The place has improved and the staff has also improved. It still needs work, but it's more recommendable. It's still not a pleasant environment and the staff are still slow, but it's better. I hope it continues to improve. Their other problem is that they never have chicken at 1 or 2 in the afternoon, so it's more for lunch between 3 and 4.

Good chicken, terrible service I don't know if they're doing them a favor; they're paying for the product. Staff with little or no training. They couldn't even tell me if they had an invoice.

If they are not going to send the flautas correctly, do not send anything or put promotions, we have already ordered several times from rappi and 3 out of 4 times they send the flautas all burnt, the meat literally turned to ashes and the tacos super hard (flautas), it seems like they have them from the day before and they reheat them, terrible service

They made me wait 15 minutes only to tell me that they only had pieces of chicken and that they would be ready in about half an hour, as would the tacos; in other words, they wanted me to buy their leftovers.

Today I went to buy some chicken at the downtown store. When I got to my restaurant to eat it, I noticed some parts were raw. I decided to go back to tell them about the texture of the chicken, but they were rude. I told them I didn't want another chicken, that this one was fine, I just wanted it more golden. They put the chicken to cook and told me to come by whenever I wanted. We waited about 20 minutes, and my colleague went to get it. When it arrived, we realized it was only half the chicken. She had to go back and get the other half. The chicken tasted good, but not amazing. We won't be buying there again, and I hope they improve the service and the way they cook the chicken.

They sell pigeons from the plaza and it seems like they don't pay the employees because they want to sell you everything separately and on top of that, cold tortillas. Terrible place.

Terrible service and they always say there's no chicken after half an hour of waiting in line. The girl is completely inattentive; seeing people there, it wouldn't hurt her to let us know.
