Usually a trip to burger king or any fast food restaurant is a pretty mundane activity, you pretty much know what to expect before going in. Tonight however, the customer service I received from Mr. Jose (working evening shift 12/21 around 630) was truly exceptional! He really made me feel welcome and more than that, he went above and beyond when serving my food. Apparently there was an issue with the ice cream machine but he quickly offered a slightly different alternative that was just as good! We have all had plenty of experiences (looking at you ronald mcdonald) where the employees just say "oh ice cream machines broke order something else" but that is not the vibe at this burger king! They were all working hard and focusing on their customers but definitely needed to shout out Jose in particular!! Hopefully a promotion or raise is in his near future because people like that deserve it!

Just had the best Impossible Whopper at this Burger King. It was amazing! Many times Impossible products only tend to be served... luke warm, for some reason. This sandwich - the patty was hot and flavorful, the veg was crisp and fresh, the bun was fluffy! Thank you, Agoura Burger King, for the best sandwich I've had in a very long time!!!

Chicken sandwich, Texas whopper onion rings, mozzarella sticks, fries were so delicious. The tacos were hot and fresh, but they weren't tacos at all.

I expected overcooked hanger-ons scraped from the bottom of the fryer (what I received at the BK in Northridge and that turned me away from ordering them again since last month); what I got were sizzling fresh bits of the whitest and savoriest pieces of fast food chicken one could only dream of. Two of them got stuck together somehow, allowing me to tear them apart and witness the healthiest nugget meat I'd probably ever laid eyes on. It looked organic! My tastebuds were elated, I could feel each one ecstatically chanting praises of appreciation for my brilliant move to head down to this nugget dispensary.

Staff is sweet, patient, great at their job, and efficient. Food is fresh, and order always right.

Burger King.. How your whopper is so delicious and the same with your zesty sauce. When it comes to fast food, you can only judge customer service and how good the food is on that day. Well today they did a hell of a job. The food was above average , the customer service has been top notch, and they offered me a free cookie because of a minor mistake they made on my order. I love customer service like that because it will get me to come again

Great service and food for fast food

I haven't eaten at a Burger 🍔 King since I was in High school... there was a time that Burger King ruled,just like Wendy's".. now they are barely surviving. I used a receipt app called "Fetch". If I purchased any item from there .. I would receive 730 points .. why not..? I ordered a 🐟 Fish sandwich 🥪.. 🍟... Apple 🍎 juice that looked earily similar to "Capri_Sun" fruit 🍓 🧃 juice. Well when walked in..there was only 1 customer in there.. Dead as a door knob.. I felt sorry for the manager... He was really friendly.. There is a television in there .that plays station's in Spanish.. The service was quick..I loved the fries.. the "Fish 🐟 🍔" was pretty good . The sauce taste like mayonnaise.. not my favorite.. especially on a sandwich 🥪. This location was really clean 😊.. they are close by the 101 Freeway.. honestly I prefer "McDonald's".. for fish sandwich 🥪's . In the end .. I received my points..I even mentioned that to the manager..

Typical burger king food, but they over fill the French fries, which is nice. They are open later than other places nearby. But the cashier was the nicest person.

It's fast food. An Okay place with okay food. I hate that they like to give one day old reheated food (sure tasted like it) because the fries and chicken nuggets were hard and dry. Little stale. Not something to be unexpected from fast food to me. Not lucky or was not a good time to visit. 😅

Late night drive home visit . Their small size drinks are smaller than the ones I get at other locations. I also ordered onion rings and got fries instead. I didn’t know until I drove off and it wasn’t worth the return, guess not ever

Eh...whopper $7.22-but you can get meal same price. I said ok.... No, wait that's $9 something so I said no...afterwards I notice $5 whopper meal with drink and fries. WHATEVER! I'll stick with Carl's Jr.

This is a decent/average Burger King location. I have ordered here a few times and I am usually unimpressed by the mozzarella sticks and cookies. Both seem like they have been sitting out for a while - the mozzarella sticks are always dry and not melty, and the cookies are hard and crumbly. Other than that it is a solid location.

If they had been busy I suppose I could have understood the person taking my order at the drive-through being irritated or nasty. But this guy Not only was unpleasant with me while I ordered two drinks but I could tell by the tone of his voice he wanted me to know that he was irritated with me. More than once at this location I have experienced a very nasty attitude from the person at the drive-thru. I have worked in customer service for over 35 years and then considered by my supervisors and peers to be one of the best at what I do. I am very very unimpressed with the customer service at their drive-thru. The food's fine and the people are satisfactory inside the restaurant, however the kind of experiences I've had at their drive-thru makes me not want to go there. I hope others experiences are different.

The Burger King here is alright. I mean you can't expect Burger king (a fast food restaurant) to taste like the best 5 star place you have ever ate at you know? But it still had some good selections and did not disappoint.

Everytime I go to this place there’s a problem. Buns are done right overcooked and dry. Drive through speaker is awful, food is forgotten with my order. Their phone number on Google is wrong and send people to Apex Dermatology. Also phone number on receipt doesn’t work so don’t expect to get your money back if they forget something. The food I did get is decent. Sometimes

They need to warm up the bread third time it happens the bread. Brakes!

It started when I first walked in with the attitude from the guy at the register after that we sat down and started eating and that's what I noticed my wife sandwich the pork sausage wasn't cooked all the way I took it to exchange it for another one but they made me feel like somehow I uncooked it so keep an eye on your food Make sure that it's cooked all the way

Food is way to salty. Chicken sandwich bread tastes stale, chicken has to much breading. Breakfast ends at 11, but there's no posted breakfast hours. Two very rude AM workers who made me just walk away from the place for never more.

Every part of my order came out cold. French fries, chicken fries, and a $7 plain cheese whopper. I dont think the drive through employee understands manners.

Gave me a beef whopper instead of impossible burger. I am allergic to meat and have already begun throwing up. I will be sick for days. I noticed it didn't have the impossible meat sticker on it, I should have gone back. Now I probably won't go back ever again. oh, and their phone number on gmaps is wrong, so I couldn't report it to the manager.

You might want to assume that customers know what “cabron” means. All we did was try to ask if they accepted EBT. A lot of people are going through tough times right now, no need to name call or make us feel embarrassed about it. 😡 also, we didn’t get a receipt.

Very bad experience. Rude customer service. It was empty, so decided to go through drive-thru. The person that was speaking through the box, first of all I couldn't hear her right, so they told me to pull up to the window. Then I get to the window as I'm giving her my order she walks away.. I waited for 5 mins and decided to just go across the street to McDonald's

Very rude management makes the food taste like bitter trash. Never coming here again. If you love Burger King, DON'T come to this location, it will change your entire outview on their franchise.

Your lobby closes at 10 pm, so why did you lock the doors over 10 minutes before? I ordered pickup and had to go through drive thru for no reason. Lock the dining when ur supposed to, not before smh.

'm extremely frustrated with this location because they don't stay open the hours that are posted. I had stopped trying to eat here because every time I did, they would be closed. But after months, tonight I decided I would give it another try. I checked their website and the website says they're open until midnight. I checked Google, says they're open until midnight and that it was verified by the business. So I drove over here and at 11:35 they are closed. I double checked the hours posted on the door and the sign says they're open until midnight. So this is now the fifth time in a row that I have gotten here before Midnight and they have been closed. I give up. On my way to In-N-Out
