Love fire wings much more than wing stop! I've been at fire wings five different times and every single time I went there wings were always fresh and cooked right!

Visited earlier in December and had a few issues with our meals. The manager was very nice about making sure that on our next visit everything was right! Today I ordered the Thai chili, teriyaki and mango habanero boneless wings with garlic noodles. Everything was DELICIOUS! The flavors were good and the chicken was really moist. I would definitely visit this Fire Wings again. When the food is tasty and the manager/ workers have great customer service they can count on having my business.

Wings are remarkably consistent. Super crispy, even leftover and drenched in sauce. Online/pickup orders are ready super fast. 5/5 stars for the wings in asian fusion flavors. Unfortunately their fries aren't my style, and their buffalo style flavors really aren't any good. But if you want sweet/savory wings, this is the place.

Prices were decent, and wings were good, but our fries seemed stale and barely warmed up. We got Garlic Parm, Saigon and Salt n Pepper.

I actually enjoyed my food and thought it was very good, I will definitely go back here to eat again .

Food: The Food overall was really good as this is my favorite Fast Food Items. I ordered Buffalo Wings and Seasoned Fries, my Daughter a Buffalo Sandwich and Garlic Fries. I thought the Wings were cooked properly but not enough sauce on them. I loved the Garlic Fries but were a little salty and the Seasoned Fries were good but wished I would’ve ordered the Garlic Fries. Customer Service: The Young Lady that serviced Us could stand to use some more training as she asked if we were picking up or placing an order, I wasn’t sure what she said so I asked her to repeat what she said and she did. But while trying to figure out what I wanted as a first timer, the Young Lady decided to ask the person behind us the same question as if we weren’t there first. It was a little bothersome as I’m a stickler for Good Customer Service. Told that the wait would be about 15 mins and came back in 12 and it was already ready and wondered how long it’s been sitting. Oh well, but we were satisfied but didn’t like that they put our Cold drinks in the bag with our hot food. Not so smart as we don’t want out drinks hot nor do we want our food cold. Atmosphere: Dead with No customers until I came in and felt a little cold like No one felt like working that day. Maybe it had to do with it being Sunny outside and having to work. Overall: I’d try it again now I know how they operate, I’ll order my food online because I was a little Hangry it being my first meal of the day in the Early Afternoon having to wait.

The wings are yummy but it sucks when you get home and you have something missing, like my fries. And I don’t live down the street to I can go back and grab them and besides no one answer the phone so I can request my order of wings. I think I need a new wing spot.

1st time at this location. I went in for 3 different orders. The customer service was good. Hence the 3 ☆'s. Great job Kennice! She was patient and helpful when I couldn't remember one of my orders. What I didn't like... #1 - One of the cooks had to be reminded to put his facemask ALL the way on. YES, it's hot, but we're going through a pandemic. Do what needs to be done. I pointed it out and Kennice reminded him. #2 - They messed up 2 of my 3 orders. Paid for 10 wings, but I was only given 8. The last order was ENTIRELY incorrect. It's a good thing I checked before I left. I would've been BEYOND upset. Again, here's Kennice stepping in to rectify the situation. She apologized & offered for me to keep the incorrect order. Coworker didn't sound too happy with that. When she asked for the wings back she was questioned, "Why? For what?" She responded with a look that asked, "Are you serious?" I responded with, "She's offering compensation for the fact that I have to wait another 10+ minutes for the correct order. " Should've been self explanatory. Kennice offered another apology. AGAIN, the only reason I'm giving 3 ☆'s. #3 - When I went back in to get my order corrected the guy wasn't wearing his mask over his face AGAIN. Are you serious??? Covid-19 people. I did let the manager know. He seemed receptive of my concerns. #4- I odered large garlic noodles. What I received was a boat inside of a container. Far smaller than one of the other locations. The noodles filled the container at that location. The food was ok. Garlic noodles at this location were disappointing. Dried out. Chicken was just ok. Nothing to brag about. I may have to drive farther than this location. Too bad.

Let me 1st say how excited I was to have a Fire Wings closer to me in Oakland! However, the 1st time I went they were sold out of garlic noodles & told me to come back tomorrow, lol.... No discount for my troubles?....The next time I went I asked for extra crispy chicken & it wasn't....& it was the 40 family pack....& the garlic noodles weren't as good as the Berkley or Fairfield locations....I will say the customer service was good....

Heard employees in the kitchen cursing up a storm, food was pretty good but one of my friends wings was the size of my pinky. Seriously laughable, you could make a viral meme if I would have taken a picture.

Not the best wings I have tried to be honest. I ordered 5 fire boneless and 5 mango habanero wings. Mango habanero wasn't the best. The fire boneless were solid. Overall decent quality for the price.

Bottom line up front: Decent wings (Korean kick is even quite good) Tectonically slow service The nitty gritty details: Over 5 minutes spent waiting with no one in front of me for someone to take my order. Over an hour spent waiting for my food, with some people who ordered after me being served first. When I got my 10 piece (bone-in) wings it only came with 8 pieces. They did give me 4 additional pieces within minutes when I pointed out their math error, which begs the question why the first 8 took so long? This could just be a restaurant business thing I don't understand. For some reason, through most of the wait time the three servers were all staring at the same computer monitor.

I'm very disappointed with my order the chicken was not fully cooked and the fries were extremely hard and dry almost burnt. I can't believe they sent this order to me via doordash. I tried calling the establishment and no one answered the phone. Probably won't be ordering from here anytime soon.

The food at this location is really bad. We ordered garlic noodles and received fries instead. The fries were soggy. The wings were cold. The mac and cheese, well, should not be on their menu. Try the wings from the Oakland location, it’s better!

I placed an order 3 days in advance for 2:45 on Super Bowl Sunday. What I got was a bunch of “15 more minutes” while watching Uber, door dash and other services get rush priority and my order getting pushed back in the queue. I was there for an hour and then canceled. To cancel you have to fill out a form online and hope they contact you. Needless to say I’m not going back there.

After a long day at work i pick up my order only to get home and notice that they gave me the wrong sauce and all my chicken was burnt. It tasted horible. I called in to let them know the details, their solution was to credit me $1.50 (.50 for the sauce and $1 for burning my chicken). My meal costed me $15, the least they could have done is credit me half or enough to replace my chicken. It's a good place to go if you like burt chicken at premium prices.

I ordered bbq and Saigon street first off my chicken wasn't cooked thoroughly, second my chicken tasted like regular chicken no bbq or Saigon street flavoring last but not least the fries were not fresh !!! Only thing good was the strawberry lemonade fire wing employees at the alameda location need to get it together seriously that was a waste of my money and the time I waited for the food !

Good spot for wings but need to train staff properly they got my order wrong multiple times so you always have to check your bag ordering is hard since they have music blasting so loud the person taking your order cant hear you sucks because i always tip only to find out they didnt put some of my order un the bag

The worst food I’ve had in a while! The wings were old and looked reheated. Everything was fried in dirty grease. The tater tots were burnt and had a terrible aftertaste. So so bad 0/10

Food is great but the service is the worst. I stood there for 7 mins waiting for them to stop talking to each and they didn't even know that I was even there because they were too into there conversation. Finally I said can I place an order.

FIRST & LAST time to go here NASTY NASTY NASTY FIRST wings were OLD NO FLAVOR...DISGUSTING...The right name FIRE WINGS it should be Fired "WING STOP I should have stopped BY":( cutting corners to save food But A person can get really SICK ...This chicken is OLD and recoooked....How dare you I would rather for you to have said "that you ran out of chicken" :( I should have known better when you said my order would be ready 5mins it takes longer than that to cook fresh real chicken :( shame on you all shame shame

I really don't know where to start I have been going to fire wings since 2018 so I know what I expect when I order and each time I come to this location my order is never seasoned or sauced right and the staff seems miserable or like you don't matter which is weird, after my visit tonight I was really put off and don't think I'll be stopping by this location anymore based on the service I received.

Sadly, I will never return to this location. The food used to be quick, delicious and Fresh. I ordered a 20 pack wing for the Super Bowl. Every single wing was tiny, hard, old and cold. These wings are not fresh, they must have fried them in the morning because they knew there would be a lot of orders, and they had them sitting there since 9 AM. They were tiny this time also. I can't condone paying premium prices for inedible food. Had to throw away about fifteen wings because I couldn't chew them due to the meat being so dried out.The fries were also old and hard as bricks. The management is nice though.

Going to the front same aesthetic, not wiped down , not very clean very sticky on the tables. Their soda machines had not been cleaned. You could see black mold very disgusting was super upset that I ordered food for pick up but didn’t want to make a scene
