Food gets four stars. Overall experience three stars mainly because of the temperature. The employee who's sitting down in the picture is wearing a short sleeve shirt, so obviously he's not cold because he's been working in the kitchen. For us customers the venue was extremely cold. Don't know the temperature inside but it was approximately a very cold 10℃ outside that day. As I was eating I felt cold wind blowing from the vent. So it was either the fan or the air conditioner that was turned on. I concluded that whoever ran this place today had no regard for customers.

Everything was good except the cashier girl was extremely rude and I think her name was cesyl. she was an asian girl.

15 minutes service to me was terrible. I didn't even get meat in my bowl and I asked for extra fajitas there was like an issue in the deliverance. I didn't ask for extra protein I asked for extra vegetables I was turned down. Never to frequent this particular Chipotle again. Work on your service plus the rice and beans or definitely dry and overcooked.

As usual, today I had to return to this store for something being WRONG after arriving home! First off my food was COLD! I arrived at 12:58 & my pickup time was for 1pm, AO WHY WAS MY FOOD COLD⁉️ Secondly, after taking 2 bites, I noticed the GUACAMOLE I ORDERED WAS NOT IN MY BURRITO! I returned to the store, & had to wait AGAIN for customers AFTER ME to get serviced! WHAT IS THE POINT OF ONLINE ORDERS IF U STILL HAVE TO WAIT ⁉️ First she asked did I want a side of guacamole. WAS THAT WHAT I INITIALLY ASKED FOR⁉️😡 Then the worker made my burrito over eventually, with the same gloves touching all surfaces & going back to speak with her manager, in the office for approval to remake something THEY DID INCORRECTLY to began with!Then after making the food, she was about to hand me the burrito but changed her mind after looking at the bag with the old one. So she made sure to throw it away before handing my new one! While i LIVE EXTRAS, the burrito WAS SO LARGE THAT IT COULD NOT BE CONTAINED!!! If i want a bowl with a tortilla on the side i would’veASKED for one!!! The lettuce was horrible! I WILL NEVER EVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!! Glad I found a place MUCH BETTER FOR LESS! I didn’t go there bc i needed to be somewhere asap. But yeah, Chipotle has played in my face for the LAST TIME in the BAY!!!

I ordered my food from the app. I MISTAKENLY ordered from the wrong address & had to pick my food up from this one! The young lady seemed to not want to be at work, asked me my name handed me my food. When I opened my food I’m thinking, okay the portions are great! Next I see a FRUIT FLY CRAWLING ALL OVER MY LETTUCE!!! How FREAKING DISGUSTING! This is my first AND LAST TIME ORDERING FROM THIS PLACE!!! In ALL the many years of eating from Chipotles from around the COUNTRY I have NEVER had such a DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE, EVER!!! I’ve heard how Chipotles are deplorable restaurants and for the first time, I get it!!! NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!

One of worst chipotles been ever , the lady who serving was so rude and pretending like a owner of the place after that I told her to put double and she literally put like a only portion plus took back beef from scoops , lastly the restroom was out of stock

Bad experience. With the workers. Got overcharged on some tortilla sides. Told the worker that it was wrong because all the other locations charge less for a side but didn't care instead made up excuses. I ended up getting over charged $4. Told the getto looking burrito maker I wanted to speak to the manager and she responded I am the manager. RIDICULOUS. Tables were dirty.

The owner needs to hire more staff, this is nuts, I waited 21 minutes for my to go order meanwhile there was NOBODY in the actual checkout line. The person in front of me, waiting for their online order forfeited their online order that they already paid for because they were tired of waiting and just ordered a new meal in the regular checkout line. I’m not blaming the staff, I’m blaming the penny pinching owner/manager. I will go out of my way to eat at a different chipotle.

Ordered online. This portion was WACK. When I go in I get nearly double the amount of food! I paid for extra chicken. I selected extra rice, beans, etc. This was the most expensive SNACK I’ve ever ordered. WACK!!!!!!!! Chipotle skimming everyone on these online orders. WACKKKKKKKK

I don’t know what’s going on at this Chipotle. I’d love to keep coming here because the location is convenient, but I’ll probably have to start going to a different one farther away. The portions at this location keep getting smaller and smaller, to the point where it’s noticeable compared to other Chipotle locations. And if you say anything about it, they immediately give you a quick, scripted response like, “No, that’s the correct portion,” as if you’ve never been to Chipotle before. I’m not asking for anything extra — just the same portion sizes you get at other locations.

This Chipotle is consistent…consistently bad at not getting online/takeout orders correct and always forgetting items. Also portion sizes are consistently small. Just got a steak quesadilla with 5 cubes at steak. They’re on the wrong side of consistent.

The new employee is serving extremely small portions, especially the chicken. She seems more focused on rushing through orders and moving the line quickly than on giving the correct portion size.

I understand the workers are told to watch the portions when serving people but this location is ridiculous. For starters, she scraped the bottom of the container to get my rice and there was hardly any left. And the other portions were so little, there was barely any food in the bowl. I couldn’t believe it. I just turned around and walked away.

This Chipotle is consistent…consistently bad at not getting online/takeout orders correct and always forgetting items. Also portion sizes are consistently small. Just got a steak quesadilla with 5 cubes at steak. They’re on the wrong side of consistent.

the lakeshore one is better, this ones messy and skimps on portions. their meats looked grey and sad. i saw that they told off some guys using water cups for soda so maybe the managers are getting it together.

Gaslit at Chipotle. Ordered through the app, paid, showed up when I was supposed to—“we don’t have your order.” My app showed I already paid. I had to ask four employees until one finally found my order! To top it off, they were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful—acting like I caused the problem! My advice? Completely skip Chipotle. Go next door to Oakland Street Food Co.! High quality everything there and much more 😋. Guaranteed—you’ll always regret it if you don’t.
