hard and focusing on their customers but definitely needed to shout out Jose in particular!! Hopefully a promotion or raise is in his near future because people like that deserve it!

Just had the best Impossible Whopper at this Burger King. It was amazing! Many times Impossible products only tend to be served... luke warm, for some reason. This sandwich - the patty was hot and flavorful, the veg was crisp and fresh, the bun was fluffy! Thank you, Agoura Burger King, for the best sandwich I've had in a very long time!!!

I haven't eaten at a Burger 🍔 King since I was in High school... there was a time that Burger King ruled,just like Wendy's".. now they are barely surviving. I used a receipt app called "Fetch". If I purchased any item from there .. I would receive 730 points .. why not..? I ordered a 🐟 Fish sandwich 🥪.. 🍟... Apple 🍎 juice that looked earily similar to "Capri_Sun" fruit 🍓 🧃 juice. Well when walked in..there was only 1 customer in there.. Dead as a door knob.. I felt sorry for the manager... He was really friendly.. There is a television in there .that plays station's in Spanish.. The service was quick..I loved the fries.. the "Fish 🐟 🍔" was pretty good . The sauce taste like mayonnaise.. not my favorite.. especially on a sandwich 🥪. This location was really clean 😊.. they are close by the 101 Freeway.. honestly I prefer "McDonald's".. for fish sandwich 🥪's . In the end .. I received my points..I even mentioned that to the manager..

I never understood how a burger king in such a nice neighborhood can be so...average. I love whoppers but they are sure ugly around here. You eat with your eyes 1st guys!

Burgers are good, but the slushies are too soft or not working. The dining area a/c was underpowered so a bit uncomfortable the day I went.

This is a decent/average Burger King location. I have ordered here a few times and I am usually unimpressed by the mozzarella sticks and cookies. Both seem like they have been sitting out for a while - the mozzarella sticks are always dry and not melty, and the cookies are hard and crumbly. Other than that it is a solid location.

If they had been busy I suppose I could have understood the person taking my order at the drive-through being irritated or nasty. But this guy Not only was unpleasant with me while I ordered two drinks but I could tell by the tone of his voice he wanted me to know that he was irritated with me. More than once at this location I have experienced a very nasty attitude from the person at the drive-thru. I have worked in customer service for over 35 years and then considered by my supervisors and peers to be one of the best at what I do. I am very very unimpressed with the customer service at their drive-thru. The food's fine and the people are satisfactory inside the restaurant, however the kind of experiences I've had at their drive-thru makes me not want to go there. I hope others experiences are different.

Got two sandwiches - the impossible burger which was incredibly overcooked and the spicy chicken sandwich which was so dry I started coughing when I took a bite.

Dirty and this one guy who runes the morning breakfast is very unhappy with his job. He’s just a bit mad all the times and should get another job if it’s not his cup of tea.

Service is good but the burger is not. The taste is flat, the burger is dry, the veggies are not crunchy. The price is alright but the product lacks quality.

It started when I first walked in with the attitude from the guy at the register after that we sat down and started eating and that's what I noticed my wife sandwich the pork sausage wasn't cooked all the way I took it to exchange it for another one but they made me feel like somehow I uncooked it so keep an eye on your food Make sure that it's cooked all the way

Everytime I go to this place there’s a problem. Buns are done right overcooked and dry. Drive through speaker is awful, food is forgotten with my order. Their phone number on Google is wrong and send people to Apex Dermatology. Also phone number on receipt doesn’t work so don’t expect to get your money back if they forget something. Food was cold, condiments like tomatoes, pickles look like they were thrown on burgers from across the kitchen. Items ordered were forgotten. This place I am surprised can even stay open. We will never be back.

Rudest Laziest employees ever. They screw up my order then ARGUE that was what I asked for instead of just fixing it. Very disgusting BK! Food is way to salty. Chicken sandwich bread tastes stale, chicken has to much breading. Breakfast ends at 11, but there's no posted breakfast hours. Two very rude AM workers who made me just walk away from the place for never more.

'm extremely frustrated with this location because they don't stay open the hours that are posted. I had stopped trying to eat here because every time I did, they would be closed. But after months, tonight I decided I would give it another try. I checked their website and the website says they're open until midnight. I checked Google, says they're open until midnight and that it was verified by the business. So I drove over here and at 11:35 they are closed. I double checked the hours posted on the door and the sign says they're open until midnight. So this is now the fifth time in a row that I have gotten here before Midnight and they have been closed. I give up. On my way to In-N-Out
