Today I went to buy some chicken at the downtown store. When I got to my restaurant to eat it, I noticed some parts were raw. I decided to go back to tell them about the texture of the chicken, but they were rude. I told them I didn't want another chicken, that this one was fine, I just wanted it more golden. They put the chicken to cook and told me to come by whenever I wanted. We waited about 20 minutes, and my colleague went to get it. When it arrived, we realized it was only half the chicken. She had to go back and get the other half. The chicken tasted good, but not amazing. We won't be buying there again, and I hope they improve the service and the way they cook the chicken.

The chicken is super raw, and the tortillas are cold, and you ask them if they can give you a more golden one, and they get upset because they're all the same.

They sell pigeons from the plaza and it seems like they don't pay the employees because they want to sell you everything separately and on top of that, cold tortillas. Terrible place.

Terrible service and they always say there's no chicken after half an hour of waiting in line. The girl is completely inattentive; seeing people there, it wouldn't hurt her to let us know.

What awful staff! I told him I couldn't hear him. He was fine, and he hung up on me. I tried calling back two more times and then picked up the phone. Terrible service 👎
