Always good to drop into a Starbucks! That said... The paper straws for Frappuccino are not ready for prime time. I had to use three straws to get through my Vente Frappuccino. First it became soggy, then came the off taste of the paper and glue. A better solution would be going to a fully compostable plastic straw manufactured from corn.

Great stop on the way to or from a bike ride. Busy most of the time. Just love the APP to make my orders. Walk in and order is waiting. Great service.

The staff were friendly, but this is probably the grungiest and most awkward Starbucks I've ever been to. It looks like something is going on with management. There are broken cabinets and the floor doesn't look like it's been mopped in weeks. The windows surrounding the Baristas are grimey. I won't be visiting this Starbucks anytime soon. I'd recommend visiting another one.

This place has gone from amazing to horrible over the past 12-18 months. Expect long delays and a mess.

Waited another 10 and when I asked the status I got some mad attitude from the girl and I was told it’s going to be another 15 mins. When I said I wanted to cancel is when they started to make my drink... never coming back!

They won’t give you a free cup of ice water anymore, even on a 90 degree day.

The service is incredibly slow relative to other locations I've been to. Further, the drink I ordered was the wrong size and it was CLEARLY made incorrectly. Unfortunately, after waiting 15 minutes for an iced drink, I didn't care to wait longer to have them remake it. I normally avoid going to this location and today I was again reminded why.

If I could give negative stars I would! This Starbucks is the worst, from slow service to no service. We keep trying hoping it will get better but no more. Our last visit we mobile ordered and no coffee was ever made, people continued to come in and get coffee after. We finally got a refund and left. If you do get coffee it’s not good and usually not even a full cup and with horrible service. Too bad because it’s a very convenient location.

Rude employee(s) who didn't care!!! We came into this Starbucks after going to a high School football game just a handful of minutes before closing, the door wasn't locked yet and another customer was still inside being served. The second I opened the door, a lady behind the counter rolled her eyes and gave me that disgusted look like, "Oh, no... not another customer. I really want to get out of here." I commented on her look and she didn't give me an answer to whether or not they were still open. I asked her counterpart and he said they were closed. We had 4 people and would've settled for a drip coffee to make their lives easier, but they never asked or cared to serve us. I felt undervalued!!!!

Picked up a mobile order and my iced vanilla latte tastes burnt. I don’t know why none of the Starbucks can’t get it together but it’s so hit or miss. You pay $6 for a coffee for it to taste like a burnt roast. Such a shame.

I went right back into the store as I was now wearing it and it was painful. Jacob came to see what was happening and gave me two $4 drink cards. I did t ask but maybe offer to refund my order to my card. It has been two weeks and I spoke with corporate office the next day. They sent an email to follow up but the location originally didn’t even ask my name or for any info. Then I called to provide it and I was told they would follow up. Didn’t happen and when I called back I was asked well quote they didn’t have a reason to call. Hot coffee on a person and no care to follow up??!! Wow I’m not suing so you don’t have to avoid me. Knowing I was hurt maybe you could act like you actually cared that you caused it. Sure it was an accident however your attitude and follow thru was piss poor!!!

I never imagined Starbucks allowing employees to use Discrimination with customers but I wish them good luck with that. ..

The other barista came and scolded me for raising my voice. I called the barista a few feet away so my voice was a little loud, I didn't mean to raise my voice but the other barista had attitude issues with me. He insulted me in front of other customers making me a trouble maker? He could have asked what I needed instead.

I was sitting at one of the larger tables and hadn’t even finished my coffee when the manager approached me and told me I needed to leave because they needed the table for a supervisors’ meeting. There was no apology and no effort to find me another seat — I was simply asked to move. I completely understand that meetings need space, but the way it was handled felt abrupt and dismissive. A simple apology or offering an alternative seat would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, the experience made me feel unwelcome. I hope management considers handling situations like this with more courtesy in the future.
